  1. Site URL: https://www.katikaia.com/ Hi There, After review on my product pages - the best fit aspect for images is 16:9 wide screen - so have been able to include video etc as well. But in doing that aspect - I then need to edit all my pictures to be 16:9 ... so when i go to edit to change the image box to the aspect and so it doesn't cut off part of the images (as it is doing now) - there seems to be an angle button -but is there a zoom out button so i can add more white around the edges ? Really dont want to have to resize and open all my product images again into photoshop.... Thank you! Kati
  2. Hi, I am just wondering if there is a way to have items per page. So like any online store for example they have a limit of 9 items per page, then a page 2, page 3 etc. Is there a code to do this or am I missing something? Because I have 40 odd items that are on the page and appear as a scroll down... I would like to clean this up. Thanks!

  4. Site URL: https://crosby-demo.squarespace.com/shop/p/pencil-plant Trying to change my product detail page images to have a full bleed, and for my product info/cart to stay static on the right - similar to the design of the below shop. What CSS can I insert? I have already changed my product images to stacked, so just need to amend gallery to full bleed. 5. Site URL: https://ryancargil.com/ I have landscape and vertical images on my website but they only offer 7 ratio options and it’s killing my photos. How can I work around this? Ps am newb.
  6. I am able to change the options on product variant drop downs using javascript. But the price is not changing according to the selected options. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
  7. Site URL: http://www.mindfulrelease.com Hi there! I am trying to sell custom fonts on my website, and when a customer buys those fonts, I want them to be able to choose a licensing option that would fluctuate the price. I am looking to have a required drop down menu under the "Add to Cart" button on my shop page. Each option on the drop down menu would need its own price attached to it, so that customers can choose their licensing type and see how much it costs before adding to cart. Also, I would like there to be a hyperlink in the description of the product, linking customers to my "Licensing" page to read up on each license type before purchasing. In the image provided, I have the word "Licensing" highlighted, which I am hoping to have hyperlinked. As far as I can tell, the custom forms that Squarespace allows me to add on my products doesn't allow for hyperlinks in the description. These forms also pop up after the customer clicks "Add to Cart," so it wouldn't help them know what licensing type they are adding to cart, and the price associated with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, or any type of workaround. Thank you!
  8. I have brought in a new shipment of products. To appropriately display these new products, I need to create some new product categories and move products around from one category to another. I have not figured out how to move these published products to another category in my product types. Any assistance would be appreciated.

  10. I'm trying to hide the Product Item Gallery for items in a specific store collection. I've found the collection ID and have tried: #collection-60cd14ac0d607355f16bf708 .ProductItem-gallery { display: none !important; } It seems like this should work, but I'm obviously missing something. Any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks!
  11. Template : Clarkson Squarespace : 7.1 Hi, I have changed the logo across my website on different pages successfully. (Page/Advanced/Page Header Code Injection). However I need to change the logo on the shop archive/landing page, so it is different than the logo on the individual product pages. Currently it changes both the landing page and the product pages. Page design - Shop page : dark header so need a white logo. Product pages : white header so need a coloured logo. My logo is not black, so inverting this doesn't make it white, but a cream colour. Is it possible to change the logo just on the Shop landing page without affecting the product pages as well? Thanks.
  12. Site URL: https://tuatara-blue-ft9a.squarespace.com/config/settings/site-visibility I want to create a carousel for my product page like this site: https://palomawool.com/collections/tops/products/figueroa-bandeau-top-digital-print How would I go about doing this? Thank you!
  13. Site URL: https://foster-demo.squarespace.com/products-foster Hi, Is it possible to achieve this layout (https://foster-demo.squarespace.com/shop-index-foster) on the actual products page (https://foster-demo.squarespace.com/products-foster) ? Essentially I want to create a "packed" layout on products page instead of "grid". Thanks, A
  14. Site URL: https://www.aaline.ca/beta-product-page-v3 Hi, I have a question regarding making a split sticky section on product pages. Here is the page:https://aaline.ca/beta/linear-embedded-azw3l I'm trying to keep the product image sticky, while the left side scrolls down and shows the dropdowns with more product information. However, if that is not possible I've been trying to implement the same thing, but on a regular blank page: https://www.aaline.ca/beta-product-page-v3 I've tried using CSS code from another forum post, but it did not work. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you!
