  1. I would like to embed a questionnaire on my website that automatically links to the product and price in their shopping cart. Is this possible on squarespace? The responses to the questionnaire should update the price of their product/service.
  2. Site URL: https://www.digitalprivacymatters.com/profile Thanks in advance for any feedback / advice. I have struggled with how to best design a survey using Squarespace (please refer to https://www.digitalprivacymatters.com/profile). I am attempting to remove as much "friction" as possible making it easy for site visitors to identify their Digital Privacy Profile. In order to do so, visitors must answer two simple questions (Q#1: Choose A or B, Q#2: Choose C or D). I want to then send them to a landing page based on the combination they chose (there are only 4 options). Every solu
  3. Site URL: https://www.htmlcommentbox.com/index.html There's a free version. Anyone tried this? It's one of the third-party comments additions mentioned in https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206540767 and can be used on any page.
  4. Site URL: http://www.mathenesseaandemaas.nl Hi everyone I am building a survey for residents of a neighborhood in the Netherlands. But it seems as if there is only 1 survey-design which is in English. Is it possible to change the type answers manually somewhere, so I can change them to Dutch answers? password; mama2020 page; https://www.mathenesseaandemaas.nl/new-page-1 for example: first question is in dutch but with English basic answers Thank you, Laisa
  5. Hello, I am fairly new in the Squarespace field, but am familiar with web builders. I am currently working with a friend to build his site out and one of the features we need to implement is a "conditional survey redirect". Example: Form (survey) has a small series of questions, and based on how the consumer answers the general survey, we can redirect / recommend "product a," "product b," or "product c." Simlar to how curology.com functions. Would we be able to use a custom code to achieve this?
  6. Hi, I'd like to ask if anyone knows a way for me to essentially match information that someone provides to then direct them to a different product suggestion depending on those answers. I'm trying to see if I can 'match' their input to various 'outputs' - using tags or maybe some kind of extension? If it requires coding, that's okay too! Here's the flow: 1. Client completes a survey, answers are text-based answers and we will have already designed all of them so they just 'choose' as opposed to free-text 2. Answers are all 'considered' and we then 'calculate' the best suggestions
  7. As the title states, I'm trying to change the options that appear when you create a "Survey" field on a form. By default, the options are, "Strongly Disagree," "Disagree," "Neutral," "Agree," and "Strongly Agree." However, the questions I'm trying to ask don't work semantically with those answers and I'm looking for a way for them to say something different. Are there any CSS scripts, or maybe an HTML code, that would allow me to do this? Surely there must be a way to change it the same way we can change font sizes in forms, yeah? Thanks for any help y'all can offer ☺️
