  1. Is there any way to add a logo, phone number and address to the printable order that is accessed via Commerce > Orders in Squarespace 7? The site is gailscupboard.com It is current running on the Basic Commerce plan.
  2. Hi, i have created a custom footer for my email orders and i would like this footer only to appear on the order confirmed and fullfilled emails and not on the refunded order email.   6. I'm very new to Squarespace and I want to add a button to my site so that i can sell signed copies directly to customers. I'd like to get their info, create a PayPal payment, then be notified with the buyer's contact info so that I can process/.ship the order. Is there a widget or something I can add to my site?   7. Hi, can anyone help me with this? I looked all over and couldn't find plugins or codes that would solve this problem. I just want to set a minimum subtotal of $10 in the cart for checkout, so you can checkout if you have a subtotal of less than $10. Thank you!
  8. Hi, I'm part of a teaching co-op that is using squarespace. Our site has multiple managers, all of which teach individual classes. Our problem is that whenever a customer "orders" a class, all of the managers get the order notification. Since each manager only teaches their own class, most of the email notifications are irrelevant, cluttering our inboxes. Is it possible to send a single product's order notification to only one manager, or must every manager receive every product notification? Is there some other way around this problem (other than assigning one person the class manager)?

Looking at this Squarespace article about Code Injection there is a way to edit your "Order Confirmation" page under Setting --> Advanced --> Code Injection https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205815908#toc-step-2---add-html-code Once at the code injection page, Sqaurespace says you can reference the order id by using the variable {orderId} How do I use this tag in the Code Injection area to suppress the display of the order number on the "Order Confirmation" page?

I figure order id one can use the tag squarespace provides {orderId} as well as email address. But I can't find other values anywhere, not even customer service knows. Can someone help me? I am trying to collect seller reviews and product reviews so I can show these badges on shopping ads from google ads. Has anyone done this or have they used a review aggregator?   11. Hi all, I was wondering is there a way trough coding to add shipping weight to the order export, at the moment this is not possible and it is important for order fulfillment? There are two hacks one figured out by me and other I got from support. 1. Add shipping weight to the SKU SQ0788669-0.25 and later separate it in excel 2. Add shipping weight as an internal not not so good, it requires cleaning How do you solve this issue?

  13. I am looking to customize an order email - specifically order confirmed & fulfilled, based on which product my customer has purchased. I have a client who is selling a subscription based package. Once the customer orders, they are to receive an email with a link to an instructional video on how to use the package. I am hoping that I can save her a step in having to manually email her customers this link by being able to add the link directly to the order confirmed and order fulfilled email. Something like: {.if hasPhysicalProductId=xxxxx} You will find your instructional video tutorial for {ProductName} here: www.linktopagewithvideo.com {.end} {.if hasPhysicalProductId=ccccc} You will find your instructional video tutorial for {ProductName} here: www.linktopagewithvideo.com {.end} There is obviously the chance that someone could buy multiple products so I need to be able to repeat the statement multiple times and would prefer to put the product name within the sentence so they know which link is specific to which product.   15. Hello, looking for some help on order/inventory management. We take orders on items we both have in stock and don't. From what I can tell squarespace does not support keeping an inventory in Squarespace yet still taking orders, which is fine, so I have everything set to unlimited inventory. What I would love to be able to do is take the export from squarespace and import it into something, like perhaps Access, then be able to enter my actual inventory then determine what product I need to order. Presently I am doing this with a Pivot table and a bunch of "getpivotdata" formulas which gets messy, especially when new items come up. Anyone out there have anything that may work for my needs, or do I basically need to try and learn Access to see if I can get what I need.
  16. Ok so I'm having an issue that I feel there should be a simple solution.... Basically I'm selling webinars through the commerce section of SS but I can't get emails to be unique to each webinar. I'd like to be able to have the customers automatically receive an email when they order product X, and a different email when they order product Y. The best I can find is making one a "physical product" and one a "digital product" but I have a lot of webinars so this work around only goes so far. I'd imagine there would be some sort of simple code like: if_order=[orderX] , Send[emailXTemplate], but I can't seem to get this type of thing to work either. Is there something I'm missing?
  17. Our nonprofit website sells memberships that can be purchased via a monthly subscription (built into our commerce site as a subscription service). The challenge lies in the fact that every month when each individual monthly subscription renews every month, we (as well as the purchaser) receive a "New Order" notification email. This looks exactly the same as a genuine New Order and there is no way to easily differentiate between the two. Our volunteers have to compare the name/email address within the order to our current member list to determine if this is in fact a New Order or actually a renewal disguised as one. This is tedious and time consuming... and seems so unnecessary! I'm guessing we are not the only ones frustrated by this (shocking) limitation. Squarespace does not offer us an option to modify the content of the renewal email notifications. Is there any sort of coding workaround that could accomplish this??!! I'm getting desperate over here for any sort of fix!

  19. I am having issues with receiving customer notification emails to my desired email address (hello@karastone.com.au). When an order is placed, the "new order" emails aren't coming through to this address. I think it might be because I'm not using the default no-reply email address for "from email". However when I went to change this, it won't actually let me save the address "no-reply@squarespace.com" instead of "hello@karastone.com.au". Does anyone know why that is? Also, if anyone has any other ideas about why I might not be receiving emails to this address I'm all ears. For reference, the admins on the account are all receiving the "new order" emails - they're just not coming through to the "hello@karastone.com.au" address. Good afternoon all, So this has been driving me mad for a little while and I can't seem to get this to work So i've put this on my order confirmation page but its not displaying the survey opt in module? I thought it was something to do with the date, so removed all and just put in a date. The survey opt in module still doesn't work.   25. I am a photographer and media post processing outfit. Is there a way to add a web to print software and online ordering platform within Squarespace ecommerce platformm or otherwise. My idea is that clients can upload pictures, design layouts and order prints, photo books and other merchandise.
