  1. I'm selling some bundles / sets in my shop and I'm not sure if in the SKU section of each bundle I should write the SKUs of all the items included in that bundle, or should it have its own unique SKU. Basically, I have limited items that I sell them both separately and in bundles, so I need a solution that covers the right number of each specific item's number in the inventory; for example if 1 item from item x is sold separately, then in the inventory number of bundles that include item x also should decrease 1 (minus 1). What I did is I wrote the SKUs of all the items included in a bundle in the SKU of that bundle separating them by a comma ',' however it seems it won't work this way. I appreciate if anyone knows the solution for that. Thank you
  2. Is it possible to create a sku number and assignment it to an appointment type for easier integration with QBO and other tools?
  3. Site URL: https://www.middleburgtack.com/jumping Greetings! I would like to display the SKU on the product pages, does anyone have any suggestions for that? I'm sure there's a way to do it with some code insertion but I'm not smart enough to do it. I'd like the SKU to show on the main product pages below the price. Thanks!
  4. Evening from NZ. I have a challenge that I believe many others will face when using Squarespace's SKU code system. It is my understanding that a SKU code would be site wide, product listing wide - ie. If an item relating to that SKU code sells out, then other listings on the site including that product and SKU code will also show as out of stock. Example... I sell plants with pots. I also sell pots individually with varying stock levels. When I created these listings there were SKU codes created - I thought this was great! However, the issue arises when Customer A wants to order a cactus plant with a "Blue" pot from the variant options of which there is ONE "Blue" pot left in my storeroom. They complete the purchase. Customer B comes along and wants to order a different plant from and also wants a "Blue" pot variant - if the SKU codes worked as they should then Customer B should be able to see that "Blue" is unavailable as a variant because Customer A purchased the last one in stock. I was told by CC that I need to manually keep stock of each item in this case - which would mean a lot of time spent checking and updating listings to reflect pot colours sold. Which is why SKU codes are so important! Can anyone help me with this? Or has anyone else experienced this and found a work around that helps? Thank you, Katrina
  5. Is there any way to show a product's SKU in a summary? I can't find a term for the SKU relating to the summary block in the first place, so I don't even know where to start to try to make it work. I thought I'd ask, to make sure whether it's possible at all. Thank you for your time.

    SKU ON STORE PAGE

Site URL: https://www.chg.mx/ Hi, I want to show the sku on the store page...like the image. Is there a way to do this??
  7. Hey there! My client want's add-on gifts available for selection when customers purchase bouquets. If I set up each existing product as a variant, is there anyway the stock #'s can be linked to the original product to ensure they have availability? HOWEVER my client has many of her available products setup as their own variants, see here: https://helloblossombouquets.com/shop/alive-packs Could I do something with the existing SKU to link them? TIA! Brodi
  8. Site URL: http://www.vitalcaretechnology.com Hello. Has anyone been able to find a way to display product SKUs on their product pages? We have just come over to squarespace from another platform and have lots of customers that know the SKUs of our products and search for them (I have inserted a search function in our header) by those custom SKUs. Is there a way to display them on the product pages so that they can be searched? This also comes in handy as a way for the customer to double check what they are ordering.
  9. Site URL: https://www.setcollective.com.au Hi! I have a site that is currently set up to sell individual products and then 'sets' of the same individual products. For example you can buy: A Singlets in three different colours A Tshirt in three different colours A Long Sleeve Tshirt in 3 different colours all as individual products or you can buy them as a set i.e You can buy a singlet, tshirt, long sleeve top all in the same colour as a 'set' however when someone buys this product, it is not taken from the stock count because Squarespace does not know it is also another product. Is there a way to add more than one SKU per product line i.e CLASSIC SET (1 Singlet, Tshirt, Long Sleeve Top in Grey is Sku0000, Sku0001, Sku0002) so that it takes the three skus and subtracts this from the overall same stock count. You can see the site here: www.setcollective.com.au I'm pretty sure it can't - is there a plugin or can this be customised? Thanks, Leanne
  10. Site URL: https://www.sbd-vox.com/dewalt-nordic/p/mp16822-gb Hi Everyone. Hoping somewhere can help/point me in the right direction as i'm pretty sure this will need to be completed use custom code. By using a SquareSpace commerce store, we have created a "flat catalogue" which contains all of the items that we use and the users will need to enter the product SKU into another location/service. We've put the product SKU in the description, but we've had alot of feedback that it would be ideal to copy this directly to the clipboard (attached image is an example of the "copy to clipboard" button used on a different site). Would it be possible to create a button that copies the SKU from the SquareSpace product data, or perhaps as a fallback a unique part of text for each product? (i can tweak this for each individual product) We currently have MemberSpace integrated to our website, here are temporary credentials if required. Thanks!: W: https://www.sbd-vox.com/dewalt-nordic/p/mp16822-gb U: test@july.com P: pAssword1
  11. Site URL: https://www.hookeduphawaii.com Can anyone tell me why some of my products have sku numbers and some dont? And how do I get sku numbers for all of my products?
