  1. Does anyone know the CSS to centre align the related products section on a product page? I used CSS to reduce the number of shown elated products from 5 to 3 but I can't get the 3 products centred to the page, it is left aligned.
  2. It seems it can't be adjusted normally, does anyone have some code to adjust the size? Thank you!
  3. Site URL: https://www.mulberrypaperco.com/cambridge-collection/p/invitation-set Hello, I currently have the related products feature turned on. I'd like to only display 5 related products. but ideally I'd like them to all be on the same line right below the product on the product page. Currently the 5 products are displaying on two different lines. Is there some code to edit this? Thank you, Hails
  4. Site URL: https://cardioid-bullfrog-em7k.squarespace.com/ Hello, I can't seem to figure out what CSS will allow me to change the size of the font of the prices in the related products section. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thank you so much!
  5. Site URL: https://www.tellemoi.co.uk Hi there, trying to get my related products to show in a row of 3 on mobile for all product pages ( I have 4) , like it does on the computer example: https://tellemoi.co.uk/nailpolish/kamikhaki
  6. Hi all, is there a way to show 6 and not only 5 related products ? Thanks!
  7. Site URL: https://badlab.squarespace.com/ Hi, I need some help regarding padding on top of Related Products on product pages and below text 'You may also like'. Link: https://badlab.squarespace.com/store/backend/outline-hoodie Password: temp I've changed the line spacing for the entire site on 'heading 2' but that makes it cut behind the 'related products' block. Any help appreciated!
  8. Site URL: https://round-tarantula-pmew.squarespace.com/config/ how could I make related product gallery as slider?
  9. Hi all! The question has to do with the display of the related products on any product page in the store: - If I have less than 3 items to display, I would love to center the related products on the page (takes 3 items/line max) - If I have more than 3 items to display, I would love to display only 3. No preference: random choice, or the 3 firsts... Is it possible? Could I solve that with some extra code? Can someone please assist me? Hope it's a good year 🙂
  10. Hi, does anyone know any CSS to move the position of the related products function on a product page? It's currently located at the bottom of the product page by default, below the additional info section. Is it possible to move it above the additional info section, but below the product product description and add to cart button? Thanks!
  11. I'm in the trial period, evaluating moving our store from self-hosted to Squarespace. We sell two kinds of fruit preserve in both seeded and seedless varieties. I want to: 1) Use Related Products to display only the seedless products when viewing the seeded version, and/or 2) have a link in the product description of, say, seedless blackberry to go to the seeded blackberry product. (I recognize that I could have one product with two variants, but I don't want to do that.) The documentation says I can filter by tags, and I have added tags to these products, but there's no place to select/enter the tags I want to filter on, contrary to the manual. For example, "Related products display on product details pages based on category or tag." Similarly, in the documentation on links, it says: "Select the collection page you want to filter, then select a category, tag, or both from the corresponding drop-down menus. If you select both a category and a tag, only items with both the category and tag will appear when visitors click the link." There is no visible UI to select tags. Is this one of those Premium features unavailable to me in a trial?
  12. Hi there! I am looking for a solution on having multiple product choices on a product. For example, we are on a coffee product page and you can add a case of coffee but we are looking to add another button to add-on a camp mug, like I have attached here in a quick mockup. So there would be 2 product options on 1 product page if that makes sense?
  13. Site URL: https://yarradayspa.com.au/online-beauty-store/hydra-24-crme-glace Hi I've got a site on the rally template which is not displaying the heading (You might also like) for the related products. It means that the images for the related products are appearing almost touching the image of the actual product the website visitor is looking at so looks really weird. I've contacted and this was their response I can confirm that we are experiencing an issue where the default "You Might Also Like" section title for related products is not rendering properly. We’ve noted this for our Design and Engineering teams to review, and they’ll use this feedback when implementing fixes and improvements in future releases. Please keep in mind that there are many moving parts we need to address before any changes are made, and we can't guarantee changes to this behavior in the immediate future. That said, all feedback is reviewed and your continued input is always encouraged. For the time being, you may want to consider customizing the text or letter case of the section title in the Related Products panel (Commerce > Related Products). Since this is only affecting the default text, that should clear up the issue for you. Does anyone have some CSS code to target that heading/section title? I've tried a few different things but so far no luck, any suggestions would be appreciated.
  14. Hi, I'm trying to remove the pricing from the Related Products shown on Product Detail page. Thanks,
  15. I've got products in a page calleds 'bows' which had a collection of bows for different instruments. I have now created three different product pages called 'Violin Bows', 'Cello Bows' and 'Viola Bows'. I don't want to have to make all the products again, can I move the prodcuts from my current generic 'Bows' product page to their specific instrument product page? I'm on 7.1, can't seem to work out how to do it.
