  1. Hi, I need to change the font for 'Shopping Cart' text on my cart page. Where can I add this so that it only changes the Heading for this page only (CART) ? Google inspect and this is what is currently set for the Heading (H2) font-family: Playfair Display SC - I need it changed to Lago. Also where exactly do you enter CSS for the cart area? Thanks, Lee
  2. When I am editing my site I use medium paragraphs and all these other adjustments to my text along with my headers, but when I look at the live site the fonts and images are all smaller than when I am editing. Any ideas on a fix?
  3. Hiya, just wondering if anyone is able to advise how to get this look for a header text? The block colour behind the text. I love the look and can't figure out what terms to search for here... Thanks in advance.
  4. I've uploaded a custom font to my site with appropriate web file types and coordinating url sources. It displays perfectly on my desktop machine, but doesn't display on mobile or any other computer. Is something wrong with my css? No luck researching on my own.. 5. Hi Everyone I'm using the OM template and am struggling with the limitation of body links, specifically body link colour. It's not clear for readers which text is linked due to the stroke weight of the font in that template so I wanted to style hyperlinks with an underline to make it obvious versus using a lurid colour to get the links to stand out. I know I can manually do this but it's such a basic CSS style, I'm surprised that there are no decoration options. I'm on a personal plan and not sure I'm able to deal with a custom code injection that will operate on the global style sheet based on the way the parameters are configured in the design panel of Squarespace. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem or has come up with an elegant fix? Appreciate any advice or pointers that anyone can offer. Thanks in advance. Alex
  6. Hey guys, Please help! I just finished designing my site using the York template - and am viewing the mobile version of it. However, it seems the mobile adaptation possibilities of this template are very limited. I can't find options to edit the necessary style tweaks for mobile on this template. I've attached screenshots below, both of mobile and desktop. My problems are the following: 1. On the index pages, the images look fine when they're scaled to large on desktop. On mobile I want them small. Otherwise they're too big and too cropped. 2. I'd like to adjust the height of the Intro Text, but only on the mobile version. The desktop looks fine, but I'd like to scale things down on mobile. 3. Lastly, on the project pages, I'd like to be able to scale down the body text. Again, only for mobile version. Anybody? Below is the URL to my site. Thanks!!! http://www.mostdesigned.com

  10. How can I adjust the font size of the product price when they are listed in a summary block?
  11. Hi. I need my header to be a solid white background. Immediately below the header, I need an image that fully bleeds to each side of the screen. It seems the only way to do this is with a banner image. When I add a banner image, it also stretches up behind the header, replacing my white background. I've spent hours dealing with this and its incredibly frustrating since it should be the simplest thing to do. Please help!
  12. Hello! Please help if you know advance 7.1 styling or coding! I'm trying to customize my site's font colors in 7.1 . I've gone through the Site Styles and changed the color palette in the general Advanced section, and changed specific items in the Customize section of specific "sets". Also tried deselecting the current theme in sections to have it take on the global style. But no matter what I do, I can't change all the font colors on my site. Specifically, the client wants all her titles and image overlay captions and most text to be Blue. Can anybody help out with this? Do I need to use code? Just a note Squaspace, this is a SUPER important aspect of being able to customize a site, and I wish there were an easier way to do this. I get lost in all the options that are laid out in different parts of the editor. Think others are having this same problem as well!

  17. Hi, I have changed the layout of my website and now use large headings. This has also meant the blog titles are now huge on a desktop and only fit a few words on each line. Is there a way of customising the font size of just the blog titles please? I use the Horizon Template. Example of huge Blog titles: https://heathersmall-mpeople.com/news/heather-small-releases-new-moving-on-up-remixes-for-2019 Many thanks in advanced! Graham

