  1. Site URL: http://www.mitarcha.org Hi All: Refreshing a community website. I've updated the fonts to match our emails in site styles but for some reason the navigation bar off to the side is not updating. Any idea why this might be the case? Thanks in advance Ken
  2. Hi. I'm in the process of updating my site and am working on a version with a new template (Wells). This version is not yet public. In the image galleries, the "image title" is bold (see screenshot). How can I set that to regular? And all-caps? Thanks! Alexandre
  3. Site URL: https://www.lucylawson.co.uk Hi there, My clients website is viewing the custom fonts differently on safari and iOs. Looks totally as expected on Chrome, but appears different on Safari. .ttf .otf .woff .woff2 have all been uploaded. @font-face { font-family: 'NoeDisplay'; src: url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/60661ef2806161468599d160/t/60661fb6b8414c574a547e86/1617305526790/NoeDisplay-Black.otf'); font-weight: black; } @font-face { font-family: 'Graphik'; src: url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/60661ef2806161468599d160/t/60661fd8db8f047724129954/1617305560410/Graphik-Black.otf') } h1 {font-family: 'NoeDisplay-Black';} h2 {font-family: 'NoeDisplay-Medium';} h3 {font-family: 'Graphik-Medium';}
  4. Site URL: http://www.domtetro.com Hello lovely humans, I've been attempting all sorts of code to try and get my footer to behave but to no avail, here I am, again (I love you). Three things for you: How can I get the newsletter title in the footer to be the same size and color as the footer nav titles? It's not responding to the mess I've made ( see code below). How can I change the color and font size of the Name and Email address fields? How can I change the color and size of the bottom footer to be smaller and whiter? (copyright info) That is all for now 😂 xx dom Title: /*newsletter*/ .newsletter-block .newsletter-form-header-title { font-family: mr-eaves-modern; font-size: 11px !important; font-weight: 300; color: #4b4b4a; letter-spacing: 0.3em; line-height: 1.2em; text-transform: uppercase; }
  5. Site URL: http://www.myartbeatflorals.com Hopefully this is my last question, as my website is basically done: I want to customize my quote fonts only on my Testimonials page. I have a quote already on my home page, which I'd like to stay as is. I have already uploaded the custom fonts, but don't know the CSS code to make it apply exclusively to that one page. I will have several quote blocks on the same page with the same two fonts. I considered making a Word document into a PDF and embedding it, but that puts a gray space around the document and I don't want that. If there's a way to avoid that, it would probably be easiest. Otherwise....For the quoted portion, I want it to be Eras Medium ITC (ErasMediumITC.ttf) in 11 pt. The source, I want to be Ink Free (inkfree.ttf) in 12 pt. I am not picky on animation...anything that looks good with multiple quotes, or none at all. What code would accomplish this? I've attached a photo of how I want the quote to look (the source being indented would be nice, but not necessary).
  6. Site URL: https://www.magpieco.com/ Hi, I hope you could help me. I updated a website last week. Just before finishing this update I saw the new button "Site Styles". Unfortunately, I opened it, and now my imported fonts has stoppe to work. I try to click on the "Reset Font Pack", but impossible to save my previous style. It's crazyness. What can I do? I has looked for to select a new font close to the previous style but impossible to choose one or select one close to what my client want. Could you help me or advise me?
  7. Hey folks, I lost my source file from a project a few years back. Does anyone know what font/ligature I used? I can't recognize it or recall it. Thanks in advance!
  8. Site URL: https://www.mirboonorth.com/ Password: Mirboonorth I am using a custom font for my client's website, and incorporated it into the website using a Code Block. However, I am having issues with a ton of spacing around the code code block. It's causing some spacing issues on the desktop site, but especially on mobile. I've tried a few different codes targeting the padding of the code blocks, but nothing seems to do the trick to fix this issue. Website: www.mirboonorth.com, password: Mirboonorth
  9. Site URL: https://www.nayoung-heo.com/ The css I used for two custom fonts shows up in editor mode but once I navigate to a different tab and view the site, the fonts don't show up and it just displays the default fallback font. Please help! This is the code used: @font-face { font-family: 'NibPro-Light'; src: url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5f70e2ee85b66a7f80fcca67/t/6094647bbf6c5041e26a7bce/1620337787489/NibPro-Light.ttf') } h1 {font-family: 'NibPro-Light';} h2 {font-family: 'NibPro-Light';} h3 {font-family: 'NibPro-Light';} h4 {font-family: 'NibPro-Light';} @font-face { font-family: 'NibPro-LightItalic'; src: url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5f70e2ee85b66a7f80fcca67/t/60946484bc595d332e266e90/1620337797070/NibPro-LightItalic.ttf') } h1 em {font-family: 'NibPro-LightItalic';} h2 em {font-family: 'NibPro-LightItalic';} h3 em {font-family: 'NibPro-LightItalic';} @font-face { font-family: 'GopherDisplay-Regular'; src: url ('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5f70e2ee85b66a7f80fcca67/t/60955f1eb9d5c42a20b6a2d8/1620401950746/GopherDisplay-Regular.otf') } p {font-family: 'GopherDisplay-Regular'} a {font-family: 'GopherDisplay-Regular'} button {font-family: 'GopherDisplay-Regular'} I attached an image of what the page is supposed to look like.
