  3. Hey I was curious if anyone new if Squarespace offered an option for freight shipping? I haven't found any API extensions or attachments to make this process seamless. So far I have only found that Shopify offers this sort of API when shipping freight. Any insight would help thank you.

  5. We are a small business that sells handbags of many sizes. We use carrier calculated shipping which works just fine for our mid sized and larger bags. Currently, we are have 3 shipping options that show up on our site: Retail Ground, Priority, and Priority Express. The Retail Ground option is only 5 cents less than priority, and no matter how much we tweak the dimensions and weights on our smaller bags, the lowest price we can populate is $8.20. We have the option within Ship Easy to ship First Class on these smaller items, but Squarespace will not give us the option. We are losing sales
  6. Hi! I sell art, and I want to start shipping internationally, but only for unframed pieces. I don't want framed work to ship overseas(my framer doesn't handle shipping large sizes internationally). I thought I could do this with shipping weight, but there doesn't seem to be an option to not ship something heavy to certain locations. So is it all or nothing? Either I ship frames overseas or I can't ship anything overseas?   7. On our online store we will only be using UPS to ship, curious to know if there is a way to restrict PO Boxes as Addresses through a setting in Squarespace or is it possible to use code somehow. Maybe setup a condition - "Does Not Equal" and value would be po box,p.o. box,p.o box,po. box,pobox,p.o.box,p.obox,po.box, post office box. When you add more than one to your cart, it doubles the price for every shirt you add. USPS does not charge that way and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix that. PLEASE HELP!

My question is what is everyone doing to get shipping to charge correctly since printful charges different shipping for everything and additional shipping on multiple items? Site URL: https://www.spinifexskateboards.com/ When my client scans their Australia Post tracking ID number (via QR code) using the iOS Commerce App, the app adds a random string of numbers to the tracking number. As Australia Post is accepted by Squarespace, this automatically becomes a clickable link, however, due to the random numbers being added, it breaks the URL link to the Australia Post website, so users cannot track their deliveries. Has anyone else experienced this and resolved it?

I have Shippo connected as my shipping helper. From what I could find, it looks like flat rate is the best way to go, but I just need some guidance to make sure that I'm not undercharging for shipping and to make sure that these labels can be printed from Shippo.   16. Hello, I'm designing a site for a client who delivers a food product herself (Doesn't ship anything), and therefore only delivers within a certain radius of her store. Does anyone know of a way to set this up? Best thing I have figured out so far is to upgrade the business plan subscription to be able to limit to specific area codes. She also needs to take orders at least 2 days in advance of fulfilling the orders.   18. I'm trying to build a small commerce store on my website. Shipping for each item individually is $6, but combined would be $10 to ship both. How do I implement this sort of scheme into my shipping?   19. Hi Is it possible to add coding to overrule the Depending on Weight shipping costs, whereby shipping costs are set on weight BUT if a customer spends over £50, postage is free? We have a customer who sells 5 products and there are 4-5 different weights for each, so it seems easiest to set a weight-based shipping rate and then it would be great to be able to add in some kind of coding that says any order over £50 is free shipping.   21. Hello, I am wondering if anyone has managed to work around Squarespace's reluctance (refusal?) to add item-specific shipping rates. Specifically, we want to offer free shipping in the continental US on only one category of our products. We are currently categorizing those products as "services" so Squarespace doesn't charge shipping for them. However this is not a good solution because: 1) we can't send those customers tracking numbers when we ship their item, 2) the only way to get their shipping address is to have them enter it when adding items to their cart, meaning if they
