I'm able to do it to each link that is a direct link (i.e., I click on it and it takes me directly to a page), but the items that are drop-down menus on hover don't change. I'm using this code: #headerNav nav a { font-family: 'AspiraWide' !important; } The website is at www.middle.st – It's subtle, but you can see the "Events" and "Contact Us" links are a slightly different font. Thanks!

  9. I have a folder in my primary navigation with 3 drop down options. When you click Navigation title for the folder it automatically takes you to the top page in the folder. I wondered if anyone had a way of linking a separate hidden page so when you click the navigation title it doesn't take you to any of the drop down options but a separate page.

  12. Hi, I'm using the Brine template, which on mobile, creates a margin of 64px above the content, that acts as the background to the navigation bar. In the Site Style, the only control over this, is site background colour which is currently set to white. Is there a way to remove this space, or move the content up behind the nav bar to reflect the larger breakpoints. Site can be viewed here Thanks so much
  13. Hi, I am using the Wexley template on my website joshakatz.com I would like to know how to enable the site navigation links at the top of the page while in Lightbox mode and also to know how to enable captions when in Lightbox mode. I found a bit of CSS script that added the captions but the links I've created in the description of each image are not clickable when it's in use. My photography is mostly of bands/musicians and I use the descriptions to link to their personal websites.
  14. I'd like to force my Brine site to show a mobile hamburger navigation BUT I want to allow the title to be very large on a desktop (but proportionate on mobile). I can't achieve this by changing the mobile breakpoint, because this will make the title small. working here: https://lilac-plums-nn8j.squarespace.com/ password: bassoon
  15. Hi all! I'm looking for a specific navigation style, and could've sworn there was a template that had a navigation like http://www.richardprince.com/, screenshot attached. Anyone know what template it could be? Thanks!
  16. I would like to add the "Book Now" button (from Timely which provided a line of code) to the navigation bar. Currently, it's in the header. What is the best way to do this? Would really appreciate the advice! :)
  17. Hi I'm designing a website and have noticed that my navigation bar becomes distorted depending on the size of the screen and also when the window is minimized. I've attached to images below. Is there any way to code it to be fixed or to move to always be aligned no matter what kind of screen it's viewed on? What it looks like normally: And what it looks like on a smaller screen or minimized: Thanks in advance!! πŸ™‚
  18. Hi, please see attached screenshot. I would like my SHOP menu folder to be in two columns with work for sale on the left (Sand Dunes through Books) and information about the work and additional items on the right (About Our Prints through Give the Gift of Art). Right now it is one long menu. At one point I searched this forum and someone posted custom CSS that broke folders into two columns. You could select which drop-down folder to turn into columns and how many columns. This was a great start but you could not determine WHERE the break occurred, it simply broke it up evenly so if I had more than 3-4 pages the product pages would spill over into the information column and be included on the right instead of the rest of the works on the left. Regardless, the link is now dead for this post and so I can not find the CSS script. Basically: I would like a custom CSS that allows me to always have my work for sale separated from the information about the work and make it manageable to sort related works/locations into columns in the future. Ideally, I would have a mega menu with ways to view collections by popularity, theme, etc. but that seems beyond SquareSpace's capabilities at this point (like so many things...). See second attached.
  19. Hi there, I was wondering if anyone could help me. I am using the FIVE template and I want to have the navigation in mobile and tablet mode set up as a hamburger icon (for vertical and horizontal display). For desktop mode I want to stay with the banner and logo. It seems that it only allows me the hamburger display for mobile, vertical view for now. Does anyone know a custom CSS? Thank you very much in advance ☺️
  20. How do i go about customizing one link on my navigation bar? I need to make the last link to REGISTER for a conference stand out. Just making it a botton or different color could help. The site is diphilly.com using Adirondack. Thanks!
  21. Hi all, sorry to be a bother. Is it possible for someone to provide the custom css code that I could use to ensure my website navigation bar starts with a capital letter. On the mobile navigation it's fine. Template: ethan. Website link: www.triggersanj.com Thanks in advance.
  22. Hello. I am using the Ready template and my navigation is on the left available as a sidebar only when you click on the icon to expand it. I want it in the center of my homepage like most websites. I don't want to change my template and design, so is there a custom CSS I can use to make this happen? Thank you so much!
  23. Greetings, My site is https://kerleyschaffer.com/ Theme: Impact I need to change the logo link in the header navigation to point to a different URL instead of the default home page. 24. I'm using the Brine template and looking for a way to have my navigation look like the screenshot attached -- Rather than have a dropdown/folder setup, I'd like the "dropdown" sub-links to show all the time rather than having to click to have it show. Is there a way to make all navigation links in a folder automatically show without the click?
  25. Hello, Hoping someone can help. I have customised my navigation which works fine on all pages except the blog page - which it covers the top of the post. I have tried what another member recommended in this forum but it didn't work. It temporarily fixes it on the demo site, but not on the actual live website. This is the page: https://yogawithemilyhexham.com/blog I have the following custom code in place: @media screen and (max-width: 640px) { .Footer h3 { text-align: center !important; } .Footer p, h1 { text-align: center !important; } #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1573592583666_35107{ display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; width: 40%; } #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1573592583666_40998{ display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; width: 40%; } #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1575574235567_13445{ display: none; margin-left: 68px; margin-right: 10px; width: 40%; } h2 { text-align: center;} } b,strong { font-family: 'Libre Baskerville', serif; font-weight: 900; font-style: italic; font-size: 1em; letter-spacing: .2em; line-height: .7em; } /* remove hyphens */ p, h1, h2, h3 { -webkit-hyphens: manual !important; /* remove gray bar on mobile footer */ .Mobile-bar.Mobile-bar--bottom { padding: 0; } #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1574966063081_15230, #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1574967366666_6867 { text-align: center; } -moz-hyphens: manual !important; -ms-hyphens: manual !important; hyphens: manual !important; } .Header { position: fixed; z-index: 9999; width: 100%; -webkit-box-shadow: 0px 3px 15px rgba(100, 100, 100, 0.49); -moz-box-shadow: 0px 3px 15px rgba(100, 100, 100, 0.49); box-shadow: 0px 3px 15px rgba(100, 100, 100, 0.49); } .Mobile-overlay-nav-item, .Mobile-overlay-folder-item { text-align: center;} .Mobile-overlay-menu {width: 100%; z-index: 1;} #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1576006037918_5357 {padding-left:20px; text-align:left; padding-bottom:20px; padding-top:20px; color: #424444!important; textalign:right!important; border-top: 1px solid #E0BAB9!important; margin-top:10px!important; text-transform:none; font-size: 14px!important; letter-spacing:.1em;} span:first-child { display:none; } .quote-block blockquote>span:first-child, .quote-block blockquote>span:last-child { display:none;} figcaption::first-letter { font-size: 0;} #yui_3_17_2_1_1577997923960_436{ padding-top: 150px; }
