Is it possible to set up a form so that the user/customer receives a copy of what they have submitted? In the case of contracts, this would be very helpful. Has anyone added custom code to make this happen?

Please be specific." isn't working when pressing on the field. It only works when pressing tab from the previously question. Thoughts as to why this isn't working properly? It is also happening to this form too https://www.kathrynlandisconsulting.com/session-prep-form please use the password kickstart and it's the last question "What do I want to get out of this session?" Looks like the last questions for these 2 forms aren't working properly when clicked.

We recently dropped a new workout guide that requires customers to input their name and email into a pop-up form before adding the product to their cart. Though the form is collecting customer's name and emails appropriately, we cannot track down where the information is stored. We would like to have an name and email list solely for this product. Thank you for your help!

On my site, I've never been able to get the buttons (on the bottom of a form) to align. When editing the form, I can click "design" and then click "button alignment [center] [or right]", but it's always left-justified. This is not the world's largest tragedy! But I wonder... Is this a known problem? Is there any bit of code that might help me make this work? -
I no longer need an appointment type and I want to delete it but it has information that a client has filled out before. If I delete the appointment type, will the forms be deleted aswell? -
Hi, I have a lead generation form on my (staged) website that asks for basic customer info before they can access a store locator. I'd like to take the ZIP code they enter in the form, and use it to automatically populate a third-party Storepoint map (embedded on my Squarespace page) to avoid making the customer enter their ZIP twice after they complete the form. Is this possible? I know I can forward the form submission to a single ZIP URL (/?locate=90210,US), but I can't figure out how to have the form submission grab any number of ZIPs that might be entered from the form. Thanks for any help! -

I have subscribers who have signed up to my mailing lists and sent me contact forms that have accidentially entered typos into their email addresses. This makes things difficult when I am feeding these email addressed into email campaigns.

I have a business that sells entertaining services for large events. On my main page I have 3 different packages with 3 different names. Once they click on one of the packages on home page, it leads to another page(forms) where they have to fill it. The issue is that I want that Squarespace automatically selects that service they choose from homepage to the forms page. Is there a hidden way to do it? or Do I have to put in some code? Thank you in advance. Feel free to ask any questions if anything remained confusing

Hi, I have a "Get In Touch" button in the body of my web page. This opens a Lightbox form. I want the button in the header, which also says "Get In Touch", to open the same form. The setting options for the header button are quite limited. Can I achieve what I want some other way?

For my current contact form, is there a way to limit postal code entries to only US-based (and not accept any other postal codes from different to regions) ?

I have done a lot of searching and tried a few different code options but nothing is working. Grade A Noob here. We have a client who uses a lead generation platform (they cannot use another one due to the industry they are in), and they need the emails submitted from the lead forms on their site to be in an ADF file format. Does anyone know what file format Squarespace form emails come in (assuming txt, rtf, or html but like I said Noob here). Site is svford.com (it is not "live" yet, even though it is on a custom domain). Secondly does anyone know how we could possibly convert these emails from whatever the standard format is into ADF? Obviously we are not wanting to have to do anything manually, hoping for a coding solution (also if anyone can do this, would be happy to discuss pricing). Does anyone use Zapier, is that a platform that could possibly assist with this?

Hello, I made a useful calculation formula in excel and want to make it available for all my friends so they can use it. Is there any function that I can add such thing to my square space website? The formula I made looks like this: =(C23+D23)*D9/E9 On my website, I would like to make it in such a way that people can fill in numbers in some columns so the tool calculates it automatically.

For example, a user registers on my website from Project 1 page. I want to capture the URL of this page that they enquired from and have that data entered into my hidden form field URL but without having to include it in the link that I specify. I'm aware I could enter a link like this https://projectsinsider.com/form?SQF_SOURCE=projectsinsider.com/project_1 but that means I have to customise each link for each page. I'm building out hundreds of blog pages in the next 6 months and that would be slightly more painful to customise each link. Happy to explore any integrations, codes, or widgets that can help. Hi! I have created forms on a website and want to use the Lightbox design. My problem is that the send-button at the bottom of the form is "invisible" - the text is white as well as the outline of the button. It is only when I hover over the place where the button is that the text send (skicka in Swedish) appears. You can see it on the pictures. I have tried to customize the buttons in different ways and change colors but I can't seem to change this particular button and frankly I have no idea where to change this so I have really just tried randomly. The problem is only when I use the Lightbox design, not when the Lightbox-mode is turned off. Can anyone help me?

Move form checkboxes to right of text (for Arabic/r-to-l reading)

Is it possible to move the actual checkbox (for a form answer option) so it is to the right of the text when the text is right-aligned on the page? I am trying to move the checkboxes so they appear on the right, with the Arabic text running from right to left beside them. See example screenshot of desired movement below.

My client uses Outlook email. All of his form submissions go into Outlook but when he goes to reply to those requests, the sender email doesn't auto populate in the "To" field. He has to drop down into the actual form to retrieve the sender email in order to respond back. The auto populated email address is "no-reply@squarespace.info" Anyone know why that would be? Is there a setting inside Outlook maybe? I operate with Gmail and everything runs through SQSP. I don't have this issue so I'm not sure why it's happening for him. The only thing I can think of is that it has something to do with Outlook settings.

I have a client who has a form built as a job application. Instead of each of them coming in as separate emails, they are all getting bunched together in a single email. Has anyone had this happen? We want them to be individual. Thanks patinastores.com

Hello Community, we are looking for a SquareSpace Expert who can help us with the following Problem: Create a Custom Form, Look & Feel exactly like inbuild Form + Additional Features 1.) Ability to upload multiple Files instead just 1 2.) Make use of the API to handle everything as if a Client is booking normally. ( If you have a different Solution, shoot) 3.) All the Payment Settings need to work as if a Client is booking normally, i.e. "Pay Now" Button of Stripe 4.) Additional Logic possible, i.e. instead of choosing a Date/Time - Choose from a List of predefined Flights (API) then Set Date/Time accordingly 5.) Since API Access is using Basic Auth, this most likely needs to be a Server Side App/Form maybe node.js ? Please let me know if you can do this and estimate the cost.

Greetings All, I do not understand why someone would archive a Post when the issue is not resolved. Requiring everyone to submit to the U.S. 3-3-4 phone number format is simply crazy. I wanted to reply to this to ask 'When is it coming?', but it is archived. So now I have to create a new thread to say that this is really needed. For my site, I changed it to a text field, but in doing so, I lose the country dialing code. Can we kindly get this fixed, please? Not everyone lives in the U.S. Thanks!! PEM
