When an item is sold, she'd like it to move automatically to another page specifically for showing all sold items. I haven't created this page yet; hoping to get some feedback on whether it's possible, and what the steps might be. Many thanks for any help. -
Is anyone selling stock photography in SquareSpace? I have very specific aircraft images that I'm targeting to a very niche market and I don't want to give away most of my revenue to a stock agency. Are there any downsides to using SquareSpace over an agency? Can I protect my images from unauthorized downloads? Is there a good search feature which would use my keywords? Thanks.

In my product page, when I click on a product to edit, it goes to a loading screen that never loads. Please help me resolve this as it's impacting my business for new releases!

Hey, I need help editing my product. I just want to change some images, but I just get a loading screen that never ends. I tried finding my product and editing it through my inventory section as a possible alternative, but they don't show up there either. Take a look at the files to see what I mean, please get back to me on this asap as I would like to change the stock of my inventory as well as I don't want to negatively impact business. Editing the rest of the website works fine.

Hi Folks, I cannot find how to apply a specific font (directly from custom CSS) for two particular titles of my e commerce: Product main titles Categories navigation I've succeeded to apply the font I have on every other headers, paragraph, button ect but not these two last one. Let me know if you have the solution :)

Hi there, Has anyone come across a clever way of working with Meta Pixel events to track views of products with specific tags? For example, I'd like to be able to create a tracking event for all product views that have the tag "Abstract" or "Blue." If it were category, perhaps I could do something with URL slugs, but I'm stuck when it comes to product tags (and specifically because products often have more than one tag). Anyone have any experience with doing something similar to this? Thanks!

Hi, I have just about finished my website for selling photographic prints, however I have hit a roadblock displaying vertical format products in a gallery and horizontal format images in a different gallery. I have discovered that I can only display one format of images across the site!!! Seriously Squarespace are you kidding me? Sorry folks, rant over, but this is a huge disappointment considering todays technology. So I have been hunting the forum and not found any great solutions. The best I have found is to use some code to "object-fit" the image into the default aspect ratio so nothing is chopped off. However in my case this looks very poor in my landscape format gallery with small thumbnails and lots of space around each image (see second image below where I have added a dotted line showing the vertical format constraints). I should say that my vertical format gallery page is great (see first image below), and am very happy with that. Note that I also tried setting a square format as a compromise to suit both formats, but it is not a great option either. What I need to do is be able to set my second gallery to a 3:2 horizontal aspect ratio so that it does not affect my first gallery which is 2:3 vertical. Can anyone suggest how I might achieve that with some code please? Any help greatly appreciated. Cheers, Damien

Is there a way to edit the prices on a website so that they look more clean? For example, the prices on my website right now say "$49.99", "$29.99", etc. Is there a way to change the prices to "50 USD", "30 USD", etc.?

Pretty much as the title says. Is it possible when adding a product to have an area that shows wholesale cost (that I paid) and then I can choose the markup, 30% say. That way it's easy when it comes to doing a sale. I know what my wholesale was. I would NOT want that information available to customers. Is this an option? Or something I could code in? Thanks!

Hi, I have realised I need to improve my site's product structured data if I am ever going to get a viable amount of traffic. I also appreciate that my home page needs to be more search friendly but my immediate concern is that Google Search Console, despite having my current sitemap, is listing only 15 valid items of my 84 products on its Product Snippets tool. There are 0 invalid items so I am assuming my unlisted products somehow lack a data structure that helps the 15 products get seen. Any insights on how to get more products listed as valid items would be appreciated. -
Hi all, I'll soon be opening up preorders for my first jacket. The overall quantity will be limited to 300 units but this could be spread out across any number of either Small, Medium, Large, XL or XXL. I won't know until I open up preorders to the public. In an ideal world, I would set 300 as an overall quantity and as the orders get placed in each size, Squarespace would remove them from this number. As far as I can tell, I can only limit the inventory at the variant level. I need the variant inventory to be flexible but the overall inventory for the product to be fixed. Does that make sense? I have a feeling this won't be possible in Squarespace but I'm struggling to figure out the right search terms to see if it's possible on any other platform. Many thanks! Mark

Site URL: https://adammannphoto.com/shop When I "quick view" a product in my store, all of the product details are not showing up. Well, they're technically there, but they're displaying in white. I cannot find an area in the design menu to adjust colors for the quick view contents. I went through all of my color schemes and the header and paragraph text are always black, never white. Any ideas how to fix this?

For SS's 7.1 Product Page, there is the stacked version, that keeps the product details sticky on 1/2 the screen, and a vertical stack of the product images on the other half, visible on scroll. I am wondering if it is possible to build out a div element (via product header injection) that functions as a down arrow button sitting near the bottom of the first product image that when clicked, scrolls the viewport down to the second image. This way, viewers will know that additional product images exist beyond the first and only visible image in the viewport. I am comfortable with CSS to place the element, but am wondering if anyone has thoughts on how to implement script to make this come alive? Thanks! Maya

Hello, For some reason every one of my items is showing on my main online shop page. Via the edit functions there doesn't seem to be any way to remove all these hordes of items from the front page of my shop. I've checked some of the items in question, and they are not 'featured' (under 'visibility')... I'd like to just display the best sellers from each category on the first page of my shop. Hello! I am in the process of adding my current art for my site and having issues only with the mobile site. On the Shop page on the grid, it shows as a full image, but when I am clicking into it to "purchase" the image it's cropped (as per my screenshot and video attached) Is there anyway to zoom out so people can see the full image without having to click on it again? My other issue is people cannot zoom in on the picture either, and this would be good as some of the frames are quite large and I'd like people to be able to zoom in on the image. Thank you so much! Please see Configurator Page Text and Image Blocks. Occasionally folks have asked for more complex ways of selecting a product, beyond the usual product variants select menus. These are often referred to as product configurators. Usually the requested configurator is fairly complex. My code is not for that use case. There are some products where a product option's variants can be represented with simple text and static images. For example color: red, green, and blue. And, size: small, medium, and large. If you think my code might work for your use case, give it a go. Let me know how it goes.

Hey, I'm currently creating a website for a Candy Store which requires a product that will allow to select X amount of flavours in a mix. Example Variants: Flavours: Lemon, Cherry, Apple Size: 200g (£5), 500g (£8) Now I would like to have a `select box` option to select multiple variants. To make this even more complex, I would like to have an option to select how much of each flavour the person wants e.g. if they select 200g, the could have an option to select how many grams of each flavour they would want.

I worked for a while yesterday adding 3 new service products to my store, and inserted them onto a blank page in separate products blocks. This page is not linked currently as I'm not ready to go live yet, but I can navigate to it directly. When I go to the page, the products are there - the descriptions I wrote, the placeholder image I uploaded, etc. Each product has a form assigned to it (customer must choose some options after clicking the add to cart button). When I click add to cart, I get an alert that says "Unable to Add Item. Sorry, we do not have enough of that item available" and the form does not load. When I navigate to my inventory, the products are all missing. I can't view or edit them - and either way they were set to have unlimited quantity. Any ideas how this happened or how to recover it? I can't find a way to contact Squarespace directly but there must be some kind of bug here and the products exist but aren't appearing in my list of active products? Edit: I've found the problem. The product page was deleted and this apparently just wipes all of the products from the store entirely. Not exactly the smartest design but at least I know now to make that mistake in the future. Guess I'll have to remake these - good thing the description copy is still all there in my browser so it's not as bad as starting from scratch...
