I currently create weekly newsletters using Squareup Marketing, but after they're sent, they only reside in recipients' inboxes. I wish to switch my process to ActiveCampaign, but before doing so, I want to save these newsletters on my Squarespace website as blog posts. To clarify, my goal is to: Write my newsletter directly as a blog post on Squarespace. Share this blog post as a weekly newsletter using ActiveCampaign. While I'm aware that ActiveCampaign allows for the use of my blog's RSS feed, this approach doesn't retain the desired formatting and style of my blog. I'd prefer the email newsletter to have the same look and feel as my blog post. Is there a method to embed or replicate the blog's code within the email?

I'm currently using squarespace email campaign tool and want to find a way to create a html of the form to continue collecting emails so that it saves in the backend of the squarespace account. I want to use the form on another site that isn't on squarespace. any suggestions on how i can achieve this. Thanks

BACKGROUND My clients website is a shop for selling international art tours. Each tour is set up: an event A service product for tour deposit and; A service product for final payment (password protected as the client doesn't want their itineraries to be made public) I'm trying to get tour attendees to sign up to their specific tour mailing list (from the deposit purchase stage) so my client can send email campaigns to them specifically for tour correspondence until departure. ISSUE I can't find a way to ensure that at deposit product checkout, they tick their agreement and offer their email for sign up to their tours mailing list. I've considered trying checkout forms - but they only allow for sign up to ONE mailing list (as far as im aware anyway) I've not found any form field in the product custom form area to add a mailing list subscription there either. PLEA FOR URGENT HELP! can anyone help?!

DISCLAIMER: I am an old man and no longer the sharpest tack in the drawer. Still... I abandoned Mailchimp in the name of increased efficiency through direct integration. However, the current marketing>email offering fails on almost every level. Design options are way too restrictive even for Squarespace's sensibilities, and rational navigation has been sacrificed at the altar of minimalism in which critical functions are hidden behind (...) menus and the like. I understand that this is of necessity a complex system, but unavoidable complexity deserves excellence in design rather than what feels rushed and half-baked. I have always been a Squarespace fan, and the sucky marketing>email fail will not change that. I guess I was expecting too much. But now I'm having to decide whether to cut my losses and work with a 3rd party solution again or hold on for the imminent major overhaul sure to be announced right after I pull the plug. There IS a major overhaul in the works, isn't there‽ 😎 -
Hey All, I've an email newsletter that I send weekly. The open rate is around 50% and I've never had a problem previously (That I'm aware of with it going to Spam folder) See screenshots attached to give exact figures. When I sent this Sunday's mail out, I got multiple messages from people saying it went to their spam. They were not new subscribers. For example, one guy has been getting it for 2 years. The open rate data would suggest there was a major issue this week. I didn't change any settings from last week or do anything new to cause a change. Any ideas of why this happened?

I'm seeing an issue with email marketing campaigns where png images are always showing blurry no matter the size. Following Squarespace's recommendation for emails and uploading 750px is not working.. incredibly blurry. Same thing when I upload larger at 1500 or even 2500, etc. What is going on? I hate that I'm paying for this service and it's not sharp and professional looking. Anyone else have this issue?

I have only found an option to "view in browser" available in a limited number of templates, and there does not seem to be any way to add this to a blank or custom template. I can't find any option in the templates or styles that would enable this option; some predesigned Squarespace templates seem to simply have it in place when they are released. Please help! -
Is it possible to change the appearance of the bullet points in email campaigns? I only want to change the indent space, so the bullet points are closer to the left margin.

