  1. Hello, I'm working on a payment process that requires a large variation of possible prices, so many that it makes creating different products and variants too difficult to manage. Each customer receives a contract with a calculated price prior to coming to the page to make a payment. What we are looking for is the ability to allow the customer to enter the price directly as stated in the contract - similar to a donation block - then pass that information to the paypal integration for payment. We considered using the donation bock, but that has tax implication and forces, or so it seems, d
  2. Site URL: https://www.cascadiafootandankle.com We are a medical clinic. We invoice patients their balance due after their insurance finalizes. We would like to accept payments on our website through Stripe but not sure how to do this. Everyone's balance due is different. I would like them to be able to click a button that says PAY HERE, and then enter the amount they are paying with their credit card info. Has anyone else run into this? Is this possible? Do I need a programmer to come in and do something? Thanks in advance!
  3. Site URL: https://greyhound-beige-p6a4.squarespace.com/ Hi guys, I'm launching a new brand and I want to charge people a deposit for the products first so I can gauge how many of each product to make, where they then pay the full price when the product is shipped. Any ideas on how I could do this? Thanks! Jess
  4. Site URL: https://www.goosethemarket.com/ Don't turn on Apple Pay if you ship orders. The shipping options don't appear for customers who use Apple Pay -- they never see them or have the option to choose one. Instead, Apple Pay automatically selects whatever shipping option happens to be first in your list of shipping options...but doesn't tell the customer this or give them the option to change it. Customers only find out which shipping option Apple Pay picked for them if they read their confirmation email very carefully. Causing lots of issues for our business and our customers. Reach
  5. I am a newbie here. I am building a volleyball training (club) website. I want to add a simple payment page for parents to pay for a camp. I want them to be able to pay a down-payment or full payment. Could I be able to do this? Any direction is appreciated. Thank you, Doug
  6. Hi all. I run a fitness website where clients in my area sign up for outdoor fitness classes. We charge a recurring monthly fee and a per class fee. So if a client books zero classes in a month they are charged $20. 1 class: $20 + $8. 4 classes: $20 + ($8 x 4). Etc. I am unsure of how to do this (or even if I can do this) in the new squarespace site that were building. Does anyone know of a way to charge a recurring monthly fee (which occurs monthly obviously) as well as a per class fee via the appointment-setter for each class an individual schedules. Please do not just
  7. I sell services to schools in the UK and its extremely rare that a school will pay for a service with a credit card or PayPal. I like the products page and Squarespace but the inability to automate bookings is holding my business back. Most UK schools request an invoice before making a BACS payment. How can I take orders/bookings for my services without charging or by bypassing checkout? I have seen the work around for charging services for free but this will cause confusion and I certainly don't want schools receiving invoices suggesting they don't have to pay. Any solutions? Anything being
  8. I need a system where I can accept Cash, Cashapp, and Crypto currencies. I went ahead and purchased a $300+ Squarespace website upgrade as I assumed offline/manual payment options would be a thing for such a sophisticated website builder. Lo and behold... Squarespace is way behind, dropping the ball. A quick search (after a representative chat) shows me that MANY MANY MANY users have had a similar issue--you simply can't just "allow checkout" without a payment option! There is a workaround for 100% discount codes, but that's clunky and unprofessional. Shopify, Wix, and a few ot
  9. Site URL: http://etric.co.uk We are constantly being asked by customers for the option to pay using a finance platform such as Klarna. There is currently only the shopify workaround and we would like to know if squarespace has plans to integrate this into their platform. Our conversion rates would massively improve with this feature and cannot understand why this has not been implemented.
  10. Site URL: https://www.naturatribe.com/ Hello everyone, new to this ๐Ÿ™‚ I am trying to figure out if i can share payment link after the customers check out. I dont like Paypal nor Stripe and i was thinking I can share a confirmation email after customers finish their checkout and in that email i can include payment link. Is that possible? I have not launched the store yet on my page. Do customers need to create an account if i used Paypal for payment? what are the charges?
