  1. Hi! I was wondering if anyone can help me come up with a code to change my navigation bar colours to be different on my products page. It is currently transparent and gets lost when scrolling. My other question is how to code my logo and navigation bar to be fixed but get smaller upon scrolling. The template I am using is Brine.
  2. Hi guys, I'm new here! I'm trying to add a button in the main navigation menu, unfortunately I am using York and that feature is not supported. I have found some custom CSS in another forum post but unfortunately doesn't work on York. I've attached an image of what I mean, I would like a similar button like the "subscribe" button in the attachment. Could anyone help? I'm absolutely new to CSS so I would really appreciate some help! Thanks
  3. I'm using the commerce page to display people who are looking for jobs here in Hong Kong. In navigation, a customer clicks on their picture to read about them, and there is a "back to bios" arrow at the top. When clicked it takes them back to the commerce page, BUT always to the top. The person they were looking at is already halfway down the page. Is there a way to have a simple "back" and next bio" feature? I want customers to be able to scroll horizontally through the photos, read bios, and even mark or like the bios they are most interested in for later review. (similar to putting products in your shopping cart). Would greatly appreciate advice and help from the experts here. Thanks.
  4. I am trying to build a landing page and completely limit the header/footer navigation so people don't leave the page before taking advantage of my offer. I have tried putting #block-5dc09a085727892a9868f1f7 {display: none} in the custom CSS panel and <style> .Header.Header--top, .Header.Header--bottom, .Footer { display: none; } </style> in the advanced page settings but neither of them make my navigation disappear. my site is www.fpg.com and the one I'm trying to target is fpg.com/masterclassb Any help would be much appreciated.
  5. I'm working on this site: wearecuriousfoxes.squarespace.com password is wearecuriousfoxes There's a huge amount of space that I would like to decrease between the nav and the logo. Anyone know how to go about it? Thanks!
  6. Hello, I am using the Wells Template. Within the Side Navigation, I would like the Page Folders to appear as Bold (weight 700) and the Pages within the folders, that drop down, to appear as not bold (weight 400). At the moment In Site Styles Editor I am only managing to blanket edit the Style of the Folders and the Page Titles and cannot edit them separately. I can either have everything as weight 700 or everything as weight 400. Not Folders as one weight and Page titles as another as I would like. I have attached a screen shot example below: Info > is the Folder, which I would like 'Bold' (weight 700) Biography, News, Shop are the individual pages within that folder that I would like to be displayed as 'not Bold' (Weight 400) I have seen that this is possible on other sites, so any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, James

  12. I created a folder for recipes, none of the drop downs take me to that page and when I click on the folder "recipes" it takes me to a blank page out of the site entirely. I want to create a blog that has Recipes, tips and a journal of my personal experiences but for the recipes tab I want the main navigation to lead to a general landing page where all the recipes go and I want a drop down menu that will allow the user to filter the recipes by subject,i.e. cakes, truffles, meals, etc, but currently when I create the recipes folder and add all the sub categories as drop down, none of them work and the main navigation of the word "recipes" leads to a blank page off my site and I have to go backwards just to get back to my blog alltogether, I am currently tying to use Farro as my blog base but have yet to put any posts together until I can figure out how to navigate.

  15. Hi, I'm having real difficulty replicating the "Home" page on the following website: https://www.mpkelley.com/ I am using the supply template, which I can see is also what the above site is based on. I am trying to create a home page with a single image, that can be clicked on to open the next image, as shown in the above. I'd like to be able to use the same arrow-based navigation, or at least something similar. You will see in the bottom left of the example home page, there is a "prev/next" & "show thumbnails" section, which it would be great to have too, but not essential. I'm new to this, so maybe I'm missing something obvious in the template options?! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

  25. Hello! I have a client who wants a one-pager for Phase I of his website, and a multi-page site for Phase II, which will be launched at a later date. The Phase I one-page website should have a sticky header and nav items that smooth-scroll down to the corresponding section below. I know the Pacific template is excellent for this with its stacked Index Page, but I am concerned that my client will not be able to 'build onto' the Pacific template once he's ready for Phase II (a multi-page site). Does anyone have any suggestions for how to make this transition as smooth as possible for my client? Thanks SO much in advance for your advice! ๐Ÿ™ƒ -Carly