I am considering switching from Mailer Lite to Squarespace Campaigns. We don't have a complicated setup but it seems Squarespace Campaigns is very limited. Is there a creative way for newsletter subscribers to select their interest group on signup, which then adds them to the correct mailing list? Our website is projectancestry.com (you can see the interest group selection on the pop up). Thanks for any ideas! -
I want to add an unsubscribe button to the body of my email and can't seem to find a way to make that work - is there a way to do so, or am I just stuck with the tiny link at the very bottom of the email? Thanks

Hi everyone, Please can I ask a question - I am looking into a solution for my client, Mark Price Pickleball. Website URL here. - https://www.markpricepickleball.com/ He runs pickleball camps worldwide, and asking for me to set up an automated email sequence, post camp - so after someone's attended (order fulfilled) - in this sequence 2 days after / 1 week after / 2 weeks after / and 1 month after. At present, I can't find anything within Squarespace that offers this feature, and I don't want to take all the email campaigns third-party to something like Mail Chimp, as Mail Chimp doesn't have all the intuition we currently use, like emailing someone after a purchase, or after they subscribe. The only workaround I can think of - is by manually setting up a group segment of the users after each camp, but this is a bit of a faff. Can you think of anything else, or is there another solution out there available to us? Thanks in advance, Sophie

Update: 40 minutes later they finally finished sending. Anyone else try to send an email this afternoon but having trouble with delivery? We sent 351 emails and it's been over 20 minutes with under 30 deliveries. These emails are not new, and usually 99% deliver within a few minutes. Any insight would be greatly appreciated! The delivery rate is so far increasing by 1 person every 4 minutes or so.

I want to have an automated email triggered when someone submits a specific form on my site. Currently it seems automations can only be triggered by purchases or newsletter sign ups. Is there any code that will allow me to set this up with a form submit trigger? (@tuanphan , you've helped me a lot in the past, so I'm mentioning you here!) -
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to have anchor links in email campaigns? I am creating an newsletter to send to my e-mail list and would like to have clickable links to different parts of the email. Is this possible with Squarespace?

I am new to Square Space. Want to create 2 x commerce websites. But i also need at least 4 emails per domain. I cant find any related topic here in forum. Can anyone help please, Which package i should signup for? Also do i need 2 separate accounts to create 2 websites or i can use under one account? and squarespace signup is for each website or each account?

Is there a way for us to view who marked a campaign as spam. Someone in the Facebook group is curious as to if that could be the reason her campaign was marked for review before sending and I told her I’d check.

Hi all I have reached the limit of my blast emails but still have only used less than half my allowance of emails. How do I send an email that isnt automated without having to upgrade? It doesn't seem to allow this option in the templates. Thanks James,

Hi! New user to the email side of this and id love some suggestions. Few things that have been easier on other services and id love for them to be easier here too. Anyone have any tips on how to navigate the below. Tagging isnt fun. What would it take to make this easier? Sorting customer could use some more fields. Like recent email activity. Like to be able to send emails just to the people who have opened the last email sent. Like to be able to unsubscibe multiple people at one time. Unable to edit/correct customer profiles information??? Thanks in advance! Rosie

Hi there, I recently installed an email list sign up form on my website. I have turned Google reCaptcha on and have created a confirmation email to send out to the new subscriber. However, the email is not going out when a subsciber signs up. The domain is verified and the automation is active. In the form, it lets me turn off or on Google reCaptcha but there is no option/field for the confirmation email in the form or for selecting the email list. Hi! My name's Angela Taylor. I've been having multiple issues here. Sometimes my site works well, other times it doesn't seem to give me the same options as it used to and now my issues are with my e-mails. Does anyone else have any issues with e-mails? I didn't have to pay to send them out before and now it won't even send one out. Even after it's offered to send one for free. Has anyone else had issues with their e-mails? Hi! I signed up for marketing email campaigns with my website so I can have an automated email go out. People sign onto a mailing list and receive the email right away. In the email I want to have an add event to calendar type link. Can the automated email hold an .ics file or is there another way I should be doing this. I was thinking of adding an events page in Squaespace and maybe that could be connected but my understanding is that you can not have reoccurring event as this one is. The event is currently in an outlook calendar. I'm open to any and all creative ideas. I just would like them being added to the calendar invite automated. Thanks!

Hi, I am starting an email campaign that is automated to people singing up to a mailing list. In the email I want to include an add to calendar link. Can I add an .ics file? Or is there a way to host the event elsewhere that allows people to add the event to their calendar. It's a repeating event. Open to any and all creative ideas. Thanks!
