  1. Hello I am hoping to request integration between Squarespace with Klaviyo ! Using third party apps and even custom code, isn't offering the greatest potential in an email market which is booming and only getting bigger, dominating digital marketing and advertising at the moment. It would be amazing to be able to build flows using triggers and automations to generate revenue and nurture customers as we are able to on Klaviyo from Shopify etc. Thanks!
  2. Hey everyone, newbie to the forum here :)) I sell my face to face workshops on SQ and I enter them as Services in the selling options. I want to start marking the past workshops as fulfilled, however this seems to trigger an auto email, the wording of which only makes sense for physical products (the email says 'your order has shipped"..). Obviously this makes no sense for my customers but I can't figure out a way to edit the email template specifically for fulfillment. My question is can the order fulfilled email be customised for services? Or if not, can i disable this email when marking a service as fulfilled? Thanks in advance!

I am using the Squarespace mailing list feature, and I have a couple of questions: Is there a way to (automatically) create a newsletter archive? I want people to be able to read back issues before they subscribe. or Is there a way to automatically cross post the content from my newsletters into my blog. I suspect I am starting to reach the limitations of the Squarespace email engine - and I may need to move across to a third party (mailchimp? mailerlite?) - if thats the case, are there any recommendations or guides to integrating an external tool to my Squarespace site.   5. Hello, I am new to Squarespace and this is my first blog. I have created a custom domain e-mail on my iCloud account which I am trying to connect to my Domain here on Squarespace. iCloud gave me all the settings to transfer and log into my Domain, so I went to the Domain setting clicked on edit DNS setting where I entered the custom iCloud TXT MX and CNAME. This does not seem to have worked so I am looking for help on how to proceed from here. I am not that tech savvy, so any help will be appreciated. Ps! I have not published my page yet - if this would make any difference? Thanks Lisa
  6. Hi! I would like to make a few changes on my email newsletters sign ups. First, on mobile, the corners of the email box look rounded, and square on desktop, and I would like to make them all be sharp. And second, I would like to remove the words 'Email address' from the box. Is that possible? Thank you in advance!

  8. Hi there, I am selling tickets to events through Squarespace, by adding them to the store as a Service. This has worked fine previously when selling one event at a time, but when selling multiple events at the same time, I am running into an issue because the automated confirmation email custom message is specific to type of product (service) versus the individual service. Does anyone have any advice on how to work around this issue? I'd like to sell event tickets, with confirmation emails confirming the purchase of the tickets, but want to be able to customize that message with date and time for the event that has been purchased for. Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

  11. Hi, I have forwarding rules setup with my domain. If I send a mail to all the aliases mail gets properly delivered. As soon as I send mail to multiple addresses only the first one receives the mail. Same happens when using the CC to add the extra mail address, it will only be delivered to the first email address in the address bar. So first I thought I cant send to multiple persons, but! if I use the BCC it gets delivered. These are all the situations: Mail to single address: Works Mail to multiple addresses: Only the first receives the mail. Mail to single address and a single address in CC: CC doesn't receive mail Mail to single address and a single in the BCC: gets received by everyone Mail to single address and multiple in the CC: gets received by everyone Does this give anyone maybe a clue what might be wrong?   12. Hi! my client recently changed her domain ( bought a domain via Squarespace ) and added it as primary domain. But her Google Workspace is still set on the previous domain ( that's secondary now, still connected) and would like to set up new email addresses with the new domain name. How can we do that?
  13. Is there anyway to prevent emails from adding a link to dates and times on mobile devices? See screenshot below. In the test emails, it is automatically applying a link to the date and time. I'd like to either remove that or atleast make it so it is not blue...
  14. Hello, I am new here and I am using Squarespace E-Mail-Marketing because of its E-Mail -templates. It's just the best design. But I don't want to send campaigns - I want the design and the basic text for every mail, but every Mail should be individual written. Is that somehow possible ? I couldn't find a solution here...   15. Our email account is hosted by Hosting Heroes - & we now have mandatory SMTP Authentication. They said this change is crucial to prevent unauthorised use of our mail servers and to protect against spam and abuse so this looks like a good thing. Our regular email accounts have not been affected as they already use authentication. But our Squarespace website has been impacted and is not sending out any automated emails so it looks like emails are sent without SMTP authentication by default. Does anyone know how to update a SS website to authenticate emails? We have the information needed to add to the site eg we've created an unique SMTP user email and have the Incoming Mail server IMAP Port as well as the Outgoing Mail server & SMTP Port information - I don't know where to put this on our website to fix the problem! I raised a ticket with SS Customer Service before the weekend and have not received a reply. We obviously need to do this as soon as possible because no-one is receiving confirmations for bookings made through our website and people cannot reset their account passwords!     Updating customer email

