  1. Site URL: https://flamingo-goby-tkw6.squarespace.com/ Password: home Is there anyway I can expand the are where the three items - Available Homes - Application - Resource Hub, on this nav is to allow them to all appear on the same line? Yes, I could lower the font size but I would rather not and there is plenty of white space for the items to fit in. Screenshot attached below. Thank you in advance for any assistance! Patterson
  2. Site URL: https://amethyst-banjo-2g6e.squarespace.com/listen Hello, I would like to decrease the spacing between these three buttons to be right next to each other. Would also like to tighten the light height between "Begin Your Journey" and "Where are you right now?" without effecting the rest of the site. Any ideas?r
  3. Site URL: https://darkballaddesigns.com/shop-all/art Hello, After getting help with code to make my product pictures into to their original aspect ratio and sizes i have found that the titles and prices etc for the products are far too low and far away from the pictures. I have attached pictures for desktop and mobile so you can see what I mean. Is there a way to keep the original aspect ratio fix AND have the text closer underneath the product pictures? This is affecting both desktop and mobile. Thanks
  4. Site URL: https://bigkidbakesale.squarespace.com/ Hello, Site password: bigkidbakesale I am in the middle of working on this site and would love any feedback, constructive or otherwise. I want to make sure it's clear what the mission and goal of this site is and want to make sure I'm achieving that. Things I would love suggestions on: -The baker profile page - I would love to add icons under each of the bakers with the items they offer (cakes, cookies, etc). but this isn't an option with List items. Any suggestions on how I could incorporate this? -I also want to include a search function in the baker profile page that would allow people to search by item, location, etc. Is this possible? Thank you so much! Blayne
  5. Site URL: https://www.allshereads.com.au/home-1 Hi guys, I'm trying to figure out how to reduce the width of the embed / code layouts. I've embedded a widget from Goodreads, but I want it to display either side by side the summary layout, or another layout, but it won't allow me to do so because of the width of the layout across the page. Thanks so much, Shan.
  6. Site URL: https://isabelladoran.com/add-flavour Hi all, I am needing some assistance with some custom CSS. I have been trying to figure out how to reduce the massive gaps of space in between my content on my website when it is on mobile, however I am a bit stuck (have included images to show exactly what I mean on one page as an example). I have tried to fix the padding and spacing but it doesn't seem to be working. This issue is on all the pages connected to my work page. How am I able to fix this?
  7. Site URL: http://tylerelise.com Hi there, I'm currently using this code in the custom CSS for my website to get the gallery images to have 8px of space between them: #container-content { padding-left: 8px!important; padding-right: 8px!important; } #grid .item { margin-left:-8px; a { border: 16px solid #fff; } /* Overlay size on hover */ .wrapper { margin: 16px; } } The issue I'm noticing is that the images now sit towards the bottom right corner and are off-center in the box. I've attached an image of what this looks like in edit view, you can see the content is sitting towards the bottom right of the container. It seems like something is effecting the right margin within the code (I've also attached a screenshot from the inspect view to show this). I'm wondering if maybe because it's a white border and not a margin the borders to the right of each image are now covering 8px of its neighboring image? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
  8. Site URL: https://www.freshcoastjazz.com/ Hello. I had to reduce the link spacing of my main header links so I could set my mobile breakpoint to 1000px to mitigate the navigation from wrapping. Now the links look like they're too scrunched together with all this empty space between the links and logo when the browser is anything wider than 1200px. Is there any way to allow the link spacing to expand evenly as the browser width gets wider?
  9. Site URL: https://www.tobyroney.com/ Hi, I am wanting to remove the gaps between the few separate carousels I have on my website. I would like them to appear flush, so there is no gap between the first top one and the second one. I’m using the template Lange. There is no way to remove the spacing between two different carousels in the settings unfortunately, so if anyone has custom coding to help with this that’d be amazing!
  10. Site URL: https://vanilla-ellipsoid-frjx.squarespace.com/ I want to reduce the spacing between the paragraph styles (Red Area), but only this header on the home page - not the whole site. Is there a piece of code that can do this for only a specific section of the site? Thank you! site password: 12345
  11. Site URL: https://vizchange.net I have a website where I present climate and weather data visualizations. I have it setup on several tablet and touchscreen computers at a national park visitor center and hotel. I am trying to minimize the scrolling on pages to encourage the website to be explored as much as possible, so I am trying to limit any hurdles on various devices, for example, scrolling. If you go to an example visualization (blog entry), I would like to maximize the space used for the visualization. I would like to reduce the empty space to the left and right of the data visualizations and the space above and below. Each blog page (where the individual visualizations are located) should fit to a screen on any device without or with as little scrolling as possible. I am familiar with CSS coding, but still a novice. I have no spacer blocks and have no side-bar navigation menus. Any suggestions for solving this problem and improving the layout to maximize the user experience with the visualizations is much appreciated. BTW: this is a pilot project!