  15. Hello ◾️squarespacers _, I ran into a huge problem (by numbers). In shortest, I got to build site for car upholsterer. Problem lays in large number of possible seat covers combinations: - three base types of seat covers materials (mostly for central part of the seat), - each type has 10 different designs (average), - there are different type of material for side cushions (if you want two colour seats) - approximately 40 brands of car manufacturers, - each manufacturer has at least tree different models, - seats in each model differ due to production year… So, there are thousands of combinations. I’d tried SQSP “out-of-the-box” solution but it is time consuming beyond futile. In addition; I found excellent tutorial for adding complex variants (https://www.blackcoffeebeautiful.com/bcbblog/adding-squarespace-variants), but it can’t solve my problem, unfortunately. My idea was to solve this with drop down choosers. For example: - from first drop down menu customer choose car manufacturer (Alfa Romeo, Audi, BMW…). - If he choose “Audi”, on second drop down menu should only be shown Audi models (A3, A4, Q5…) - If he choose “Q5”, on third drop down menu should only be shown production years relevant to this model (2009-2012, 2012-2017, 2017-…) etc - for all other required parameters… Problem here is how to include or exclude options in next drop down menu? If anyone have a slightest pointer how to solve this, I am open for all suggestions. Best Duško Bekar PS Hope I was concise.
  16. I am trying to set-up my store to offer both unitary sales and a subscription option (buy every 2 months) for most of my products. It seems like I can only do one or the other, not both under same product item, which is super frustrating. Ideally, I don't want to have to duplicate my product list and have the subscription option separate. Am I missing something? Is there a workaround? Would really appreciate any insight!
  17. I would like to achieve masonry like gallery layout in Shop on my site using 7.1 The first image is my site now.. the second image is what I would like it to look like (that is a summary block work around which I cannot use). Can anyone help me with custom code? TIA!!!
  18. Site URL: https://www.christianthiess.com/shop Dear Sir or Madam, thanks for taking time, to have a look into my current issues. It's about the texts shown in the quick-view display of my products in the product page overview. - The excerpt shows no paragraphs. The text is concatenated to one single text line; spread over a few lines. What I mean specifically, for example there are no bullet points shown - just the text. Additionally there are no CR-LF (enter) shown. - The arrows left and right to navigate the products in quick-view-mode are at the edge of the current web-site. They are not shown as arrows at the edge of the 'lightbox'. Is there any way to change this behaviour? maybe through custom CSS? thank you in advance, best regards, Christian
  19. Site URL: https://www.christianthiess.com/shop/fineart-druck-grossglockner-bei-nacht Dear Sir or Madam, thanks for taking time, to have a look into my current issues. My question is about the texts shown at the product page itself. I'm considering adding 'additional information' to any product. Like for my prints I'd like to share information on the chosen paper (maybe I'd like to include a link as well for further information). But: If I use the feature to add 'additional information' for a product, it is shown at the very bottom of the site, after all pictures. I'd assume that very few people scroll that much and could read the information given. So, it seems that I can only place the text in the product description. Is there any way to choose a place where the 'additional information' will be shown? for example after the button to add the product to the shopping cart with a title 'additional information'? or something else? Is there any way to change this behaviour? maybe through custom CSS? thank you in advance, best regards, Christian
  20. Site URL: https://www.christianthiess.com/shop/fineart-druck-groglockner-bei-nacht Dear Sir or Madam, thanks for taking time, to have a look into my current issues. My question is about the pictures shown on the product page. Is there any way to change the following behaviour? maybe through custom CSS? I'd like to not show all pictures one after another in full size. I'd rather like to show just one and have several thumbnails at the pictures' left side and arrows as overlay over the current picture to navigate through the photos. thank you in advance, best regards, Christian
  21. Site URL: http://hamsub.club Hello, I am trying to style the SELECT SIZE dropdown menu on my Product Detail pages. I have the text and arrow styled how I want, however I am unable to: Center the arrow vertically in the white box Have SELECT SIZE display properly without getting cut off on mobile. This would probably involve making the box wider, but when I try to do so, the box expands to the left instead of to the right. Any help would be greatly appreciated. https://www.hamsub.club/deli/p/test-1 pw: abc123 Thank you
  22. Site URL: http://www.oval-aqua-9hna.squarespace.com Hey guys, I'm looking to see how I can change where the "Back" button links to on the product page. Right now, it links to back to my print store (where it says "Back to prints") I've attached a screenshot for a preview of what it looks like right now. Any suggestions? Thank you -Jeff
  23. Site URL: http://www.tojldn.co.uk I'm working on a new layout for my product page and would like to move the product description to under the price and move the Size,Quantity and add to cart down below the description, how can I do that?
  24. Site URL: http://www.manifestphoto.com By default product pages have a "back to shop" link on them, but instead of going back to the sales page I have built (where I have products listed using summary blocks), it goes back to the source product list that I am drawing products from. I was able to hid the "back to shop link" using the following CSS: .show-product-item-nav #productWrapper #productNav { display: none; } However I am wondering if there is a way to change the target instead of hiding it so that it will take people back to the page they came from? This would be much better! I would be find with either being able to specify the exact URL, or with simply making it behave like the browser's "back" button, since either one will put them back on the sales page. My store page is: https://manifestphoto.com/pandemic-art-sale I'm on the Bedford template. I am hoping @tuanphan or another expert can help me. Thank you so much!!