He did not receive a confirmation of his order (I sent it back to him afterwards) Is it possible to modify the customer's account & update his email address directly in the customer manager?   17. I have a site that is linked to Printify. I placed an order with 4 items and when the order received a tracking number from Printify, squarespace sent out 6 duplicate emails at once that my order has been shipped. Has anyone else experienced this? I also noticed that in each email, it will list out the tracking number 6 times. I'm worried that this is just a bug with how Printify syncs with Squarespace and I won't be able to fix it. Is there a way to handle order notifications outside of Squarespace?

  19. Can anyone tell me how to setup a new email address? The domain is purchased through Squarespace. I want to setup a custom email (contact@domain.com) but through Outlook not Google Workspace. I can't seem to find how to; A. create the email address and B. add the email as a new inbox to my current Outlook account. Pease help! 😕
  20. Heya! So I've been receiveding emails from potential clients using the built in Contact form. However on a couple of occasions the client has typed in their email incorrectly. I would like add an email verification as part of the block, where the client can type their email a second time and notifies the customer if the email does not match. If anyone could help me with this i'd be much appreciated.
  21. I recently pointed a Go Daddy domain at a new Squarespace site and somehow, in doing so, broke my email which is housed with Protonmail. MX is in there, but I think it may be the SPF/DKIM and I am out of my depth here. Is anyone on here who can help? Thank you!
  22. Hello - I've created and completed payment for a new Squarespace business site for my client, who would like to create a custom email address using Google Workspace. It's their understanding they would be eligible for a year of free Google Workspace as they don't want a mobile account, or the Google Workspace Business Plus account which Squarespace says prevents this. Is there a reason why they are not eligible with the Business Standard plan? You can see there is no checkmark in that column. Am I getting old information from the Squarespace page or misunderstanding this? Is it possible we don't have the standard option because the DNS setup is not complete? Thank you to anyone who is able to share what they know about this fun time for the site 🙂

  24. Hi everyone, I'm trying to set up a site that has multiple stores within it. (one for perfumery, cosmetics etc.) these are for physical products for a company which already exists and has different departments, hence the different stores. My problem is this: I can add contributors who can only see the orders and manage the orders however, this seems to be for all stores on the website. Is there functionality which allows me to send the order information from a singe store to a single e-mail address? E.G. perfumery online store orders go to the perfumery e-mail and the cosmetics online store orders go to the cosmetic e-mail address in order to not confuse the departments with multiple different departments' emails. Thanks for the feedback, it is greatly appreciated.
  25. Site URL: https://www.slicklobster.com Hi All, I have a google workspace account which has been suspended - The Squarespace instructions tell me to go to Workspace and 'reactivate' my account. However, there is no option to reactivate the account - when I log in to Squarespace and go to workspace it only gives me the option of signing up with a new email address - I have tried using our current email address but it says they are already in use. When I log into google workspace it tells me that I have to go through the reseller. I have absolutely no way of reactivating and accessing our emails. We've had no business emails for 5 days now. I have tried contacting square space multiple times and still have nothing from them. The live chat only seems to be open during American business hours despite offering services to Australia as well. I'm desperately hoping someone can help me get the account reactivated.