  12. Site URL: https://primrose-dahlia-2c57.squarespace.com/services-2 I have 2 blocks on this part of my website, and there's way too much blank space between them. I've tried changing the height on both of them but it's still too much for my liking. Is there anything I can do to reduce the padding between the blocks (under the part about FAQ and above the pictures) but keep everything else the same?
  13. Site URL: https://cliniquedentaireantoinesabeh.com/ Hi, I want to reduce the space between the logo, the main nav and the button on my webstie, so the nav menu in the middle can be on ONE LINE only. Thanks
  14. Site URL: http://www.labelle-artistry.com Hi! I'm in desperate need of help on the tablet version of my website labelle-artistry.com. The headlines are coming up way too large, the header logo is too small and the alignment is all off (see pictures below). Can someone please help me? Thank you! Lindsay
  15. Site URL: https://www.nellesbar.dk/menu Hello, I'm updating my site and would like to change/adjust/reduce the space between the menu categories - how do I do that? See attached file. I'm using the 'Pacific' template.
  16. Site URL: https://www.wordwisecoaching.co.uk/ I have been having some trouble with the mobile menu overlay. The spacing looks fine when you adjust the settings using the Squarespace Edit sliders, but when navigating the live site the spacing of the menu items will change as I move between different pages. It goes from being perfectly spaced on one page to all overlaying and unreadable on the next. I have attached some screenshots of this. I did use some code at one point to try to adjust the spacing of the items so that they would fit on one screen with no scroll, but have since deleted this and the issue is still there. Is there anything that I can do to fix this?
  17. Site URL: https://perklending.com I am looking to fix the first section on my site's homepage - in regards to the mobile and tablet versions. There's an H1 title next to 3 image blocks. It looks great on desktop, but not so much on tablet. The h1 text box font size is just way too large when the screen width is smaller. Also, because the font is so large, the words wrap. When the screen width shrinks, I'd like the H1 text box font to shrink accordingly, that way there's never a screen width where the H1 text is broken up (see attached photo for example -tabletprob1). Having such a large font not only causes the words to wrap but leaves a significant amount of white space underneath the photos (because the h1 text box is so large). I have coded that when the screen width gets to a certain point, to make the 3 image blocks disappear entirely. That code is below. The tricky part is that there is a point where the below code kicks in, and the image blocks no longer display, BUT the H1 text box does not adjust to take up the full screen. It looks terrible (see attached tabletproblem2). Eventually, the H1 text box does adjust to take up the entire width of the screen and looks great. To recap, the screen width is causing a 2-part problem I'd love some help with fixing. Part 1 is that the H1 text box font size is just way too big on smaller screens. Part 2 is that once the code below prompts the photos to disappear, the H1 text box is not currently adjusting to take up the full screen. Thank you for all assistance! PASSWORD FOR SITE: hello //HOMEPAGE MOBILE RESIZING //Header photos title 1,2,3 @media only screen and (max-width: 905px) { #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1625930377608_39055 { display: none; } } @media only screen and (max-width: 905px) { #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1625930377608_40459 { display: none; } } @media only screen and (max-width: 905px) { #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1625930377608_29799 { display: none; } }
  18. Hey! How do I change the space between paragraphs? I know you can change the line spacing, but I want the gap between paragraphs to be different from gap between lines. Thanks!
  19. My Design section doesn't have color/font etc. under it as an option and I was wondering how I can access these features otherwise? I need to access color so I can change the colour of the text in my header. Sorry if this is a silly question, I haven't been able to find answers elsewhere - any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance!
  20. Site URL: https://lexiramos.com/comic Hello, I am trying to decrease the spacing between the page navigation and where the image starts.
  21. Site URL: https://parsnip-aqua-4gk3.squarespace.com/performance is there a way to reduce the very generous padding at the top and the bottom of this portfolio gallery (by at least half)? I've attached a screenshot. many thanks for any suggestions Kathleen

  23. Site URL: http://www.makeupbyalessandra.com Hi, On the main home page, the mobile view (on my desktop) looks different to the mobile view on my actual mobile device. On the mobile device it is extremely spaced out. The first rotating image has a large gap from the header, and then a large gap underneath the image as well. I just want this changed on Mobile view. Thank you Alessandra
  24. Site URL: http://www.blossomcreativeagency.com Hi! I had to add the below code to custom CSS to get the images (brought in from Canva) to show up properly on mobile, and while it works great, there's now a giant gray space beneath the images that I can't figure out how to get rid of. Thanks for your help! @media screen and (max-width:640px) { .homepage .section-background img { width: 100% !important; height: auto !important; } }
  25. Site URL: https://www.nhjstyle.com/home-2 Hi, I'm trying to reduce the padding between each page on this Index page . I've managed to do it for the first block. Do I need to do it for each block manually or can I apply it to all? The theme is Haydn if it helps Thanks! Laura