  16. Site URL: https://journeycamera.com/camera-carry-system/large-mountain-pad-upstrap Where is the font color setting for related products? It's in styles (I think) but how to get there is ?? Thanks, A
  17. Site URL: http://www.arch-worldwide.com/shop-all Hello, How can I reduce the size of the images on the related products block? Demonstrated below:
  18. Site URL: https://www.lynnemeade.com/ I'm having an issue with display of related products in an online shop to be launched soon. The SQSP version is 7.0 and the template is Avenue. The three related products display next to each other horizontally similar to the computer desktop view, rather than stacking vertically in a single column. My understanding is that images stack vertically on mobile in the Avenue template, except in some blocks like summary carousels which stack in two columns. (I'll address an issue with that display in a separate question.) The resulting display of product images and text is too small for a user to see and read well, particularly on mobile phones. On mobile phones, I'd like each related product to stack vertically with the product title and price centered below the product thumbnail. The product title and price may require left justified styling for longer titles. I'll have to test the best overall text styling once the related products display vertically stacked. For now, I've set the "Details Alignment: Center" in site styles. The tablet display is problematic as well, even more so in portrait mode. I'd prefer to keep the three related products in one row horizontally rather than creating two columns. I noticed that the related product images and text don't span the full length of the screen inset. Perhaps changing that would help on tablets in both portrait and landscape mode. To see the display issues, I've attached two screenshoots of the current horizontal mobile phone display and one of the tablet display. The web site is Lynne Meade Ceramics. Code from two related-products questions Displaying 2 columns / Related Products / Mobile and Limit the number of related products didn't correct the display issue. My being new to custom CSS is hampering the effort. I'd appreciate any pointers on how to resolve this display problem. Kindly, K
  19. Site URL: https://www.devourcatering.com/devour-store/fantastic-fathers-day I'm looking to have related products filter more specifically. I would like a product to have two categories: The event (father's day) and (Addon) so the related products underneath would be Bother fathers day related AND addon related. the store I'm building has events that have specific addons that we don't want available to other products. BUT there are general addons the should appear globally (booze for example would show up as an addon under both father's Day AND a picnic product.. right now it grabs related product that have the same first category or tag.. Solutions get my eternal respect.
  20. Update: I was mistaken. I had the site on "Business" pricing tier and not the "Basic Commerce". Related products is available in "Basic Commerce". Also I reached out to Thompson Web Design who posted in the the thread linked below about a solution to display gratuity options at checkout. He was able to modify the code to work with my version of Squarespace and theme and it works nicely. ---Ignore Below--- We are looking for a way to implement gratuity in our restaurant oriented Squarespace store. I did find a related thread with a plugin suggestion and alternately a workaround to use the "related products" feature to implement gratuity using an inventory item. Forum Thread: In my case the 3rd party plugin isn't compatible with the version of Squarespace/them-family that I'm on. While it would be nice to have a dedicated gratuity function in the store, the "related products" workaround seemed like it would work. However this requires the most expensive plan in "Advanced Commerce" which as far as I can tell we would not use any of those features. I think we are barely using all the "Basic Commerce" features. A couple of things: Is handling gratuity in the store directly on the product roadmap? If so is there a guestimate on timeline? Given a lot of restaurants and other businesses right now are trying to adapt to COVID restrictions right now is it possible to make the "related products" feature available to business and basic commerce plans in a similar way that gift cards were made available for a limited time? If so I'm sure a support article to implement the gratuity workaround with related products would be appreciated by others. Thanks!
  21. Site URL: https://pelican-chiton-xwy4.squarespace.com/shop/fos-classic Hello, I can't figure how to change the font-size on my ¨Related Products¨ title on my PDP's (called YOU MIGHT ALSO LIKE). https://pelican-chiton-xwy4.squarespace.com/shop/fos-classic I mean, I can do that by tweaking the CSS's from the Inspector but change doesn't take place on my site when adding it to "Design > Custom CSS". Is there any way I could make this title behave as an h4 instead of and h2? Perhaps by adding some "code injection / html"? Or any other workaround? I would like this title to be 18px font size. Thanks! Xavier

  23. Site URL: https://www.kinship-press.com Hello, I want to be able to centre my recommended products title "You Might Also Like..." and chance it to either header 1 or 2 (as I have a custom font applied to these) but it seems permanently stuck on header 2. What can I do to customise it? Many thanks, Alice