  10. Site URL: https://www.mirboonorth.com/stay Password: Mirboonorth Am I going crazy?! Why is this code not center-aligning the font? I'm using the font elsewhere and it works /*Styled Font for Sub-Page Header 1 */ @font-face { font-family: 'Golden Plains'; src: url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5f800e73aa0df7173a3546d2/t/609bb6f9fc3271012c54f93a/1620817666257/golden-plains.ttf'); } h8 { font-family: 'Golden Plains'; font-weight: 500; font-size: 60px; letter-spacing: 0.0em; text-transform: normal; line-height: 1.2em; color: hsl(0,100%,0%); text-align: center; }
  11. I would like to activate OLDSTYLE NUMBERS in my paragraph text and all across my site. How do I do that? The usual CSS code is { font-variant-numeric: oldstyle-nums; } But what's the ID/selector for the attribute? Thanks so much!
  12. Hi there, I have absolutely no coding knowledge or skills whatsoever (not even basic HTML and/or CSS). I created a logo in Canva and inserted it where the Site Title typically goes in the Header section of my Squarespace site. Unfortunately, the colour of the logo (which is black, for the record) is not responsive to changes. That is, it doesn't change colours depending on the background image (unlike the font colour for the rest of the text in the Header section, which continues to be responsive to background image changes). This results in the regrettable circumstance of my black logo appearing alongside white text in the Header section on some pages of my site. Is there any way to either make my logo colour responsive (in the same way that the font colour for the rest of the text in the Header changes depending on the background image), or to 'force' all text in the Header section to have the same font colour as my logo? Thanks.
  13. Site URL: https://armadillo-deer-rbyp.squarespace.com I have used a custom font uploaded to the site in the usual way. The link is here https://armadillo-deer-rbyp.squarespace.com The password is Garstang If you look at the lower case 'i' characters they are showing with a strange halo around them. I can't see this on my own computer but the client has given me this screen grab. Any ideas?
  14. Site URL: https://clownfish-dogfish-37mk.squarespace.com/ The branding of the company is that they have one single red letter at the start of their headings or sentences. Does anyone know of a piece of coding that can allow me to change just one letter in a heading/paragraph/sentence?
  15. Site URL: http://familystyle.la Custom font for body copy (p) is not showing up in live mode. It did show up for awhile, then suddenly stopped. It doesn't show up on Mobile for either custom or default set font Tried updating the source file link when in CSS Editor. @font-face { font-family: 'Good Sans' !important; src: url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/6092df039850874a5ab52989/t/6094ba386cbeb63bab3ca797/1620359736800/GoodSans-Regular.otf'); }
  16. Hello, In an effort to keep our site fast and efficient, I've chosen to use only one font family (Google fonts "Montserrat") for our 7.1 website. Strangely, the Site Styles still shows "Liberation Sans" on the site (see attached image)*, which sends requests to Typekit as well as Google (and confirmed via Pingdom website speed test). My goal is to find and delete Liberation Sans, but I cannot figure out how to do so...and I've checked everywhere that I can think of in Site Styles. *This font was part of the initial template/layout starter ("Anise" template) when the site was initiated. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
  17. Site URL: https://krill-prism-tyly.squarespace.com Hello! I would like the font color for navigation links, burger menu, and site name to be white with the transparent background. This would only be for home page and navigation linked pages. But I want it to keep turning black against the light background, like it is right now when you scroll. How do I do this? Thank you!
  18. Site URL: http://www.helenarodemann.com Hi there — I'm trying to create a vertical line that meets both top and bottom horizontal line. I've been trying to find out how to do it to no success. Additionally, I can't for the life of me figure out how to reduce the line height spacing between the items on the right. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you

  20. Site URL: https://www.tillitmalmo.com Hey gang! So, I want the headline to weigh at least 800. 900 to be perfect. Or at the weight of "black", rather than "bold". But it seems like bold is as heavy I can get it. Without some coding and cheating I guess. So - how to fix it? Any suggestions? Yes, I did ask google, tried some things, but no luck. All help is greatly appriciated. Thanks!