  12. Site URL: https://esatto.house/ Site URL: https://esatto.house/ Template: Squarespace 7.1 Hi, I currently have ChannelSight's "Where to Buy" button displaying below each of my product descriptions as a "Buy Now" button. Eg: https://esatto.house/refrigeration/p/84l-upright-freezer-stainless-steel-euf92s To achieve this, I added the following ChannelSight JS Reference in the Header section of the Code Injection: <script src="https://cscoreproweustor.blob.core.windows.net/widget/scripts/cswidget.loader.js" defer></script> Since I don't want the button to display below in the Additional Info section of the product page but below the product description. I've added the widget container to the end of the product description manually by added it to the end of the Description field of a CSV file and importing it via Commerce/Inventory: <button class="cswidget" data-asset-id="2088" data-product-sku="<!–– SKU-NUMBER-HERE ––>" >Buy Now</button> This method has worked for me initially but it's very manual and every time I make a change to the product description, I'll have to re-add the widget container and reupload the CSV file. I was wondering if it is possible to inject this widget to each product within a Store via the Store's Page Header Code Injection and <!–– SKU-NUMBER-HERE ––> is pulled from product's SKU field?
  13. I have a number of products. When they are sold, I go to the orders page and the SKUs are not available so there is no way to know which product was purchased unless I click on the specific order. Is there a way to search for purchases based on SKUs? It's seem crazy to run a store without this ability. Thank you! John
  14. Dear all, May I know how to solve this issue where all the products within Inventory won't tracked automatically even added the SKU respectively? I pasted the SKUs from Shopify to Squarespace, manually (since importing of CSV from Shopify auto-generated CSV to Squarespace won't works, with issues and products are not able to import successfully). Thanks. Regards, Jeff
  15. When viewing product details, it DOES NOT show available quantity and the SKU info. Not in thumbnail mode (qty) or detail view (qty and sku) When I worked on a previous SquareSpace page (7.0) it showed such information. But on this current page and style (7.1) I get nothing. There is an SKU and qty typed in, but it'll be very handy to actually show this to customers and ourselves so we know what they are talking about if the customer asks. Is this a 7.1 thing or am I missing something? In 7.0, at least the qty option was in Site Styles (odd place - it should be global products). It's a standard business plan. I don't recall what the other old one was, but I think it too was business. I did add a 3rd party mode to both of these, which add a function to the products page. This was also done for the previous site without issues. Confused.
  16. Site URL: https://www.justgoodjuju.com We use 'Out of Stock' waitlists but in the list, it shows only the product name with no other identifier. We have several products with the same name (or similar) and there is no way to tell for sure what the product is that the person signed up for notifications on. Is there ANY way to determine the SKU for an item in the Out of Stock Wait List?
  17. This all started when I was researching to see if Squarespace offers any solutions that would allow you to set quantity-based discounts (i.e. $4/each, 3 for $10), and long story short - there isn't any which is a huge bummer. Then I'm thinking that maybe I could post a product listing and call it a "bundle", a "set" or a "box" priced at $10, and customers can select 3 products that are eligible for the discount as variants, but in this case, tracking inventory will be a huge mess. So my question is, can I use the same SKU in multiple listings? And what will happen if I do that? Will they share the same inventory cuz if they do, that'd be real nice. Please help! Thank you!
