  3. Site URL: https://www.jasco.com/ I added a Notification bar to my site, and styled the layout a bit with custom CSS. Now on mobile view, the menu icon is missing (see 1st attachment). I can still click the bar to show the menu, but this is not obvious to the user now that the icon is missing.Once I dismiss the notification bar, the icon returns (see 2nd attachment). Did I do something wrong, or has anyone else encountered this bug?
  4. Hello, Does anyone know how I can add a number of days to the order submitted date in the email notifications customer will receive? For instance, If order date is on March 15, 2020 and I would like to add 5 days, it will display March 20, 2020 to the customer. I tried: {order.submittedOn|date %B %e, %Y} + days(5) But it doesnt seem work Thanks

I used wordpress and there was a plugin that was doing that exactly. I check with Zapier, but it doesn't seems possible with blog article, only a zap for automatic push with new subscription to a form (?). Thanks!

I sell art, so I think it's good UX if my customers can see the painting they purchased on the confirmation page. Does anyone have advice on how to do this using custom code? Thanks a million!
  7. I have succesfully followed this thread to add a logo in the customer notifications, but how can I control the size of the logo? Its displays a bit too large.   8. Site URL: http://lrcss.com I'm looking to CC my in-house accounting team a copy of donation notifications whenever they go out from squarespace. How do I do that? I know I can download a CSV of transactions from the Donation section in the home menu but they want actual copies of the emails that go out to donors.

I'm attempting to use the donation notification as an official tax receipt for donors and one of the things I am required to include is their address. I know we collect that when they complete the donation transaction so I assume I can pull it into the email using a JSON variable I'm just not sure which one? Thanks for helping me out!

  11. Hi, I'm part of a teaching co-op that is using squarespace. Our site has multiple managers, all of which teach individual classes. Our problem is that whenever a customer "orders" a class, all of the managers get the order notification. Since each manager only teaches their own class, most of the email notifications are irrelevant, cluttering our inboxes. Is it possible to send a single product's order notification to only one manager, or must every manager receive every product notification? Is there some other way around this problem (other than assigning one person the class manager)?
  12. I am looking to customize an order email - specifically order confirmed & fulfilled, based on which product my customer has purchased. I have a client who is selling a subscription based package. Once the customer orders, they are to receive an email with a link to an instructional video on how to use the package. I am hoping that I can save her a step in having to manually email her customers this link by being able to add the link directly to the order confirmed and order fulfilled email. Something like: {.if hasPhysicalProductId=xxxxx} You will find your instructional video tutorial for {ProductName} here: www.linktopagewithvideo.com {.end} {.if hasPhysicalProductId=ccccc} You will find your instructional video tutorial for {ProductName} here: www.linktopagewithvideo.com {.end} There is obviously the chance that someone could buy multiple products so I need to be able to repeat the statement multiple times and would prefer to put the product name within the sentence so they know which link is specific to which product.   13. When you Ask New Question here, you get an option at the bottom to 'Notify me of replies'. If you Submit before turning that on, is there any way to get in and set it? When you Edit the quesiton, the option is no longer presented for change.
  14. Our nonprofit website sells memberships that can be purchased via a monthly subscription (built into our commerce site as a subscription service). The challenge lies in the fact that every month when each individual monthly subscription renews every month, we (as well as the purchaser) receive a "New Order" notification email. This looks exactly the same as a genuine New Order and there is no way to easily differentiate between the two. Our volunteers have to compare the name/email address within the order to our current member list to determine if this is in fact a New Order or actually a renewal disguised as one. This is tedious and time consuming... and seems so unnecessary! I'm guessing we are not the only ones frustrated by this (shocking) limitation. Squarespace does not offer us an option to modify the content of the renewal email notifications. Is there any sort of coding workaround that could accomplish this??!! I'm getting desperate over here for any sort of fix!
  15. I am having issues with receiving customer notification emails to my desired email address (hello@karastone.com.au). When an order is placed, the "new order" emails aren't coming through to this address. I think it might be because I'm not using the default no-reply email address for "from email". However when I went to change this, it won't actually let me save the address "no-reply@squarespace.com" instead of "hello@karastone.com.au". Does anyone know why that is? Also, if anyone has any other ideas about why I might not be receiving emails to this address I'm all ears. For reference, the admins on the account are all receiving the "new order" emails - they're just not coming through to the "hello@karastone.com.au" address.   16. We haven't received an order confirmation email from squarespace in 3 days. G-suite verified our MX is operating correctly. Any one else experiencing this? Squarespace says orders were blocked but Google has no record of them.
  17. Hey everyone, I'm looking for options to let users know when there's been a change to the website. Each of my clients has their own password-protected website. I use blog-pages and blank-pages on the website, and post content updates into each one. Last year I used Zapier for text notifications whenever there was a change to their unlisted blog page. This year, since I've converted to full password-protected domains for each client, I've been unable to figure out notifications. Text notifications would be ideal, but email would work fine. Anyone have experience with this? Thank you for reading.
