Adding comment section and ratings for products

The HTML of the recipe card uses the Recipe Schema so that Google displays an appropriate recipe card on search results. We are also using Rating Widget to display star ratings to users. We are struggling with getting the star rating on the google search result recipe card though. Since the Rating Widget is a third-party Javascript snippet, we need to capture that rating after the page and widget

Adding rating widget underneath Add to Cart button

I want to do two things: 1) How do I remove the "Rate this" box? It's not pretty, takes up space and seems unnecessary. 2) More importantly, I want to move the rating to underneath the Add to Cart button on my product pages. Is that possible? In the example shown, we're in the freebie section and I've replaced the Add to Cart button with a "FREE" text but that probably shouldn't change an
