  1. Site URL: https://www.barrykatz.com/ Hello! I am designing an announcement bar for my site, however it formats terrible with the responsive design on mobile. Rather than staying as a long horizontal announcement bar, it condenses everything into one tall column. This makes mobile impossible to use. Is there a css code to turn off responsive design, or help with my issue in any way? I don't have the banner up on my site right now, but attached are two images of what it did look like. Thanks!
  2. Site URL: https://studiodazee.squarespace.com/config/design Hello, On the homepage on client testimonials the line breaks are really short and the design looks awful but I like how the line breaks on desktop, how can I keep the desktop design but edit the mobile?
  3. Site URL: http://www.desertbloomfoods.com I am running in to issues with some of my site's blocks not rendering correctly on iphone X (as it is a larger size than your normal smart phone). I am trying to get my card blocks to render with the image on top + corresponding text on the bottom rather than how it is rendering on mobile (side by side and not even). Two screenshots are attached for reference. Any insight on how I should adjust my CSS for things to render correctly on devices such as an iphone x? Thanks in advance!
  4. Site URL: https://www.amyklazkin.com/ I'm using the Jasper template for my website and I'm having some issues re: responsive design. Basically, I've made some index images that look really nice on my website when I view my site full-screen. However, if I minimize the window to 2/3 the size of the screen or when I view my site on mobile, the images are getting cropped, and thus some of the image/text is getting cut off, which is an issue. I've tried resizing the images a million different times and reaching out to Squarespace support with no luck... I'd also be open to changing my i
  5. Site URL: https://www.oldsonmedical.com/ Hi I am struggling with the auto responsiveness of the home page banner on my site for mobile. The text runs over my clients face and she doesn't like it. My client wants to keep the photo there (not replace with a non headshot photo for mobile) but is there any way to bump the banner text above or below the photo with code? I've tried this code below but it just ends up cutting off the entire banner and text with it (second pic). It would be great if the header text + button bumped down into its own blue section below the banner image... @media
  6. Site URL: https://www.oldsonmedical.com/ A client pointed out that as she scrolls her site on mobile the text is resizing and bumping around. I had to see to beleive and its very odd! I asked what browser she's using and she said Google. At first I assumed it was Chrome, which I have, but then realzied Google has a separate app just called Google (w/ G as the icon) that's just for search. I checked a few other SS sites and this app is resizing H2-H4 text on alll squarespace sites as you scroll....seems like a bug but has anyone else had this happen to them??
  7. Site URL: https://www.trworks.com/wood-slate/p/slate/texas-word-art In my store, (see https://www.trworks.com/wood-slate/p/slate/texas-word-art for an example) the up and down quantity arrows show on the desktop, but do not show on mobile devices. Is there any way to get them to show? Thanks!
  8. Site URL: http://www.domrugman.co.uk Hi, (pass - 0123) I have my margins really tight and simple on my desktop site... But as page width scales down towards mobile, the header and site margins offset dramatially... Then once aligned, the margins feel much thicker than they do on desktop... is there a way to keep margins consistent all the way down to mobile through varying breakpoints? Many th
  9. Site URL: https://zedfactorfellowship.org/ I'm currently having problems with mobile viewing for my website. The issue is viewing the website in landscape shifts the website images leftward and the nav menu also disappear when in landscape mode. I have provided the screenshots of the issues below and all the custom code I have written for the site. @media screen and (max-width:767px) { [data-section-id="5fb32dcd64513a6739b5718e"] { min-height: 37vh !important; height: 30vh !important; } } /* CSS FOR TABLET AND MOBILE */ @mobile: ~"only screen and (max-width: 640px)"; @t
  10. Site URL: https://www.coastalathletics.net/ I hope everyone is having a great weekend! Feedback on this site would be greatly beyond amazing. This is a youth athletic training facility. I will list some sites below which are similar in the industry that I want to eventually get the site to look like. The main image on the home page is kind of giving me issues when I do stack like it is now its a little big but when I do inline its a bit to small. 12. Site URL: https://www.tealcanvas.com Hi! So we are prelaunch, so still password protected. We are showcasing artists for unique, personal commissions. Each artist has their own "product" page. In each product page, we are showing 10 plus examples of their prior work to show their individual style. We would like to lightbox each work in the page so it pops out. Here is the issue, each of the different art pieces in the product page is represented in a 2:3 vertical ration. However, when you click to lightbox each work, it shows in a stretched horizontal representation so all you can
  13. My website: https://thrustinteractive.squarespace.com This sire looks good and has the appropriate white space on the sides of content on desktop, however when I look at the site in a mobile view elements are bunched together and the spacer blocks are lost. I am using the Brine template, is there any way to add code or have the spacer blocks that keep my site clean show up on mobile. It is keeping my website from being responsive and looking as good on mobile as it does on desktop. Thank you for your help!
  14. I have designed a site with 4 stacked images side by side (as shown in the picture) At a specific screen size the image stacks obviously begin to respond, becoming thinner and thinner until they suddenly snap into mobile mobile and stack 1 on top of the other. My query - how can I force an intermediate snapping point and make the column of 4 images, become 2 side by side, then finally on mobile 1 on top of the other. Thank you

  17. Site URL: https://parsnip-recorder-rng8.squarespace.com/config/ My home page is a full screen looping video background (embedded from Vimeo). The video background I am using at the moment is not responsive. Looks horribly cropped on mobile. Seems like there is not a responsive template on Squarespace and I may have to consider code? Before I upgrade I'd like to know if this will work? Is there code out there that will make my looping video background responsive when viewed on Mobile? Recommendations? Second option would be to run a video from Vimeo but then my problem is no Squarespace

Ideally I'd like two items per row. Is it possible to address this with custom code?
  22. Site URL: https://romablack.squarespace.com/contact Hi Guys, What is the best solution to stop my map scaling down in height when next to a form block?
