  1. I have an index page on Brine that I am trying to set specific padding values for. I need to reduce all the white space between sections, but don't want to implement on a site-wide basis. I know I can do this in the page-level CSS, I just don't know how. Any help? Page: https://mustard-purple-5te8.squarespace.com/messages Password: stmarkstest Thank you!
  2. I am trying to include an embedded affiliate image to my client's website as her work was featured on a blog. Using Brine template. I have tried implementing the code via Markdown and a Code block. I am having an issue reducing the padding around the image itself as seen in the screenshot below. I can't seem to get it centered in the markdown block. I am wanting the embedded image and the image block next to it to be the same size and sit nicely next to each other. Best way to do this? I am still learning code and have nearly pulled my hair out trying this!! Also want this adjusted for mobile view. 3. Hello! I am trying to add space between the edge of the website and the blog posts without changing it for the overall site. Any suggestions? Page: https://www.kierragodfrey.com/blog-lifestyle
  4. Hi, I have pretty basic knowledge of CSS and have been able to do some tweaking so far, but I can't figure this one out and I've searched all through the forums but no luck: Is there any way to reduce the padding between blocks? Right now it looks like there's 10px or so space between all blocks (image, text, quote, etc.) and I'd just like to be able to get my elements closer together. I feel like this should be a simple fix but can't seem to find how to define the command. Thanks!
  5. How do I add padding between images in a slider gallery?
  6. How would I reduce the gap between these two areas (in the screenshot)? I can’t find the correct CSS to help me. I tried to make the padding around the horizontal line smaller, but for some reason it only takes the padding away from the top of the line. And I can’t find a way to reduce the padding above and below the text block, at least without ruining the text on everything else on the page. Really would be a big help if someone knew how to fix my problem!
  7. This question may have been asked many times before but is it possible to reduce the side padding of the main website container? If possible can you set padding to 0 to make photos fullscreen? I'm currently using Bedford.
  8. Hi All, I'm trying to increase the padding size between thumbnail images in the Wells template. I've seen answers for people successfully removing padding, but not increasing it.Any help is appreciated Thanks
  9. I’m using the Flatiron template, how would I reduce the padding between the header and the content below it? There are tonnes of questions on the forum for this, but none of the code snippets I’ve found have actually worked for me. I’ve tried using this, which does work: .image-block { margin: -40px 0px -20px 0px; } However I have an image gallery on one of my pages and it does not work for that unfortunately. Can anyone help with this? If there’s a way to do it via adding the code to the Page Header Code Injection in the individual pages that would be absolutely perfect. Failing that if I need to add it to the custom CSS section that’s fine too. Thanks!
  10. How do I remove the padding around images? I inserted two little social media icons and they are miles apart because of the image padding. I added this to the CSS for the page but it didn’t change anything, http://organizegr.com/contact/ .sqs-block.image-block { padding-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; } In the Config Editor all i see is the code i’ve added, none of the existing code, which strikes me as weird. Similarly, on the main page, I’d like to have the bottom image flood to the side. But when i change the page padding the text and rule lines also flood to the sides. Can I change it for just the image? Or add padding into the text block manually? http://organizegr.com
  11. Looking to make my video on the project pages full bleed, but have no idea where to start. It looks like the poster of this thread figured it out but hasn't revealed the secret to the rest of the world. https://answers.squarespace.com/questions/145046/full-width-video-block-york.html My website here:http://chriszyu.com/facetedfurious-1/
  12. I am trying to reduce the padding between the header banner and the page content. Any help with CSS that will achieve this is much appreciated. Thanks,Adam
  13. When you add a line in the content, the padding around the line is a bit big, considering that some templates already have a established huge padding. Is there a way to target the line and make the padding around it smaller? My site: db-arquitetura.squarespace.com Right below the first banner there is a line, some content and then another line. I feel that it would look much nicer with a smaller padding around the horizontal rule. Any help would be great.
  14. There a too much white space for me up at the top. How do I reduce the padding between the bottom of top nav and the header content? I'm using the FIVE template. Thanks!
  15. Hello, I'm after anyone who knows a bit about code, to lead me in the right direction. I want to reduce the white space/padding between my medium sized buttons. I would ideally like a thin gap, say 2mm between each button block. I will also be adding a third button below the second (only 2 buttons are on the website atm). Link to buttons (find them at the bottom left of the page): http://laurenannephotography.com.au/lauren/ Shank you, any help would be really appreciated! :)
  16. I’d like to make the Navigation bar a little slimmer in Bedford. What code can I use for this? I added this to the Custom CSS Editor: #header { height: 70px } This shrank the navigation bar down some, but it only brought it up on the bottom. I can’t figure out how to reduce the padding above nav bar to even out the look. I could use some help there. Anyone know how to adjust the header top padding? Thanks
