We have a wedding venue. I have orange dots showing up on the dates of booked weddings, but I need to also have a different color (Im trying gold) for a pending booking that IS NOT booked yet. That way, viewers will call about a date they want if they see it pending. So, I am thinking that there has to be a way to embed a color change into the code based on the existence of a tag or some other designation. My current CSS custom code allows the date to show up in the calendar view (that imports from the events page) when... .yui3-squarespacecalendar .has-event {background:darkorange!important; border-radius: 50%} but once it is designated as an event, it goes orange and I cant find a way to have it colored differently. The password on my trial site is trial. I haven't gotten very far in the site because I wanted to solve this before I decide SS is right for my site. Thanks!!!

When I try to click the navigation arrow on the calendar in full browser view, the hyperlink for the arrow is not actually on the arrow. I have to click off the arrow to get it to work. Any way to fix this? Page: https://www.dlacassopolis.org/dlaevents -

Currently the only way for clients to add multiple appointments is to choose "add a time" from a drop down menu they see after selecting a day and time. So far I have asked 3 people to perform this task as a test with the only instructions being "Use this page to schedule 3 future appointments" each one of them have failed to notice/use the "add a time" option and none of them could figure out how to add more dates without first entering credit card information and then starting the whole process over again. These people are not stupid. Can there please be a more obvious "continue booking" option PRIOR to them having to enter credit card information? OR have appointments placed in a shopping cart type function that they checkout from all at once?

Site URL: https://www.citystringensemble.com Hi, the MOBILE version of my homepage does not show the event thumbnail pictures in the calendar block. Instead, it's a difficult to see grey colour as my page background is black. The event thumbnail shows on the desktop version of the site and is working perfectly. I have researched for help on the forum and have found a custom code to change the colour of event dates on the mobile calendar to gold which is much clearer for now, but I would like these to be the event thumbnail images instead. Does anyone know of a way to have the thumbnails show up in the calendar block on mobile? Hey All, I'm wondering if anyone has figured out a way to get the calendar to default to display the earliest event from the event page. Example: I'm working on a wedding venue website for an outdoor venue, no one will be booking in winter, is there a way to get the calendar block to display the earliest event weekend, not just the current month and day? So, if you were viewing it now, it wouldn't display Feb, it would just display May as that's the earliest it can be rented. Thanks in advance,

Hi! I have my calendar set up so that instead of the photo of the event or the name and time of my event being on the calendar right away, its just coloured in. This works perfectly except for on days where there are two events. Here the calendar blocks stretch and the text appears over the colured background.. Any ideas?

Right now, the embed works as a text hyperlink that someone can click to pull up a Calendly form in the site, but I'd like the hyperlink to be tied to a button with text, color, size, etc. of my choosing. Most people are not going to be able to see the page of concern because it is a members-only area and should be locked out of it; however, as we are developing our calendar, when I try to use the "monthly" default view, it won't let us use the arrows at the top to switch between months. When I switch to "list" view, all of the events are available.

I'm looking for a plugin that offers the same features that this plugin has: https://theeventscalendar.com/products/wordpress-events-calendar/ Specifically looking for the various views that are available. I reached out to them and asked about a SS plugin and they directed me to check out a separate product called Loxi - which didn't offer what I am looking for. I've seen the Elfsight plugin and that seems to have less features with a more expensive price tag. Attached is a screen shot of the features I'm looking for. It looks like they charge $99 annually Got any suggestions for plugins I should check out that might compare to this wordpress plugin?

looking to add a custom booking calendar just like the one in this site. Needs to have 3 categories, booked, available, on hold. Only 1 appt per day, so don't need to choose hours, only days. Opens up an intake form and then just sends to a gmail account. How can I do this? The current scheduling block only allows you to choose a timeslot (ex: 9:00am) and doesn't allow for multiple kinds of bookings, it just takes off the days that are booked, I need a hold version as well. Any ideas would be much appreciated! thanks:)

I've embedded a google calendar on https://mauve-orb-bfch.squarespace.com/calendar-of-events (password 1111) and it's okay on desktop but do yall know how to get the mobile version to show just the daily version? It's so small on mobile to have the entire month's calendar on there. Thanks so much!

I want to show an availability calendar for each villa that is synced with its respective availability calendar on VRBO/Airbnb. I cannot find an affordable way to do this because the widgets I have found charge per listing and offer booking as well. I don't need the booking capability, just a read-only type of calendar that automatically updates with the listing that it is synced to. I also don't want the calendar linked to the listing. Does anyone have a solution to this or any suggestions?

Hi folks, So I am a massage therapist and I started recently my own business and website, that's why I purchased Acuity Scheduling. I also work for a company who use also Acuity Scheduling, and I can sync my calendar from their business to my Google Calendar. I did sync my own business Acuity Scheduling with the same calendar and all the appointments show up, except the "buffer time" that each appointment has (depending the service but average is 30min before and after the session). That buffer time is very important to me because I go to people's houses so I need to pack my table, drive all the way to one house to another. It's very bothering me that that "buffer time" doesn't show up on Google Calendar... Is there a way to not go through Google Calendar and link directly the two Acuity Scheduling Calendar? Or how can we correct that little detail who makes my calendar not very manageable and accurate? (I would not like any client to book that buffer time for a session). Thanks every one!!

Hi I'm creating a website for our holiday rentals - it's one company but there are 3 properties on the site that people can book. We want to be able to show the availability for each property and the tariff for that week but we don't need people to be able to book, bookings are mainly managed through a 3rd party site (usually used by new customers) or by telephone (returning customers), hence why we just need to be able to show availability and price to any customers who then want to book via telephone. It needs to be fairly easy to update so that my grandfather who runs the properties can update it when bookings come in through either channel. I thought I could use the Lodgify 'Search box' feature but it seems to go a step too far and goes into booking which we don't need, but that is similar to what we would like it to look like (calendar style). On the current site which is very outdated we just have a table for each property showing the date of that week, if it's booked or not and that weeks tariff which doesn't look good. Does anyone know of anything else I could try? Thank you

I am offering class series per month for kids, and there has been a request to be able to add siblings to the class. How can I add this option before checkout for families with multiple kids to take my classes and sign the kids up in the same class?

I have set up a calendar page that looks as it should in desktop view. However, when viewed in mobile view, the blocks are reordered so they are no longer in the correct position. Is there a way to correct this? If you want to look at the actual website, you will need the password NCEvents. I haven't made the pages accessible until I can fix this problem. Thanks
