She has several pre consultation forms that she wants to include on customer emails after they have purchased. I have suggested that the email contains a link to a password protected page where they can fill in the form. However some products theres no need to fill in forms, so she doesn't want them to have the password etc. Is there a way that when user buys certain products they receive a order confirmation specific to that product?

Site URL: https://www.madleennilsson.com/ Hi, I have a problem with the line-height of the text showing up after a purchase, telling the buyer about the download of the digital products the've purchased. See attached images. The big bold text is H3 and I have removed custom CSS for that before taking these screenshots. I can adjust the line-height of the H3 with custom CSS, but I don't know how to change the line-height of the linked zip-files shown beneath, that the customers are supposed to click on — without also changing the line-height of all other links on the page. Is there anyone here who knows how to solve this problem? In the screenshots — it's a purchase of two files — but they are shown on top of each other. So the line-height is very off.
  6. Hi, we would like to customise the charge_description passing through to stripe. Currently on successful checkout, the charge_description passing through to stripe is the customer email address (eg.,"Charge for custname@xyz.com") . We would like to customise this description to include the Product Title (eg.,charge for custname@xyz.com for Apple Macbook Air" . How can we do this? Any solution that helps passing along the additional product title through to Stripe would help here. Thanks.
  7. Hi In the Order Email message window, I'm hoping to add a line so if someone has selected the local pick-up option ($0.00 shipping), then our address is added to the email. We don't want the address to be added if normal shipping has been paid for. Is there a .if statement that could be used? Would it include shippingOptions or something else? Thank you

Site URL: http://www.drinknomadcoffee.com I have a lot of information in the "message" of my order confirmations, which pushes the actual order information (product ordered, quantity, payment amount, etc.), to the very bottom of the email. i want to add to the top above my custom message in the order confirmation email, basically the same info that is at the bottom about what was ordered. i found this page that says i can use {hasServiceproduct} and it should add what i want it to add in the message of the email, but i did a manual test order (i put in a fake order), and the code just returns "true" instead of the information of the order in the email. here is the link where i found this code: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206540797-Commerce-email-notifications any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

I have injected some code into the 'Order Confirmation Page' portion of the code injection portion of the setting but it does not seem to re-direct to the thank you page. Site URL: https://www.blueferncreations.com.au/ hi all After searching the current posts on this forum I have noticed that a lot of people are having issues with customising the shopping cart and the order confirmed pages. I am having the same problem in 7.1 (especially the order confirmation page with no footer - how unprofessional does that look?) and I have been back and forward with Squarespace support with no luck. I'm only a relatively new customer and have spent a couple of weeks getting my site together. Overall I was very happy with Squarespace until I was testing the checkout experience before going live. I've made some custom CSS tweaks for now and am happy to share if anyone is interested. The only thing really bugging me still is the missing footer from the order confirmation page. Does anyone have any workarounds for this? Also, I have just submitted a feature request and I would like to ask anyone in the same boat as me to also submit a request. If they get plenty of requests for the same feature, I would hope that they would think about implementing it. I have attached a screenshot of my request, please do not copy it word for word. Oh, and I chose to put it under 'Adding or editing blocks' in the contact form. thanks michaela 🙂

Hi all, we have a 3rd pary app which is tracking order prices created in SquareSpace via JS code, but we have a question about the available tags, which can be used on the Order confirmation page i.e. {orderSubtotal} {orderGrandTotal} Does someone knows what is the exact price which those tags/variables return? We need the price without shipping and discount (and preferably and without tax). From what I know orderGrandTotal returns the price after the discount, but with shipping. And orderSubtotal includes both discount and shipping, is there a way to get the price only of the bought products, after discount and with no shipping and tax included? I searched the forums and the help section, but couldn't find any detailed info. Thank you in advance!
