Hello! I'm having trouble fixing the spacing/margins between flex divs on larger screens (specifically a macbook pro 15-inch at 2800x1800 Pixels). I want to make better use of the shop feature to display my products rather than gallery (as these are carousel and I can also include blurb). However, I need to get rid of the price/quantity and add to cart function. Is it even possible and if so how do I do it? -

Hey there, I've been looking around on how to build out a custom order confirmation page. I've seen a few threads on here doing this with custom CSS, but I'm hoping to include additional elements to the page like the payment method, shipping info, etc. Is it possible to automatically redirect to a custom thank you page while passing this data using the code injection section of the order confirmation screen? I am trying to find a way to get the body content to flow behind/below the footer, so it looks like paper laying on top. The site header looks the way I want it. I am open to hiding the footer on this page and building out a new one in a new section. This wont be a problem on other pages as the body background will be white. I am not looking for a fixed footer -- it can scroll with the rest of the page. I just want to get rid of this annoying white background!

Hi. On my client's website on the WORK page there is a line of code that appears for a second before the page loads (also happens on mobile). Weirdly the code that flashes up is actually being used to target the SERVICES page to keep the depth of the cards consistent and it's working fine. I just don't know a) why it's showing at all and b) why it would show on the WORK page and not the page that it's relevant to. The code is in the Custom CSS along with all my other code that is working fine and not showing on any of the pages before loading. I've attached a screengrab of the line of code that appears briefly. Hi, I am hoping to get some custom css so I can change the padding for my blog posts (ALL PAGES) for TABLET only. Looks fine on desktop and mobile. As you can see from screenshot there is a lot of space to the right and left which I would like to adjust for tablet only. THANKS!

Hi Everyone, I probably installed a piece of code under "code injection" to my website about two years ago (see first screenshot).Right now I'm trying to change my live chat option, but I discovered that an update has wiped out my custom code from the editor, BUT the code is still active on the website. Which means I cannot change it unless I hire a developer, which is what I got Squarespace for in the first place. To add insult to injury, Squarespace's customer service told me they couldn't help me with a problem THEY caused.

Hello! I reached out to Squarespace via Live Chat to try and get a workaround for my issue. Basically, I have a list of inventory using the auto-layout feature so that when I remove a vehicle from inventory, it automatically adjusts the layout and fills the now missing gap. However, when I have received feedback from my business owners and clients saying they want to be able to click on the image to jump to the cars individual page in addition to being able to click on the "View Car" button. I have included an attachment showing what image and button i'm referring to. Squarespace says I need to use a gallery to achieve this but the gallery does not allow me to add a button under the description like the auto-layout section does. WHAT I NEED: I need help with adding code to my website to be able to add a clickthrough URL to the images so that clients can click on the image and the button to access the vehicles page. Please let me know any thoughts or ideas on how to achieve this. Thank you all in advance!

Im hoping someone can help me, I am having trouble with my LTK shop on my website, its not loading ( however loads if you refresh the webpage twice! ) under the section " shop my outfits on LTK " there should be a section of images that links to my LTK page. On the homepage, I've managed to create a white downward bouncing arrow—found on other threads. But would like this to be clickable, so it moves down to the next section. Smoothly, and without refreshing the page. Is this possible without upgrading to the "Business" plan? In 7.1 classic editor, I could make the sidebar blocks collectively sticky by targeting the column within the section, using the code below. Super quick and easy. Is there a way to do this in fluid engine? I am trying to edit the font of some text within a testimonial preset carousel within Squarespace (on the home page of the site linked below). I received an email from Google asking me to verify my website using HTML code. My computer skills do not include code. Has anyone else had this issue? I reached out to customer support and they do not assist with code at this time. I apparently "just" need to add code to the injection area. No clue what that means. I need to figure out what Google wants from me and where to put it.