  11. Hello, I'm trying to figure out a clean solution to enabling a pay-per-view + subscription option for online video content. We're looking to include webinars and teaching videos on our website, and I'm wondering if anyone has found a clean way of enabling visitors to either a) pay-per-view or b) create a subscription to access video content. I've found a few outside platforms, but they appear to be quite costly, and we'd like a clean integration into the Squarespace site. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
  12. Site URL: https://www.lesweekendeurs.ca/ Hi! I was wondering if anyone know a Squarespace version of the shopify app https://apps.shopify.com/split-partial-payments Iโ€™d really like to know know if there's a way to split total order in different ppl. with SQSP Ex: https://split-payment-demo.myshopify.com/cart Cheers!
  13. Site URL: https://www.afterpay.com/en-AU/index Please help by implementing after-pay to Square space, otherwise I will have to move my website host to another host for this access.
  14. Site URL: https://www.emilyridout.com/membership I'm trying to integrate a payment processor that accepts monthly membership payments with the Squarespace member areas. Is there a way to integrate something other than Stripe? I would love it if I could integrate PayPal to accept monthly payments
  15. Site URL: http://www.miningworkaustralia.com When product is being purchased and the payment process arrives at the Review and purchase section it will not proceed. It will return to previous window and ask the following - Enter or select a valid billing address - The billing address is in place and correct and the notification - Enter or select a valid billing address - is present in the same window this notification show up Have been able to stop billing address requirement however at the same step as above it reverts to previous window and - - Enter or select a valid billing
  16. Hi, Has anyone tried https://partial.ly ? I use Stripe for payments on my squarespace website. I'd like to offer installment payments. Thanks.
  17. Site URL: https://www.rekhagarton.com/learn Hello, I'm trying to figure out the best way so my customers can spread the costs of buying one of my digital products? They are on the pricier side for my target market but I would love to offer the option of spreading the costs over a couple of months rather than them doing one big payment. I have paypal and stripe set up but neither seem to give me the option. I know Klarna is a service but isn't available on SS yet, is there any other one I'm completely missing? Thanks in advance.
  18. Hello, Iโ€™m very new to all this and Iโ€™m having a lot of trouble navigating the help articles. A couple of things: First, is the SquareSpace mobile website builder efficient? I will be building on an iPad Air. Second, I canโ€™t figure out which plan fits my needs. I need a domain name and I am selling an online service by appointment. Thanks in advance.
  19. For clarity, this is for people purchasing through a Squarespace hosted ecommerce store. I am not looking to pay for my account on a payment plan.
  20. Hi all, I have recently registered with Klarna to offer pay later options in my Squarespace store. I haven't done my research prior, but was sure I will be able to somehow custom code Klarna payments into my store - I was wrong. I've put a job post up on people per hour and upwork, and received a few proposals from developers. Before continuing I thought I'd better check with Squarespace directly and I learnt it is not possible to integrate Klarna at all at this stage :( I was wondering whether anyone has found some workaround? I read there is Shopify cart integration way, but I don'
  21. Hi everyone, I'm building SS sites for new business owners (coaches and other health related services), who only need simple payment options like : pay in full with Stripe or PayPal pay in installments aka payment plans (for bigger coaching packages) Right now I'm not satisfied with SS Advanced commerce plan because if you can use the "suscription" option to create some kind of payment plan, SS confirmed that customers can cancel their "suscription" any time, and you won't even get notified. So basically right now there is no native way to do real payment plans on SS
  22. Site URL: http://tinyworkbench.co.uk The option for payment plans or similar would be very useful. I understand there's a workaround with a Shopify buy button. If anyone had any idea if there will be something like this available through Squarespace soon that would be ideal.
  23. Site URL: https://outlettenyc.com/ We are very satisfied using Square Space for our website however the fact that there is not the option to add at least one of the very popular payment options, Quadpay, Afterpay, Affirm or Klarna is very upsetting. We know as a fact that these payment options will increase our business by making purchases more accessible to our customers. If the other platform is able to incorporate them why cant Squarespace? I feel like we are losing revenue as a result. Thank you.
  24. Site URL: https://www.mitochondrialyoga.com/ My client wants to add Bitcoin as a payment option on his website, any suggestions?
  25. Site URL: https://www.modowdart.com I've just finished setting up my online shop and have had a few orders. I've connected my business paypal and confirmed the email address and everything, I have emails to the right email address informing me that customers have paid but there's no money in my paypal account. I contacted them and they said there's no transactions on this account but I can see the squarespace fee for selling products has come out so I'm very confused. I can see on my website orders page that the orders have gone through and the customers have fully paid to the correct paypal
