  1. If a subscriber is in more than one email mailing list, and I create an email campaign to several of my lists, will that person receive that email several times? Or does Squarespace's system recognize that it's a duplicate and only sends it to that person once? Thanks for your help!

  3. Hi! Is it possible to add more fields to a promotional pop up other than just email? I'd like to add a "name," "city," and "state" field (also to the footer). I tried adding a form with the lightbox option, but when I tested it, the contact wouldn't show up in mailchimp (waited 30 minutes).   4. Site URL: https://sarahmichelemartinclay.com/about I have my contact form set to forward inquiries to a gmail address. Form Submissions are delivered to the address. When I respond to the email (selecting respond using the forwarded message, not composing a new message,) the signature that I have set in gmail does not appear in my reply. It does appear when I compose new emails within gmail. Is there a way to make the signature (text and image) show up in my response emails?

Can we do this using an {if has.DigitalProduct='IDIDIDID'} type thing? If not, what's the best way to achieve this. She's got ConvertKit but she's reluctant to pay for it.

  7. Hi all, I've seen a few people ask about how to integrate with platforms that use BCC fields to generate automated follow up emails for site & product reviews without response. I've use Trust Pilot previously to handle reviews as it's very well regarded and trusted by consumers, but without a BCC field in SquareSpace emails it seems impossible to use. Has anyone managed to find away around this lack of functionality? Many thanks in advance.
  8. Hi! I would love to have the ability to conditionally change the purchase e-mail sent to users, in my current case based on the shipping method. Let's say a user chooses "Collect" rather than "Local Shipping" I would like to remove the shipping address and show an image that is a map of the store location. Something like the mock-up below (it's just illustrative, not a suggestion for syntax) 🤣. Can this be done? Or am I taking the wrong approach? Thanks in advance, Ed

I would like to include their selection in the confirmation email they receive, as in "thank you for your purchase. Your item will be available for pick up ##" (filled in based on their selection.) But yesterday, one customer told me he received an order confirmation in French. He sent me a screenshot. How is it possible ? I never wrote theses emails in French and they are still in English in the settings... Does it have something to do with the new email editor ? Thanks for your help.

For now I've added a google sheets to collect all the data but retained the send to email option. But it's not sending. Can you help?
  12. Does anyone know how to remove form data from confirmation email? I have several forms attached to service (non-physical) products on my website. When a visitor fills out this form and makes payment, they receive a confirmation email with all of their responses to the form questions. I would like them to continue receiving the confirmation without the form data because of privacy concerns. However, I cannot figure out away to do this by modifying customer notifications... Ideas?   14. I have a client who currently has their domain and emails (12 email addresses) on a private server. They want to transfer the domain into Squarespace and move the emails into GSuite. Has anyone ever done this or know where to find resources on this? They are very adamant about not wanting to lose email services or prior messages. They are currently using Outlook to access their email but want to move into Google. Thank you all in advance!

At the moment both my product and service is receiving the same confirmation email but I want to have 2 separate emails so that when a service is purchased they're able to receive the location and time for the event in the confirmation email. I've spoken to Squarespace via their live chat and they've told me its possible with code injections but I have no idea on how that works, so I was wondering if anyone could help me please!

  21. Wondering if someone can help. I'm currently setting up the commerce customer notification emails for a client but cannot find a way to update the site styles for certain elements in the emails, mainly with the button styles. In Customer account emails I am able to edit the code for the button to match my client's branding (see image attached for reference-pink button) as this is in the body of the email which can be edited, but in other emails such as the Wait List emails and Abandoned Cart emails the buttons are automatically generated outside of the customisable section of the body of th

I currently have a domain registered with GoDaddy but is currently pointing to a web hosting site (via nameservers), called SiteA, which is a Wordpress site. Attached to this web hosting site, i.e. SiteA - I have MS Office 365 setup for all the emails against my domain.   23. I "host" a client's site on my square account and when someone submits an email on their contact us page, it comes to my email address. How can I get it to go to the client's email address? I don't see anything in the form where I can change the address.
