  1. So, I have custom-code on my website to hide banners from every page, except pages we specify. To add a banner to a specific page, I have to use the following code in Page Header Code Injection: <style> #banner-area-wrapper {display: block; !important; } #banner-area-wrapper { background-image: url(https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5d567adbdf02050001a41021/t/5dfb6b77f8effb79c8bae9d3/1576758135654/HP-Excelerator-Banner.svg;) } #banner-area-wrapper { background-position: center; } #banner-area-wrapper { background-repeat: no-repeat; } #banner-area-wrapper { background-size: 100%; } #banner-area-wrapper { background-color: white; } </style> This works great, but the only thing I would like to do is make the banner clickable so it leads to another page and I can't work out what I could put into the code above to make that happen? is it possible? 2. Template: Forte Hi all, Is there some way to have an Index Page that clicks through to a Gallery? Currently I have a bunch of Galleries split between several folders by category, a few which have content that is featured on an Index Page. So far, the only way I have found to navigate between the Index Page and the Galleries is to house them within the Index Page then use an internal Link within the folder to reach it from there. While this does work, the issue is that now that the Gallery is housed under the Index Page, any modifications of what to show on said Index Page requires the reshuffling and relinking of the relevant Galleries. If we wanted to take Links to the end of the earth, we could house every Gallery under the said Index Page, toggling which to show be enabling / disabling them, then populate the folders with Links to each and every Gallery but this makes finding anything in the Editor a nightmare... and if you have multiple Index Pages of which share some content, you are out of luck... 3. Hello, Anyone know if it's possible to have different parts of an image to have clickthrough to different URLS? I have a family tree image and would love to make different people have a clickthrough to a brief summary. Any other ideas to achieve this effect? Thank you!
  4. Hi all, I'm using the Tremont template. Within the gallery page (not Gallery Block), when an image that includes a Clickthrough URL is selected, it opens full-screen with a black background and no visible 'X' to close the image and return to the gallery. It really sucks. Ideally, I would love the clicked image to open with an opaque white background and an X in the top right to close the image. Does anyone know of a solution for this? I would use a gallery block, but I like the mosaic style of the gallery page, so would like to keep that if at all possible. Thanks in advance,
  5. Hi there! Just wondering if anyone could help in regards to making a collapsible "click to reveal" type of text on this page for the text that isn't in bold font. Just to make the page easier to read and hidde some part for the one who are rushed : www.svphotograph.com Thanks
  6. Hello! On a page, I'm trying to make the background image clickable to an external link. Is there any way that I can achieve this without affecting the content block in the middle? i.e. a visitor may only click on the area on the image surrounding the body text, but not when the cursor is within the text area. Does that make sense? The image is now uploaded on the first section of the page in Media. Happy to explore other options like CSS if necessary. Thank you in advance!
  7. 8. Hi, I have the Lange template and would like to set the pointer event on the banner images of my index page to: none to disable the clickthrough function on the images. I have no experience with script injection whatsoever. Does anyone know how to do this? Suggestions very much appreciated. Thanks, Marcwww.marcschmidtphotography.com
  9. HI, I have an issue with the banner-image clickthrough links on the index home page. Since it's not possible to link to another page, project, gallery etc. other than the underlaying page of the banner image, I would like to completely disable the link on the banner images. But that doesn't seem to be possible without messing around with the code. Any idea anyone? Cheers, Marc
  10. I set up my clickthrough in an image block to an uploaded pdf file. It works in Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. In Firefox, the URL appears at the bottom left when I click the image, but the document doesn't open. How can I get it to work in Firefox?
  11. I've set up a writing portfolio using a blog template, but I want almost all of the posts to click out to my work housed on the source URLs. When I click the titles of the posts, it's fine and opens in a new tab. But when I click on the images, they bring me into a Square Space blog page that's basically blank, or it might bring me straight to the source but not in a new tab. I just want to be able to control where the thumbnails as well as the titles bring you when clicked. If the thumbnails can't click out externally, does anyone know of a way to disable them in the Moksha template? I've seen people ask about doing this in Tudor but the solution didn't work for me. Any help is greatly appreciated β€” my site is www.annemariecrosthwaite.com. Thank you!
  12. Cover Pages are nice to have, but they are very limited in their functionality. You can’t add any blocks and you must follow a narrow route of rules and buttons. I want to use the entire picture of a CoverPage as a clicktrough link, how?
  13. Bedford TemplateSite: www.workinghorsemagazine.comArea in question: Please scroll down below the image of the current cover to the gallery below the text "Click on the images below to learn more about our friends who are featured in the current issue! " Each image in the Gallery has a clickthrough URL to the advertisers website. However, I would prefer it to Open In New Window. This is not showing as an option in individual image settings or on the Design tab for either Slideshow or Carousel. Am I missing something? Or is Open In A New Window just not an option in the Gallery with the Bedford template? Thanks in advance for your help.
  14. HiPlease can someone help me, is it possible to make the cover page image clickable in two places? I would like to create a hot spot over each book cover? The site url is https://sonja-greckol.squarespace.com/ Or could you suggest a Squarespace template that allows me to show the two images side by side on the front cover and then make them each clickable Thanks for reading Marva
  15. First off, I'm using the Montauk template. Basically, this is what I want: http://squarespace.com/templates. Notice how when you roll over an image it gets darker (presumably with an overlay?) and has text and operates like a click through link? Right now, what I have is this: http://davidkillebrew.net/music. I've done a little bit of searching and found some code to tweak to get to the point I'm at but it's not exactly what I want. I'd like my images to operate basically exactly like the ones on the squarespace templates page. I know this is probably not very difficult since it's literally on one of the main squarespace pages but I'm not very CSS savvy and I've not been able to find any answers on this site to my problem.
