  1. Site URL: https://broccoli-reindeer-a7x3.squarespace.com/pumping Hi can't seem to figure out a way to make this zoho form wider on mobile. I have made the form as big as possible from the zoho side but squarespace seems to limiting the width. Anyone figure out any CCS code to make code blocks full width on mobile?
  2. Site URL: https://www.tjarkprose.com Hello! How can I change the index menu padding only for mobile view? The padding distance for laptop view is already perfect Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  4. I am looking to stop some images I have on my website showing in mobile view,I am using this code: @media only screen and (max-width: 620px) { div#yui_3_17_2_2_1506869794866_1346 { display: none; }} it works however when you refresh the page, the yui has changed so it stops working. Does anyone know if there is a way to get a more a more static block id so that on refresh the code hasn't changed and it always works? My site is not live yet, so can't attach link to it... but would be good to know how to find the block Id, so I can use it on future sites also. Hope someone can help. Andrew
  5. Hi 🙂 I'm trying to display multiple products on a page, and align them on the desktop version from right to left, but when I switch to mobile view it dislayes the most left product first, instead of the most right one, and the whole order is backwards. Is there code I can put in the page to change the way things are displayed? (get it to right-to-left instead of left-to-right) *I already got a right-to-left text code in there if that changes anything: <div dir="rtl"> Cheers, Imri
  6. Site URL: https://www.oliviersfrenchbistro.com/ Hi there, I have a few areas on my website where my sections are laid out in a kind of hop scotch pattern that looks quite nice on desktop. On mobile though, it just ends up looking super messy with the blocks in default order. I found a few other posts where this issue was solved but I wasn't able to apply the code to my website. I'd love to figure out how to do this on my own so I can take care of the other sections on my site as well. Here's my site. You can see some of the sections i'm talking about on that page. I have the same issue on this page and this page as well. Any guidance on solving this would be much appreciated! Thanks
  7. Hi all. I'm a CSS newbie, but am starting to get the hang of it. Have made a few customizations that have worked thus far to both the standard and mobile site. I don't know if any of those customizations are overriding what I'm trying to do with the mobile menu font size, which is too big and I just want to bring it down a notch. Here is the code that I found that folks were saying worked (not working for me). I've tried adding the '!important;' tag after font-size as well and had no luck with that. And here is all the code I have already on my site, in case it's relevant. All of this code works properly: I'm still building the site so it's not public yet. Again, I just want to change the SIZE of the mobile menu font so it's slightly smaller. Thank you!
  8. Site URL: https://sabrina-scott.com/ Hi, the gallery page on mobile on the Wells template appears as just one long scroll. Is it possible to code it to scroll like this does on mobile: http://studioveronicaditting.com/ (horizontally, rather than vertically) similar to the desktop version of the site? Thanks!
  9. My website www.emergingmethodism.com has an Instagram block on it, with 9 images in the grid. I need it to look the same on mobile as it does on desktop - with 3 rows of 3 images - but I don't know how to write the custom CSS for it.
  10. Site URL: https://www.womeniveloved.com/ Hi there! I am using the collage image feature on squarespace and have numbed each image. Everything displays in order on desktop, but on mobile loads all of the left side first and then all of the right, rather than tucking one under another. Any recommendations on how to fix?
  11. Site URL: http://lovelydaystrategy.com/coronavirus Hi! I made a new landing page (in Kartra and embedded in SquareSpace) for my new CV freebie. 14. I'm using an image (not text) as a logo on Miller template and the logo file appears incredibly small when viewed in mobile or when the the browser window is narrowed. How do I put custom css to specify the logo size I want when it's on mobile view? *The miller template doesn't have a built-in option to customize logo size on mobile screen.