  21. Site URL: https://www.tas.se/om-oss Hi! We are trying to use two different custom fonts in our design, we are far from experts in the CSS department, so we've just managed to create the code below using different topics in this forum and som google skills. Our problem might be obvious to you guys, but it seems like the Paragraph font (Work Sans) is overwritten by the Heading font (Sombra). The page you see now have the Work-sans custom css removed because this Paragraph font overrode the Heading instead 😄 It's a bit of a mess. A side note to all this is that the Work Sans font is actually included in the Site Style, so my guess is that it should be needed in the CSS if the code for custom heading font was input correctly 🙂 It would be amazing if you guys could help me figure out how to solve this. All the best, Carl-Fredrik Our try with two custom fonts: @font-face { font-family: 'Sombra-regular'; src: url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/6086a5546091f33434858917/t/6086c92a9afd6e1a59ac2e7b/1619446058352/Sombra-Regular.woff'); } * { font-family: 'Sombra-regular' !important; } @font-face { font-family: 'Sombra-medium'; src: url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/6086a5546091f33434858917/t/6086aaa43341d07838dd5879/1619438244363/Sombra-Medium.woff2'); } * { font-family: 'Sombra-medium' !important; } @font-face { font-family: 'Sombra-bold'; src: url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/6086a5546091f33434858917/t/6086aa86df5e9a3c67452898/1619438214937/Sombra-Bold.woff2'); } * { font-family: 'Sombra-bold' !important; } @font-face { font-family: 'work-sans'; src: url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/6086a5546091f33434858917/t/6092ec98ee44cd1fa9551a75/1620241561852/WorkSans-VariableFont_wght.ttfhttps://static1.squarespace.com/static/6086a5546091f33434858917/t/6092ec98ee44cd1fa9551a75/1620241561852/WorkSans-VariableFont_wght.ttf'); } * { font-family: 'work-sans' !important; } h1 {font-family: 'Sombra-medium' !important;} h2 {font-family: 'Sombra-medium' !important;} h3 {font-family: 'Sombra-regular' !important;} p {font-family: 'work-sans'!important;} footer p { color: #808080 !important; font-family: 'sombra-medium'!important; text-decoration: none !important; } footer a { color: #808080 !important; font-family: 'sombra-medium'; text-decoration: none !important; } h3.portfolio-title { font-family: 'sombra-medium' !important; } Current code: @font-face { font-family: 'Sombra-regular'; src: url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/6086a5546091f33434858917/t/6086c92a9afd6e1a59ac2e7b/1619446058352/Sombra-Regular.woff'); } * { font-family: 'Sombra-regular' !important; } @font-face { font-family: 'Sombra-medium'; src: url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/6086a5546091f33434858917/t/6086aaa43341d07838dd5879/1619438244363/Sombra-Medium.woff2'); } * { font-family: 'Sombra-medium' !important; } @font-face { font-family: 'Sombra-bold'; src: url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/6086a5546091f33434858917/t/6086aa86df5e9a3c67452898/1619438214937/Sombra-Bold.woff2'); } * { font-family: 'Sombra-bold' !important; } h1 {font-family: 'Sombra-medium' !important;} h2 {font-family: 'Sombra-medium' !important;} h3 {font-family: 'Sombra-regular' !important;} footer p { color: #808080 !important; font-family: 'sombra-medium'!important; text-decoration: none !important; } footer a { color: #808080 !important; font-family: 'sombra-medium'; text-decoration: none !important; } h3.portfolio-title { font-family: 'sombra-medium' !important; }

  23. I was able to add a 3rd font to my image card poster block, I changed a line of text to italicized and then inserted this code. This is where I got the original It looks great on squarespace mobile preview (attached) but the code isn't registering on my actual mobile device ( attached ) What css do I use so it works on all sized devices? This site is a 7.0 brine template the website is www.thekitchclub.com (pw:kitchclub33) //Image Card Block Third Font// .sqs-block-image .design-layout-poster em { font-family: 'Futura PT'; font-size: 17px; text-transform: uppercase; letter-spacing: .08em; font-weight: 500; color: #fffff; font-style: normal !important; line-height: 3em; display: block; } //*mobile*// @media screen and (max-width: 641px) {.sqs-block-image .design-layout-poster em { font-family: 'Futura PT'!important; font-size: 14px; text-transform: uppercase; letter-spacing: .08em; font-weight: 500; color: #fffff; font-style: normal !important; line-height: 2em; margin-top: -20px; display: block; } }
  24. Site URL: https://www.blueridgeresearch.com When I go to Site Styles and look at fonts, I do not see an option for Heading 3. It is just not there. See screen shot below. I am using the Burke template. Heading 3 shows in the text editor when I click into a text box but if I choose it, my text shows as tiny dots. I want to change it but it isn't in my site styles. Does anyone know how to fix this? FYI, my site is locked down for maintenance so you can't really view it. Any help is appreciated.
  25. Site URL: https://www.grandoptimist.com/approach-index#capabilities I am trying to create a bit of animated text using the image block functionality. I am very happy with the way this works on desktop but I would like to increase the size of the subtitle font on mobile. Is there a bit of code that would solve this? I am running the Marquee template.
