  1. Site URL: http://anukdesigns.com/blog Hello! Is there a way to use custom css to make my blog titles on the left and the image to the right? Right now the titles are below the image. Thank you!
  2. Hello everyone! I would like to add custom font to my author name in my blog list and posts but I can't find the CSS ID of it. Thanks in advance.
  3. Im using a logo with white text on my site and on all the pages except a blog post page i can see it as i have an image behind it. https://trovy.io On blog posts the colour theme is white so its not visible. https://trovy.io/lists/top-10-binge-worthy-boxsets Is there any way to add some custom css to just change the colour of the nav to dark navy on the blog posts page? Thanks
  4. Site URL: https://www.wonderlass.com/blog/episode82 Hey there! 😊 Does anyone know of a way to add CODE to the BRINE template in order to add a sidebar to the blog posts? After lots of research, the only workaround that I found was creating a separate "blog" in the "not linked" section, putting the sidebar info + images in that blog and then adding it as a summary > wall block to each individual blog post. While this looks great on the desktop version, (for example: https://www.wonderlass.com/blog/episode82) it looks horrible on the mobile version since the sidebar shows up right smack dab in the middle of the blog pots. 😬 If anyone knows how to add a sidebar to BRINE, OR how to hide a block on the mobile version of a site only, that would be AMAZING!
  5. Hello! I hope someone can help me, please ☺️. I'm building my blog in 7.1 version and everything was going on fine until: * the social media links on the bottom of the site disappeared, the links are still there, but for some reason they are invisible? I have tried the google chrome extensions thing, erased the custom css for color that I want to used but still invisible, then re pasted the code and nothing, it seems that nothing works. *The share pin it button is not showing and I enabled it (I don't know if it will show when I publish the site, it's still private / under construction and yet to buy the main domain haha) *Also the comment section suddendly disappeared even though I also enabled...
  6. I'd like to remove the post title section from the blog post page, because I want my title to be displayed on the image. Thanks!
  7. Hi all, Short Description I'd like to suggest the addition of the ability to exclude blog posts by category when creating a gallery of posts. Verbose Description A site I'm developing for a client employs several separate blog instances. One blog instance is for managing which employees are displayed on team pages. We can quickly add/remove team members simply by adding/changing/removing a category from their bio. We can slice and dice employees using categories like title or division. It's really quite handy. Another blog I'm using on that same site is for managing the display of projects executed by this client, with separate pages created for each project type. Galleries work really great and allows automatic updating of category pages – adding a new project to a gallery is as simple as making a new post and then applying the correct category to it. I can even reorder items by changing their publication date and time - it's a hack, but it works! But I think I found a missing feature... We already have the ability to constrain posts by specifying which categories we want to feature. However, we do not have the ability to exclude post types by category. Programmatically speaking, this isn't difficult. Anyway, thanks for reading. This has been my first post to this community. I have been increasingly pleased with my ability to customize the Squarespace platform to achieve design behavior above and beyond the standard templates. I fully expect for this request to exclude posts by category to go nowhere, but as they say: nothing ventured, nothing gained. At least I tried!

  9. Site URL: https://www.tamsinjordan.com/ Hi, I recently relaunched my square space site with version 7.1 . I'm using the site mainly for blogging. I write about a range of health and wellness topics and i'm trying to figure out a way to create some kind of filtering option so visitors can select different types of posts - ideally a drop down option from the 'blog' tab with different categories listed. Any help would be hugely appeciated! Tammy @paul2009
  10. Site URL: http://www.faune.co Hello! I was wondering if there is a way to change the content width of a single blog page? I want this one page to be full width while the rest of the blog pages are restricted to a content width of 55%. Any code I tried seem to not overwrite the overall content width settings of the blog. I am using squarespace 7.1 Thank you so much

  13. Hello, I'm using the Pacific and Horizon templates. I would like the text on the title and blog post text to take up the full width instead of just the center portion. I attached an example screenshot. The green rectangles show the empty area that I would like the text to expand out to so there is no longer empty areas on the left and right. Would it be possible to provide the following for both Pacific and Horizon templates: 1) Custom CSS with both title and blog text taking up the full width 2) Custom CSS with title still centered and blog text taking up the full width Any help and instructions is much appreciated. Thanks!

  18. Site URL: https://octahedron-grasshopper-6yly.squarespace.com Hii. I'm in need of some help. I'm attempting to adjust the positioning of the metadata for all blog posts on this site, and can only seem to get the category to move using this code: //blog metadata format .tweak-blog-item-text-alignment-center .blog-item-wrapper .blog-meta-item {text-align: left !important;} I can't get the date to move without also moving the blog title. I've also tried moving the next and back buttons with no luck. I've attached photos of what I'm trying to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Site password: okmicah

The blog section is the only one that is not listening. I attach some screenshots. Link to the page: https://fairwaystoleadership.squarespace.com/ Link to the blog: https://fairwaystoleadership.org/blog Link to a blog post: https://fairwaystoleadership.org/blog/why-do-golf-flags-differ-in-color As you can see the links for the next blog posts are not inset and they are not with the grey background color. Also, the top is also not in the correct inset as i set on the main blog. Does this mean I have to do per section for each blog post? Thank you!

  22. Hi, I'm looking at creating a blog that displays the thumbnails and can be filtered by category but not click through to the blog post itself. It will display lots of logos/thumbnails that can be filtered but I don't want the page for each logo/thumbnail just yet as we need to go live soon and don't have the content, so I need some code to stop it linking through. And so I can remove that code in the future when we have time to create content for each of those pages. I've not yet built the blog but I'll need some code next week for when I do, can anyone help? Many thanks! Lauren

  25. Site URL: https://www.wordsalive.org/quaranteens Hi everyone! Is there a way to remove the blog post thumbnail from becoming a banner on the blog post? I would like to keep the thumbnails as they feed into the summary blocks for displays on other pages like here for example: https://www.wordsalive.org/quaranteens However, I hate how the thumbnail is then awkwardly stretched into a banner and the title becomes illegible as white text over it like here: https://www.wordsalive.org/quaranteensprompts/introduction-to-mindfulness I'm using the Hayden template.