  15. Site URL: https://sepia-butterfly-e3x7.squarespace.com/work/einsteins I'm using the large paragraph style for titles in desktop but it's not translating in mobile. Note "Einstein Bros. Bagels" title looks a bit lackluster in mobile view. I'm not a coder so just using CSS to adjust p style is only affecting the paragraph beneath but not the title above. thanks for the help! https://sepia-butterfly-e3x7.squarespace.com/work/einsteins
  16. Site URL: https://plane-tunny-45nr.squarespace.com/ https://plane-tunny-45nr.squarespace.com/ password=test Hello! I am very happy with the way my site looks until I view it on mobile- the header looks awful on mobile but unfortunately the brine theme does not allow disabling of mobile styles How can I make the mobile site render as close to the desktop version as possible? I have the personal plan so cannot do injected CSS, only custom CSS via the design menu I would be interested in completely avoiding all mobile re-styling if possible- but if this is not possible I would like to make the mobile navigation render as close to the desktop navigation as possible I have tried to use the following code to bring the logo and header down to overlap with the banner but it does not seem to work- can anyone recommend code or any other solutions to bring the header down to overlap with the banner? Also would LOVE to find a way to make the rest of the navigation render the same way it does on desktop ie. the boxes that say CONTACT, TEXTS, ARCHIVE rather than having to click into the menus /*Custom CSS Code for Brine Template – by mcdigitaldesign.com.au*/ /*Mobile Header Bar – Sit Over Banner Image*/ .Mobile-bar-branding { z-index:3 !important;} .Mobile-bar-branding {position:absolute;} .Mobile-bar-menu { z-index:3; padding-top: 60px; } .Mobile-bar { position:absolute; } /*Mobile Header Bar – Padding*/ .has-logo-image .Mobile-bar-branding { line-height: 0; padding-top: 60px; } /*Mobile Bottom Bar – fixed*/ .Mobile-bar–bottom { position: fixed !important; } /*Mobile Banner Content – Padding*/ @media only screen and (max-width: 1060px) { .Intro-content { padding-top: 150px !Important; } }

  18. Hello, I uploaded a custom font and it's working fine on desktop but won't load on mobile. I've tested on both android and iphone. My site is https://www.beautybymichele.ca/about (homepage is a cover page). I'm trying to add this font to both the header overlay text and the H1 headings. I read it's good to add many font formats so that's why I have so many. Here is the code I used: /**********CUSTOM FONTS**********/ //adding playlist script font @font-face { font-family: 'Playlist-Script' !important; src: url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5dc1fa82d238444f39cf08ab/t/5dc7183b492ddd0f8b82bc87/1573328955817/Playlist-Script.eot'), url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5dc1fa82d238444f39cf08ab/t/5dc7184559401f78176f21e2/1573328965178/Playlist-Script.otf'), url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5dc1fa82d238444f39cf08ab/t/5dc71859df818a4a7428db06/1573328985576/Playlist-Script.ttf'), url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5dc1fa82d238444f39cf08ab/t/5dc7185f09cdf43d6db139cf/1573328991947/Playlist-Script.woff'); } //customize h1 to playlist font h1 { font-family: Playlist Script, sans-serif !important; color: #cfa2ad; font-size: 40px; } //style banner text to playlist font .desc-wrapper p>strong { font-family: Playlist Script, sans-serif !important; color: #cfa2ad; font-size: 60px; line-height: 63px; text-transform: capitalize; } Thank you so much... I have been stuck on this. Have a good day- Michele
  19. Site URL: http://somyahastekar.com I am trying to adjust the width of text block on my blog posts. While it works well on desktop it looks very narrow on mobile. How can increase the width only on mobile?
  20. I am trying to fix the alignment of the logo on my site so that it stays centered on mobile. I have built so many Squarespace sites previously but this is my first using 7.1. I find it not user-friendly whatsoever. I think I have chosen it so that it's a centered header; yet any time I view it on not a large desktop window, it aligns to the left (on the larger desktop windows it does indeed center). Any help would be appreciated!
  21. I'm currently designing a website, and need to have a vertical line separating some text and a blog highlight. I've done this by creating an image, and slotting it between the two, and it's exactly what I need. It looks fine on desktop and tablet, but displays appallingly on mobile, so I would like that image to simply not display on mobiles. I have tried using various custom CSS that has been provided by other uses on Squarespace answers, but to no avail, however they are generally rather old answers, so I wonder if the fix no longer works. URL is smilelocum.com/home-wip, the image in question is the vertical green line on the unlinked copy of the home page Any help would be appreciated.
  22. Hey, is it possible to customize the Flatiron mobile theme that the title appears white and centered on top of the image? Example attached (https://www.lawebdecanada.com/work/featured/)
  23. Hello community, I have some code on a team page I am building so when users are on mobile, it stacks two images beside each other. Within my squarespace preview the code works and also when I view it on google inspect for iPhone 6/7/8. However, when I tested to see if it would work on my iPhone 7, it is displaying like so: https://gyazo.com/0374af93e63bc64e755098b3dff05cb7 Should appear like this: https://gyazo.com/6898e66c0b602636e664398ab5b5eb89 Here is the code I am currently using: @media screen and (max-width:840px) {div#block-yui_3_17_2_1_1573641271213_15311+.row>.col { width: 50% !important;}div#block-yui_3_17_2_1_1573641271213_15311+.row { display: flex; flex-wrap: wrap;}} Any help appreciated - If you need access to my website, please let me know and I can message you the details.
