  1. Site URL: https://www.aphotois1000words.com/abstract Hi, I have a very simple site. It's a collection of gallery pages. When the gallery pages display on mobile devices, the images display in one column, which is fine, but there needs to be more padding in between each image (see attached JPG). Could you help achieve this? thank you. Stefan. aphotois1000words@gmail.com

  3. Site URL: https://www.weenonline.org/meetalums I am having a lot of spacing issues on this whole website. Can someone please tell me how to fix the spacing on the blog page? below the last row of pictures and below the button next, there is a lot of space.
  4. Hello I am having a hard time maintaining consistency within various types of text+image layouts. For instance I prefer a spacing between titles and paragraph text for various layouts. With card image blocks I am able to tighten the "title separation" for an ideal spacing, but with text above images I am unable to change the padding causing mismatched text spacing. for example "Creating a Cohesive Brand" is much tighter to the paragraph below, where as animating assets is stuck in the default. The only place I have been able to tighten the spacing has been De
  5. Site URL: https://www.cottoncashmerecathair.com/blog/2020/12/11/easy-holiday-outfit-formula Hi all! I've searched for this topic but the only thing that came up was how to adjust the padding around image blocks, and I'm specifically wondering if custom CSS exists that adjusts the padding around entire gallery blocks. It frustrates me that when I adjust the padding between images in a gallery block (within the editor), the padding at the *bottom* of the whole gallery block also adjusts. I want the padding at the bottom of the gallery block to be the same as the padding on top. I've looked at
  6. Site URL: https://www.octantacademics.com/homepage-draft-iii Without changing the padding for the rest of the webpage, I would like to make the top/bottom padding for the 'Our Approach' section (URL provided) consistent with that of the 'Who We Are' and 'Newsletter' sections. The latter two sections have background images that are simply the colors you see. I am assuming the solution will require a CSS code injection for this specific page section, but I do not know what code to use. Any help is appreciated!
  7. Site URL: http://we-arehere.com I would like to reduce the padding on the slideshow at the top of my page as it's too far from the title and navigation. I used the code below which worked, but on mobile it now isn't responsive so looks odd. section padding [data-section-id="5fcf39a1ee8bf246ec066037"] { padding-top: 4vw !important; } Is there some other code that would allow me to change this but keep the responsive design? Thanks! website is we-arehere.com p/w: here
  8. Site URL: https://hananproducts.com/ready-to-whip-icings How do you adjust the padding around a 'Quote' Content Block? Does it require custom CSS? If so, can someone share what code I would put in to tighten/reduce the padding around a default 'Quote' Content Block? Thank you!! Ryan
  9. Site URL: https://www.bottlerocketrecording.co.uk/ Hi @tuanphan, I've recently redesigned my site – transferring from Pacific to Brine (in favor of more editing options). It's not been the smoothest of transitions and I've had to dip into CSS to facilitate what I'd thought were some pretty basic requirements. Anyway I'm pretty much there now apart from some frustrating glitches on mobile view, as explained below. On mobile: The header at the top keeps mysteriously adding 8px + worth of padding to the top and bottom which is contributing to – if not wholly – causing it to obscure my
  10. Site URL: https://tynegate-films.com/ I'm trying to move the burger over, to add padding just to that element, on mobile view for the site however I can't find any custom CSS on the forums to work - can anyone help? Thank you!
  11. I am trying to add a text box with a dark background on the bottom of certain pages for a clients site. They need to appear on a "blog page" and also a regular "blank" page. With all the settings for the content the same, the block on the 'blog' page (B) has some extra space below (see pictures - I also included one with the background inset (C) to show the extra black below it. Any ideas / help appreciated! I would just like them to be consistent like the 'blank' page (A)
  12. Site URL: https://lynx-synthesizer-lsgh.squarespace.com/abstracts-i Hello. I'm trying to make pages each with a simple slideshow gallery, including thumbnails and description captions below. When I enable the captions, my images shrink dramatically in size and the space between the caption and the thumbnails is huge. No change to any of the gallery settings seems to make a difference. Is there any way to get the thumbnails much closer to the caption with a regular sized image (same distance above and below the caption if possible)? I've also been searching the forums and help pages but
  13. Site URL: https://www.lowe-design.co.uk Hi, I managed to remove the hamburger completely by using this code I found. .burger-box { display: none; } When I view my site on my sons iPad, the logo has to much space/padding for my liking. Is there anyway to combine the two in the css, please. I'm only on a standard subscription. Sorry this is my first site, loving using SquareSpace, css is completely new and baffling. Many thanks, Andy
  14. Site URL: http://amyroperlyons.com I want to remove the large blank spaces above and below the my Site Title (AMY ROPER LYONS) on mobile (see image attached). Web address is http://amyroperlyons.com if you want to look.
  15. Site URL: https://www.elliotcamarraceramics.com/ I'm having an issue with excessive padding between galleries on the mobile view of my site. Apparently if these were "normal sections" the padding would be customizable, but as gallery sections it is not. i'd like to add a custom code to modify the mobile view without impacting the desktop view. is this possible? thank you so much!!! screenshots of the problematic mobile view attached. mobile view: desktop view:

  17. This is what I want to accomplish within a block. Notice the .png image on the right touches the top and bottom of the block. But this is as close as I can get with Squarespace tools: I have a text and button element on the left and a .png on the right, over a background image. I want the .png to bleed top and bottom and the text/button centered vertically. I can achieve this by only using a background image, but that doesn't gracefully degrade on mobile. Any ideas?
  18. Hello, How can I reduce the padding space between a video and a gallery set of images? Squarespace has a default where it automatically adds a huge gap (its even worse on the mobile version of the site) Thanks in advance!

  25. Hi people, I'd like to ask about a padding issue under my logo (see photo, site not yet published). Apparently the block makes it so that there's 17 px space below the logo, but only 10 above. I would like it to be in the middle (preferably the bottom space removed). According to customer service this apparently is only possible using custom CSS. I have limited coding skills, but if I see CSS somewhere, I might be able to deduct something... but I can't even find where the CSS for this part is. I'm using a template from the Brine family (Hyde) and version 7.0 if it makes a difference. Any
