  1. I looking for a way to retrieve inventory data related to an order. I have a webhook setup in Stripe, to get notifications when orders are placed. Stripe passes along the Squarespace orderId , so I'm able to use the Orders API to get data about the order. The Inventory API, though, expects a variantId1 , and it doesn't seem like that is included in the Orders API response. The only inventory-related values I'm seeing in the order response are sku and productId , but neither of those work as values to send to the Inventory ID.   2. I'm using the commerce page to display people who are looking for jobs here in Hong Kong. In navigation, a customer clicks on their picture to read about them, and there is a "back to bios" arrow at the top. When clicked it takes them back to the commerce page, BUT always to the top. The person they were looking at is already halfway down the page. Is there a way to have a simple "back" and next bio" feature?   3. Hi All, Currently when a customer goes to my site and adds a product it marks the product as added and indicates that the cart has (x) number of items in it. No further action is taken. This is manageable on a computer, but it's a problem on the mobile view. The cart icon isn't shown on the mobile view; you have to click the menu button to expand it. As a user it's not the most intuitive experience.   4. I am using the Five template (www.t1df.org). I have a business plan. It is my understanding that, with a business plan, I can't style the checkout page nor change the color of the cart button. But I should be able to style the cart and order confirmation pages (i.e. add a banner image and text, select a layout, etc.). The store cart and order confirmation pages use the styling of the default/unlinked system 404 error page.   5. Photographer here, and I'm having problems with clients who don't know how to handle .zip files. I have explicit directions on how to do it, but still, have tons of problems with it. I know- get in the 21st century! Is there a way I could upload my files to Dropbox, then after they pay through the commerce system, they could get a link to that Dropbox file instead of downloading a .zip file, which the majority don't know how to handle?   10. I want to have my logo at the top of the customer notification emails. I have loaded code as per another thread and the logo is showing up in the preview but when I send a test email the logo is not loading in my email. Does anyone know why?
  11. Is there a way to make a list commerce page with no images? I'm using the Rally template and I'd like to add a commerce/sales page, but I don't want to use images, just text. When I use the standard page without images it looks funny because the template reserves a spot for a photo (even when one is not added)

Hi, I'm using the Aubrey Template and see that I can add the code block to add the SendOwl 'add to cart' button in the 'additional info' section of the SqS product detail page, however, it puts it pretty low on the page on desktop and in mobile it's worse as I do have other additional info elements to display and keeping the button on the right side is making it appear last. Is there a way to add the code block within the product details text block? There are no 'handles' to insert it, at least in my template. Would appreciate any guidance. Thank you!

  15. Hello Since SquareSpace still does not allow us to set a quantity limit a customer can purchase (it's ridiculous), is there a way to do the following? I am selling tickets. I need to limit the number of tickets one person can purchase to 10 (for example). To get around this, I am having product variants from 1 - 10 tickets, with the price of each variant increasing to reflect the cost. ie: Product 1 - £5 - 1 Ticket Product 1 - £10 - 2 Tickets Product 1 - £15 - 3 Tickets I have a maximum of 500 tickets to sell. Website is far from finished but having some trouble with this custom code https://parakeet-radish-lrza.squarespace.com/cart My aim is to change the "you have nothing in your shopping cart" text to read "Your collection is currently empty!" My cart is acting as a collection for clients to view their selected talent, almost like a wishlist The code below is working, but not every time, then if you refresh the page, it works again.   17. I am looking for a way to have a custom response sent to a customer based on the SKU they order. For example. If a customer ordered SQ2853405 they would be sent a link in their confirmation to http://www.google.com. If they ordered SQ4553165 they would be directed to http://www.squarespace.com.   18. A recent update to the Commerce App has changed the formatting of the text fields of custom questions, and can no longer be seen in their entirety (the text goes off the screen to the right). Can text fields please be made to wrap (like it did before) so all text is shown? We can no longer fulfill orders on-the-go becuase we cannot see all of the entry from the customer.

  25. Downloading ORDERS -We use website for festival registration. This is our second year. When downloading the info for use the field "Name of Business or Org" does not show up in the columns of fields. It did last season, summer. Where has it gone? It is in the list of questions asked to register and should be a column at the top of the .cvs
