  1. Hi, I wish to amend the font size of just one page but with the use of square space, I can only amend font size sitewide. I have seen some responses say add this CSS code to the custom CSS page but when I do nothing happens. I have never used CSS before. Can you advise? Thanks,Jordan
  2. Greetings community, So, the HYDE template works well for me, for what I am doing, but my secondary point of the site I am building is a blog. And Hyde isn't the most friendly for Blogs. I've gotten creative. I do like the idea of simplicity, and no standard side-bar. But curious what options I may have, custom coding, or small additions I can make to improve the layout. Should I add an about me, and photo, horizontal somewhere? Better yet, if you're using Hyde and have a blog I would love to see it. Thanks for the help in advance. Here is my site: https://www.enokithreads.com/anotherblog

  13. Hi, i need to add one extra font option to my site. Ideally I'd just like to have the option of "Normal" in two different sizes. I want to use "Normal" at about 15px for body text. But I also want to use it at about 8px for small text at the bottom of my site. I've tried to use this technique (but in the standard CSS box, not the one only available to business accounts): https://answers.squarespace.com/questions/21231/can-you-add-a-new-header-type-h4-available-to-all-pages-in-ss.html But I get a syntax error. Any suggestions of how to solve this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
  14. Hey there, This question is specific to the 'York Template' On the main index page, I'm looking to remove the 'Index Item Text' and click-through function on an individual index section, the idea is to use the full-length banner as an image inbetween information links (above and below) rather than a link to an information page. I was hoping there would be a line of CSS that I could inject or even a suggestion on another process of uploading which might work. I'd appreciate any help on this! Thanks
  15. I'm just trying to style some custom HTML lists for a course catalog page and the class selector doesn't target as it would under any other circumstance. I found a forum post from 2014 requesting this capability, I had hoped that because it was from 5 years ago, they may have implemented that ability. Basically, I am just trying to target these specific lists, leaving the rest on the site as they are. Any advice? Thanks!
  16. I have an option in my menu that I want to be styled differently to the other options. Is it possible to do this or can you only style all of the options as one?
  17. Hi, Description under gallery images is not visible on mobile, but is fine on web. Se example at: http://www.ragnhildsovik.com/prints/2018/11/10/april-iv Increasing the padding between the stacked images on mobile does not seem to help. I've used this custom css: .collection-type-gallery.full-view #topNav { display: block;}.collection-type-gallery #slideshowWrapper .image-description { display:block; color:black; background-color:#fff; text-align:center; position: absolute; bottom: -14px; opacity: 1.0; padding-top: 10px; height: 50px; } Triedto ad this fix from the forum, but does not help:@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) { .sqs-gallery-block-slideshow .meta { display: block !important } }
  18. Hi, I'm hoping this is something a few simple CSS fixes will help, but that's beyond me to think of, I'm afraid. I'd love to be able to hide both the blog title and date from ONE specific blog only. Also, because I'm creating too many pages, I've tried to start shifting some content to new blogs, but this means they now have a much narrower content width, which isn't ideal for this particular blog. Is there any way I can change the content inset for ONE specific blog only? Example page: https://shefani-archive.info/concert-dates/2019/9/14/bs-concerts-2003 Any help would be much appreciated!
  19. Hello All! I'd like to keep the styling of my website consistent by having a banner image on my gallery page. Is there any custom css code to either remove the block on the gallery page or add the banner to it? Thank you for your help!

  23. I created a round image using custom CSS (which I've done quite a few times before), but there is a gray square where the outline of the image would be if it weren't round. I would attach an image but it will not upload... Lovely. I've tried getting rid of it with CSS but can't seem to do so. Any thoughts?
