I know how to make a "flat rate" local pick up option, but I don't see a way to specify that a particular product should be available only for local pickup. Any ideas? I'm open to plugins or even coding a workaround myself (but it would be great if there is something already existing).
  2. We need a way for customers to pay invoiced amounts on a SquareSpace site. Essentially a service with a "filled in" dollar value. We were originally told we could use the Donation Block for this but the "Donation" and "Contribution" labels cannot be modified. Process we need: customer receives invoice goes to website enters form information enters payment amount payment processed customer received email receipt client receives email notice. The donation block actually has the function we need we just can't modify the current labels in SS.

Is there a clean way to do this? Right now we're considering using Squarespace's membership options and hiding the store behind that, but that doesn't really work well from a new customer's perspective. I'm hoping to find a way to just hide pricing, and change the "add to cart" button to "login to see pricing", but I understand this is probably a more complicated process than I think it is. Any help with this would be much appreciated!

Namely, what we're doing online delivers people to the site, yet we're not seeing the sales. Why are people leaving? What is your experience when you land? Are you compelled to move through the sales funnel? Are you motivated to buy? If not, why not? Any insight and feedback is appreciated!
  6. Is there any way to show the checkout page in different languages? I know it's possible to translate it from the Settings menu, but then I have to choose one single language. I've checked Weglot but it looks like they've found a solution to translate all the pages but the checkout page. Is there any code that I could inject to do so? Any help will be truly appreciated. The product is neither in stock nor for free, so did anyone find a way to disable this from displaying in the search engines? Thanks a lot!

  9. Hello all, I've read through a few posts on this topic but haven't found one that shares the code or process for what I am trying to do. I am building a store and want to add a couple of different affiliate links to a 'BUY NOW' button for a product. I attached a screenshot of what I want to do (that screenshot is not my website!) You will see how they have different affiliate links to different e-retailers. It pops up when you click the 'Shop Now' button. I don't have to have it pop-up though - would adding in buttons for each affiliate store in the 'Additional Info' section under my product work? I think I can do that easily enough. BUT if there was a way to change the 'Add to Cart' button to 'Buy Now' and also remove the shopping cart on my site, I would be grateful if anyone could share the steps to do this. Thank you!

Hey guys, I'm trying to decide which website builder better suits me so I do need to know if there is an option to "build your bundle" so the customer will be able to combine up to 3 (or whatever) digital products to save money and if I can set how much the discount would be. Also, if I will be able to turn on or off this feature anytime. If this feature is available, could you recommend me a step by step guide teaching how to do that? Thanks in advance

The issue I'm having is that, on mobile, the product images in the summary blocks on my shop page don't always load. In fact most of them never load. It's not always the same images. Has anyone encountered this issue and if so could you suggest a fix? I have some custom coding in place.

It is important that this button DOES NOT add the product to the cart because the customer will be redirected back to the site once they have finished checking out. Ultimately, we need the customer to use this alternative system because we are a non-profit that needs to send information that Squarespace does not provide to the customer for tax purposes.   16. Hi all- I'm brand new to Squarespace and I'm trying to set up my online store for more of a service- selling dinners so it's not really a physical product that needs shipping because people will come pick it up. How do I change it to a service?
  17. My client wants it. This is an absolutely basic option for an ecommerce store. WIX, Shopify, etc allows Cash on Delivery basically but Squarespace not.... Is there any option or I need to offer another platform for my client?

  19. Site URL: https://www.tpgsportsevents.com We currently have a redirect on the add cart to button which takes the user to an upsell page. On the upsell page we have the different product options and use quick view so they can choose what additional product they want. Is it possible to add a checkout button to the quick view page or a separate redirect for the quick view add to cart button which takes them to the checkout page? We essentially want users to be taken from the quick view to the checkout after they have added to cart.

The service I am using requires the phone number in E.164 format. Is there anyway of making this format the standard on my checkout page? For example, rather than the telephone number being 07712 345 678 it is +44712 345 678. Thanks!
  21. Site URL: https://www.mbfpetshop.com Hello, I was wondering if anybody has some best practices for Google My Business, Google Shopping and Facebook Shop? My site just started and we sell smaller items so I figured the best thing to do to gain awareness and get traffic would be to create the listings on Google Shopping/Merchant and add a Facebook store. The problem Im running into is that it is NOT easy to setup these listings as Google/Facebook make it extremely difficult to get verified or approved. My Facebook Shop is still pending approval after 2 weeks, my GMB listing keeps getting suspended because I dont have a physical storefront and my Google Merchant account just got suspended because apparently I dont 'Clearly state payment methods and broken down costs to customers before/after purchase" Its making it extremely hard for a small business owner to get their brand out there if Google/Facebook just keep shutting everything down on me for various reasons. Does anybody have this same issue?? Have you done anything unique to keep your listings open??

Unfortunately, customers are only able to redeem their cards in-store when I am present (staff are unable to help otherwise), because the codes can only be manually typed into the Commerce App (which is on my personal phone). Has anyone found a way to redeem the codes through the desktop version of the website so that our staff can also redeem cards? Our staff have access to the platform through the desktop (so they can fulfill orders, update inventory, etc.), but I haven't been able to figure this part out.

As a result, we find customers don't know the exact product that fits their needs. We have data that allows us to tell customers what would be the best fit for them, and would like to find a way to help customers filter through that data to display only products that fit their needs. I've noticed aftermarket car brands are excellent at this. We would like to create a filter similar the wheel filter on this site https://www.xdwheels.com/wheels/. Our current product pages feature precise fitting specs. For example, look at the variety of sizes on this page: https://www.ironwilloutfitters.com/gear/footers The goal would be for customers to input basic requirements, then have a list of products that fit within those specs. Is this remotely possible within Squarespace, and if so, does anyone know of any tools that might point us in the right direction to get there?
