  1. As the title asks, I'm trying to avoid having to manually input the name of hundreds of images on my site. I have used this code in the past and it works just fine with Gallery Blocks: <script src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.4.1.min.js" integrity="sha384-vk5WoKIaW/vJyUAd9n/wmopsmNhiy+L2Z+SBxGYnUkunIxVxAv/UtMOhba/xskxh" crossorigin="anonymous"></script> <script> window.Squarespace.onInitialize(Y, function(){ $('.slide img').each(function(i) { $('.image-slide-title').eq(i).html('' + $(this).attr('alt').replace('.jpg', '') + ''); }); }
  2. Site URL: https://www.markdanielquintos.com Hi, I'm using the Avenue template and am trying to change the size of my titles on mobile. I've tried copying and pasting a couple of other codes I've seen on the forums, but none work. I'm on a personal account, but this seems like something that should be fairly simple to do? Perhaps I'm wrong. Thank you!
  3. Site URL: https://www.markdanielquintos.com Hi there, I am using template 'Avenue' (markdanielquintos.com) As of now, when clicking on my name in the site title, it links back to the homepage, which is great. I'd like for the subtitle of 'Cinematographer' to operate the same way. I've been googling for lots of code and have found a way to turn 'Cinematographer' into a link, but when I do so, it hovers as red like the rest of my links, I'd like for it to have no change when hovering over it, as 'Mark Daniel Quintos' is. Any tips? Thanks in advance!
  4. Site URL: http://itstheverse.com Currently using bedford right now on my site. When a title is too long, my banner will place a "..." and shorten the title. Is there any easy CSS i can use so that my main blog banner shows the full post title? See screenshot for an example.
  5. Site URL: https://www.taskgloves.com/nitrile Is there a way to have a designated top line for my product title? I want the first line to only show "TSK2006" and the second/third/fourth lines can those the rest of the title. See attached image for a better example.
  6. Site URL: https://www.vox.ie Hi there. I have used code (kindly supplied on this forum) to change the styling of the titles to blog posts featured in a summary block. It all looks the way I want it, except that I can't reduce the line height any further. I need the two lines to be much tighter - smaller leading. Here is the code I'm using: /* Title */ .summary-title-link { font: 'Proxima-Nova'; font-weight: 800; font-size: 24px; line-height: 20px; } .summary-excerpt p { font-size: 16px !important; } Reducing the line-height below 30px has no imp
  7. Site URL: https://home.magpi.com/features On all other pages, we've been able to successfully add a page title to the hero/banner section of a page. But for some reason, on this page, and a few others, I don't have the choice to add a page title, only a description. The page should look like this with the title. The page was duplicated from an existing one with a page title, and then I believe it may have been deleted with the intention to replace it with a new title, but then the option went away and now I have to use the Page Description option to add the title. Very strange! Does

  11. Site URL: https://www.boutique14.co.uk/ Hi, this one's driving me mad. I followed this guide https://paigebrunton.com/blog/sauarespace-rotating-testimonials to make a rotating customer quotes/testimonials section on my homepage. I am using Foster template, part of Brine family. It worked really well and everything was going great when I initially tested it. Then, as I was tweaking line spacing for gallery body content in Site Styles, suddenly there was a glitch or something and now the text won't show up. I've tried changing all the relevant Site Styles settings, and the section call

  13. Site URL: http://lauzza.com I've been trying for some time to achieve an effect where the title of my blog posts on my summary block change colour when the thumbnail is hovered over. I've tried for hours using my limited CSS knowledge but have only worked out how to do so when hovering over the actual title. This is the code I used for that: .summary-title-link:hover { color: hsl(147, 26%, 45%); transition: 0.3s !important; } If someone could help me do so that would be great, the page is http://lauzza.com and the password is lauzza123, thanks!
  14. Site URL: https://johnmcwaters.com/ I made a new title image for my website that is similar to the one I currently have, but it has a graphic under the text (my name). This causes it to be more square shaped. Because of the new shape, I'd like for the image to expand down the page so that my name stays the same size. Is this possible to do?

  17. Site URL: https://aplusitgroup.com Google chrome sets frequented websites as shortcuts under the search bar. I noticed the other day that it names my website "A" by default. I didn't name it this it did it by itself. I tried contacting a live chat agent but that didn't really help. Has anyone else had this problem, and is this a setting in Squarespace I can change? Thanks!!! :)
  18. Site URL: https://www.mrmagoo.pub/ I want to change the menu title colors on the beverages page (where the beer glass picture is) since they are dark grey and they blend in with the background and they are hard to read. But if I go and change it from the styles menu it also changes the titles inside the food menu, which is not good, because then I can't read those instead of the ones I just changed. The site is private atm but the password is simply "mrmagoo", thanks a lot!

I am trying to remove the header/site title from the workbook page (https://rectangle-gecko-tryt.squarespace.com/gregprayworkbook). 22. Site URL: https://chinchilla-pentagon-dyaf.squarespace.com/config/design My site isn't yet published, but I'm having an issue with blog titles. I imported my old WP site blog posts over to SquareSpace with no problem. Blog post titles show up in the right spot. However, when creating new blog posts in SquareSpace, I'm unable to type where it says "Enter Post Title"... There is no option to enter a title. (see first image) While I'm able to do a workaround, using the main copy section and selecting Heading 1 to that text, what happens when the new post is published? Will the workar

  25. Site URL: https://www.robcartwright.net/blog I figured this was the best place to put this since the solution is likely a bit of custom code. The titles of my blogs are being cut off. I searched this topic and tried two custom code suggestions to no avail. Any thoughts?