  19. I'd love some help with this one. A customer is experimenting with colour backgrounds for select pages and I need to change the font colour in this one page only: https://www.leadingedgedc.com/solutions-for-your-business Until they decide on their alternate block colours, I'm using this Custom CSS: /* COLOUR BACKGROUND FOR SOLUTIONS FOR YOUR BUSINESS */ #solutions-for-your-business { background-color: #1e3267; border-style: solid; border-color: #d7cbd7; border-width: 2px; h2{ color: white; } p { colour: white; } .summary-title { colour: white } } In the editor view, the background and H2 colours are appearing as per custom CSS, but the paragraph and Summary title text remain black instead of white. When I check the published page, none of the custom colours are showing. Have I got the CSS wrong? Appreciate the help.
  20. Hi! I'm trying to change the font when you click to enlarge a photo in a gallery. See attached screenshot. I added a custom font for Header 1 and that is the font showing up in the enlarged photo caption. The problem is that it is small and difficult to read. I'd like to change it to H2. Squarespace support could not help and suggested I try here. They said i may have to edit the custom CSS to change it, but when i looked, it seems like it would change the H1 font on the entire site. TLDR: So basically I need to change the font in the enlarged photo caption from H1 to H2. You can see here: www.iglamlab.com > About > Team > click to enlarge one of the photos in the gallery and see caption font.
  21. Hey Guys, So I added custom coding to the fonts but it isn't appearing on the live site. I can see it when I am on the Squarespace dashboard but not on the live site. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've attached the desktop image as to what it should be and then mobile version of it showing incorrectly. Thanks,

  24. I would like to change the font of my Blog Posts to a custom font. I have already added the font and am currently using it for my H1, but I don't know how to assign the custom font to blog titles. I was able to find two posts from Squarespace Answers addressing the issue, but when I navigate to the pages, it says they don't exist anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
  25. I've imported a custom font and it only shows, when the page is being viewed with the "Custom CSS" page open. On the live site, or with another page open in Squarespace, the h1 and h2 fonts don't display correctly. See for yourselves here: https://www.svamae.com/test Here the CSS I've added under Custom CSS: @font-face { font-family: 'Airbnb Cereal App Book'; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; src: local('Airbnb Cereal App Book'), url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5d1c5598b57288000189eb6d/t/5d8753ede7a89537827e6f0a/1569149934367/AirbnbCerealBook.woff') format('woff'); } @font-face { font-family: 'Airbnb Cereal App Light'; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; src: local('Airbnb Cereal App Light'), url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5d1c5598b57288000189eb6d/t/5d8753fe1d47f936914afb20/1569149951081/AirbnbCerealLight.woff') format('woff'); } @font-face { font-family: 'Airbnb Cereal App Medium'; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; src: local('Airbnb Cereal App Medium'), url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5d1c5598b57288000189eb6d/t/5d8753e21d47f936914afa03/1569149923170/AirbnbCerealMedium.woff') format('woff'); } @font-face { font-family: 'Airbnb Cereal App Bold'; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; src: local('Airbnb Cereal App Bold'), url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5d1c5598b57288000189eb6d/t/5d8753ce68af88237828efed/1569149902585/AirbnbCerealBold.woff') format('woff'); } @font-face { font-family: 'Airbnb Cereal App Extra Bold'; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; src: local('Airbnb Cereal App Extra Bold'), url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5d1c5598b57288000189eb6d/t/5d8753f81d47f936914afaf1/1569149944845/AirbnbCerealExtraBold.woff') format('woff'); } @font-face { font-family: 'Airbnb Cereal App Black'; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; src: local('Airbnb Cereal App Black'), url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5d1c5598b57288000189eb6d/t/5d8753b414ffd35492a0c69c/1569149877286/AirbnbCerealBlack.woff') format('woff'); } h1 { font-family: 'Airbnb Cereal App Black' !important; font-size: 34px; font-weight: 700; letter-spacing: -0.8px; color: #2b2b2b; } h1 strong { font-weight: bold; font-family: 'Airbnb Cereal App Light' !important; color: #767676; line-height: 10px; font-weight: 100; font-size: 32px; letter-spacing: -0.8px; margin-bottom: 32px; } h2 { font-family: 'Airbnb Cereal App Light' !important; color: #767676; line-height: 40px; font-weight: 100; font-size: 34px; letter-spacing: -0.8px; margin-bottom: 32px; } h3 { font-family: 'Airbnb Cereal App light' !important; color: #767676; line-height: 15px; letter-spacing: -0.5px; } Thanks for any input - I've ran out of ideas on how to fix this…
