  1. Hi, I'm working on a website and want to add a coloured background to one of the pages under my index page. I've tried using several css codes online but I'm totally new to css and nothing has been working so far. Does anyone have any idea how to go about this? I'm using the Bryant template.

I would like to have all my buttons like option number 13 (sliced button) on this page: https://webdeasy.de/en/top-css-buttons-en/ The code I'm looking to apply is this one (CSS): body { background-color: #ff8a80; font-family: 'Fjalla One', sans-serif; text-transform: uppercase; height: 95vh; display: -webkit-box; display: -ms-flexbox; display: flex; -webkit-box-pack: center; -ms-flex-pack: center; justify-content: center; -webkit-box-align: center; -ms-flex
  4. Site URL: https://iguana-lettuce-tjr8.squarespace.com/ I am trying to stylise the contact form on my webpage. I have managed to do this for the white section but i need an inverted version for the dark theme. I also would like the font for the form to be Averta but this doesnt seem to be picking it up. .form-wrapper .field-list .field .field-element{ border:none; border-bottom: 2px solid; border-color: #000000; background: #fff; font-family: 'AVERTA BLACK'; }
  5. Site URL: https://www.libbypeterson.com Does anyone know what template has a scroll like this? If it isn't a template feature, is it something that can be easily added via HTML or CSS? thanks
  6. Site URL: https://fleapitofficial.com/ Hey! I'm wondering if theres any CSS that i can use so that the date and author are seperate. I want the author to be under the category like it already is but i'd like to be able to edit so that the date is on the far right of a blog post. so there is a large gap between the author and date. Also if i could edit so that the date says "3 July, 2020" rather than just "Jul 3" Heres the link to my site. Just go to Film reviews and any of the first 3 posts are examples. https://fleapitofficial.com/ Thanks! :)
  7. By default, all product detail "back-links" go to the product page from which that product lives, but I have a different page that contains multiple product pages as summary blocks. I would love to have the "back-link" go back to my master page.
  8. Site URL: https://clavichord-elephant-a9bl.squarespace.com/ The text is the navigation text that shows the pages on the website. I want to able to either reassign the text to use a header style (instead of paragraph 2) or increase the size of the text by another means. I couldn't find a way to change it, even with custom css. I'm not sure why this is hard to find, because the social icons just next to the text are trivial to resize. (The website is not published yet, so I've included a relevant screenshot of the front page. The text in question is on the right Please ignore the preview stoc
  9. Site URL: https://piano-dandelion-r2gb.squarespace.com/config Hi everyone, Wondering if anyone could help me to change the color of my logo on certain pages. I would like my logo to be in white on most pages, except some where the background is white, I would like the logo to be black. Here's an example of a page where it needs to be inverted: https://piano-dandelion-r2gb.squarespace.com/cover My website link is: https://piano-dandelion-r2gb.squarespace.com/. The password is: Bookofgeorge Is there a code I can inject to simply invert it on select pages? Or is there a w

PS. the attached image is my menu with two columns
  11. Site URL: https://www.peterboroughhouse.com.au/ Hi There, I would like to change the style of my dropdown menu items from my primary menu - at the moment they don't look great - I can't remember how I did this originally - I would be grateful if you could please remind me / let me know / how to do this? I would also appreciate any design suggestions as I'm not even sure how I'm going to make it look better!! Thank you so much!!! šŸ˜…
  12. In 7.1 I can create navigation links to blogs but I can't make them active style so they show underlined when on the page. Is there a way to do this with css? Thank you, Henry.
  13. Site URL: https://therare.la site: https://therare.la password: rarity Hello - I'm really close to getting my site done but I need to figure out how to change the text color of subnav elements on hover. Specifically, in the image below, when I hover over any part of the box for the "Azul" item, I want the text to highlight green instead of highlighting white (which it does currently). I'd like all other colors to remain as is, including the subnav container background, the subnav element box background highlight, and the main nav color and highlights. Please advise on how I may be
  14. I am trying to make a product comparison block on my website much like the one that you'll see on the squarespace website. I attached a screenshot of what I am trying to accomplish on my squarespace website. I'm not at all sure how to even start with something like this. Is there any easy way of putting something like this together?
  15. Site URL: https://www.delfina.studio/home4 Hello, my site doesn't seem to be loading the proper font style. I use a mix of regular and italic styles within the same sentence, and the site loads the "faux italics" instead of the proper font style. I've tried with different fonts and encounter the same problem each time. It's not a browser problem either since I've tried with different browsers. Below are some screen captures, you can see the difference between real italics (which only work when I'm viewing the website from the Squarespace font menu) and the style that's actually loaded in the
  16. Site URL: https://www.newworldangels.com/about I have a form and am trying to place two fields next to each other. Both are checkbox lists. I tried the code given for a related question and changed the field object from email to checkbox, but it didn't work. Any suggestions?

  20. A friend sent me his style pack so I could see what he was doing in his Wells setup, and I have no idea how to use it. He said I can load it right in Site Styles >> scroll to bottom and there is an import option. However, I don't see it there. Does it require some special access? Thanks, Russell
  21. Site URL: https://rosalindbrookman.com/blog I'd like to apply different colours to my links in blog post summaries depending on what category the post is in. So for example if a post has the category of 'Business' then the blog post title and read more link would be green on the summary, if the category is 'Writing' then it's red etc. Many thanks for any help you can offer.
  22. Hello Squarespace Community, I would like to have different Header Navigation Color Styles on different pages. Specifically, I would like to have the Header Navigation Color Style "White Minimal" on my Landing Page, but for every other page including project pages I would like to have it set to "Transparent". I know quite a bit about CSS, but how can I link a specific CSS style to a certain page? Is it possible through header injection for example? If yes, how? Or does it work with CSS only too? (Otherwise I would have to choose the more expensive Squarespace Subscription)
  23. Hello, I am using html code in markdown: <span style="color:#fff; font-family: 'Bebas Neue'; font-size: 4em;">INSPIRATION DAY</span> I want to apply Bebas Neue font style (which is included in the font family) but it does not apply to the text... Thanks for your help! Ohyoon
  24. Site URL: https://www.samadihealing.com/ Hi There šŸ™‚ I found this post on the Squarespace forum https://forum.squarespace.com/topic/80891-how-to-reduce-space-between-different-text-styles-in-same-text-block/ I'd like to try the second fix (beatrizc) but it seems I might be missing part of the code? Does anyone know how I can make this work Thanks in advance!
  25. I've about got my website the way I like, using the Aviator template, but on a mobile phone, the font size, which is quite comfortable on a desktop monitor, is kind of huge. As the mobile styles already change many things, I figure there might be some way of saying, "Do all the stuff you always do for mobile devices, but make all the fonts 70% of the regular mobile size, please." For reference, my website, on a page other than the Info Page so you can see the problem: http://www.withinsight-therapy.com/what-we-offer/
