  1. I saw many people asking, but no real answers. Can the folks at squarespace please add the JSON vars to your documentation? How can I specify a physical product in the order confirmation email so that I can say something specific about each product when someone orders it?Thanks.
  2. Hi,I'm trying to sent a request to get orders from Commerce API and it return error 403 Forbidden. This is my url: https://api.squarespace.com/1.0/commerce/orders?modifiedAfter=2019-08-01T12:00:00Z&modifiedBefore=2019-08-11T12:00:00Z but I use: https://api.squarespace.com/1.0/commerce/orders It return sucessful and get the orders. The both with 2 Headers "Authorization: Bearer API_KEY" "User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0" Why it return error when I use the time filter? Thanks.

I've created a custom order confirmation page for my using the code injection feature to redirect purchase confirmations to this new page, but I cannot figure out how to display basic order information on this new page. The HTML I'm using is below. I thought these tags would pull the referenced information: ========================= <h1>Order Confirmed</h1> <p>Order Number: <strong>{orderId}</strong></p> <p>Your order of <strong>{orderGrandTotal}</strong> at Illuman New Mexico has been confirmed. A confirmation has been sent to you at <strong>{customerEmailAddress} </strong>.</p> ========================= Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
  4. Hello, I was just wondering how can I add notes on the orders customers have placed. So basically what I want to do is when the customer goes into their account and goes in the order I want them to be able to track the progress. As my company provides services so I want to be able to update them so they can keep track. But I don't want to email them. I want them to go on the website, click their order they placed and see comments that I have made to track their progress. Just wondering if theres any way I can do that
  5. Hello, I'm going to be opening an after school and summer camp and I'm creating a website to process payments and receive camper information. Squarespace is great for creating classes as products, but the data management gets tricky. For example, if a parent signs their kid up for a class, we would need information about emergency contact, allergies etc. This works fine with the checkout forms if a parent is enrolling one child for one class, but if they are enrolling multiple children for multiple classes there doesn't seem to be a way to separate out that information. I have found online that there are different external softwares built for camp programs. Does anyone have any experience with these, and integrating them into Squarespace? Thanks for your help!

  8. I sell services to schools in the UK and its extremely rare that a school will pay for a service with a credit card or PayPal. I like the products page and Squarespace but the inability to automate bookings is holding my business back. Most UK schools request an invoice before making a BACS payment. How can I take orders/bookings for my services without charging or by bypassing checkout? I have seen the work around for charging services for free but this will cause confusion and I certainly don't want schools receiving invoices suggesting they don't have to pay. Any solutions? Anything being worked on? I'd love to be able to process payments like a shop but that's just not the way the education sector does things and that won't be changing anytime soon. Any help regarding this is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Antony
  9. I looking for a way to retrieve inventory data related to an order. I have a webhook setup in Stripe, to get notifications when orders are placed. Stripe passes along the Squarespace orderId , so I'm able to use the Orders API to get data about the order. The Inventory API, though, expects a variantId1 , and it doesn't seem like that is included in the Orders API response. The only inventory-related values I'm seeing in the order response are sku and productId , but neither of those work as values to send to the Inventory ID. Is there a way to do this, other than requesting the entire inventory from the API and paging through it until I find the correct SKU? Thanks
