Hi. I have just signed up to Squarespace after building the website earlier this year. Having signed up, the whole website (about a months work) has disappeared, except the website title. Has anyone experienced this before and did you find a solution? I have contacted support but if anyone can help until they reply that would be great as I am meeting someone tomorrow to discuss the website. Thanks! -

Is there a way that you can change the wording of the error language for a form? When you don't fill out a required section and hit submit, that dialogue that comes up when it says error. Is there custom code to change that wording?

When you click the metadata link for some (ie. reading, year-in-review), it works as expected. But then there are other categories (ie. grief + loss, formation) leading to an error page. If I remember correctly, I’d merged these categories with others and now it won’t work. Any thoughts?

mobile shows desktop header then pops to mobile.

Site URL: http://gallery.biomestudios.co.nz On mobile (or desktop with a narrow size and 3g/4g simulated speed) every load of a main page starts by showing the desktop HeaderTitle, and then pops to the mobile formatted one. It seems that the page always by default loads showing the desktop header, and then some javascript hides the desktop header div, and shows the mobile header div. But this makes for an obvious pop from incorrect display to correct. How can I prevent it from doing this? -

I can get my template running locally, but it isn't loading the stylesheet. Attached is a screenshot of what I see when the server boots up. It's loading all the proper assets and copy from the live site, but I have an error in console. Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) Any idea how to approach this problem? Thanks -
I need to create comparison sites using different templates. I thought maybe I could export my site and import, but I know Squarespace doesn't recommend importing their own file, although they support importing other sites' formats. When trying to import, I get the error: "— com.squarespace.v6.business.content.exceptions.InvalidContentItemException: urlId cannot be null: 82RWHTREFWN3BLDNAFC6" I opened the file in Word and an xml viewer and don't see a tag (or even mention) of a urlID, or the string at the end. I get I'm trying to do something that's not recommended, but just asking to see -

Site URL: http://ryansmulholland.com I'm trying to use HTML code to insert a Substack signup form on my homepage and in a few other places. When I add a code block, set up the code all is well, but once I save the page it causes an error with the rest of the page. If there are any images on the page those disappear once I save. It also creates a misalignment with the page header where all of the content slides up a bit and overlaps with the header menu. It's as if adding the code to the page overrides something essential to it's function. Has anyone else had success placing a Subst

Hi all, Has anyone experienced the issue in 7.1 where images don't display? They upload fine, appear on the page, but then at a later date when the page is reviewed the image is missing and is replaced with an error symbol like in the attached examples. This happens across the website and in galleries and in stand alone images - sometimes when I upload the image again it works fine but then when I revisit the site again at a later date the issue is happening across a number of random images (either the same or new ones) Any thoughts gratefully received. Thanks!

Hi all - Google Search console reached out by email to kindly tell me that one of my sites is affected by 39 instances of "Event markup issues". Opening the Events report in webmaster tools, I am confronted with this: If I look at an individual url within Google's structured data testing tool, I see this, telling me location and start date are missing (odd immediate spike in data from mid August...?): Now, I don't know code, but I am surprised to see lots of other posts talking about schema.org and the need to add code for things like this (similar problems occur for blog posts apparently)- 10 replies

My site keeps saying the products are oversize. I have my dimensions as follows: L:28 X W:37 X H:28 for t-shirts (and etc. by category) wherein the length and height are the same. Could this be the problem? Does it want the height of the t-shirt from top to bottom? Or does it want the height based on thickness of product when folded or flat in the shipping package? I am attempting to customize the Moksha template, but every time I click on an area of the template to edit (ex: Banner, Title, Content Block) I get the following error: "Couldn’t clone collection Check each section to make sure all field requirements are met." On one of our purchasing pages, all of the items are giving the following pop up error message: "Unable to add item" and "that item is not available" The inventory on all items is unlimited. No one can add the items to cart. Need fixed ASAP. -
I was the edit my page but a blank preview is showing up. I can’t edit or do anything at all. It’s almost like the page doesn’t exist 🤷‍♀️
