  1. Site URL: https://www.altrottasamphora.com/ How do I change the size/shape of my featured blog post images? They are currently small circles, but i want them to be squares or rectangles.
  2. Dear Community, I am exploring options to enable in-line comments in a squarespace-based blog. Ideally, a user would mark the text section they are interested in commenting on and be able to comment directly on that section. The comment would then display on the side or just as a small note that someone commented on this section and be displayed on click. Does anyone have experience with such an implementation/knows a tool that allows this? Website is on 7.1
  3. Hi, I'm creating a page to list our members/consultants within our new association. We currently have about 20 members in different cities, but we could grow much larger over the years. I wonder if there is a smart way to set up an overview/list of people and to have a page for each person for more information. What I have done so far is to set up a blog where each post is a persons profile, and then have an overview page where I list all the members in a summary block. You can view it here: Page: https://www.sbpo.se/vara-medlemmar Password: medlem My worries with this
  4. Hi there! I am new to Squarespace and hoping someone can help with the following issue. I posted a blog post on the blog page I created, but the title is overlapping with itself, making it impossible to read (see picture). Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you for any suggestions!!!

  6. Hey, y'all! I'm new to Squarespace and am working on a photography blog. I have SFW and NSFW images and I was wondering if there is a way to assign blogs with an "NSFW" tag to blur until being clicked. I know this is probably a long shot. I'd also be happy if there's a way to do it manually by inserting a code block into the individual blog post, but I couldn't work that out either. Thanks for any help you can provide!
  7. Site URL: https://www.surfbetternow.com Hi, I am wondering if there is an easy way to duplicate a blog post from one blog page to another within the same site. We have a members blog page and public blog page which has similar content but with some omissions. I would like to not have to re-create each blog individually if possible. Thanks for your help!
  8. I'm working with RALLY and I can't seem to find the option to change the title font on actual blog posts. I've altered every other font on the site.
  9. Site URL: https://www.evokeengage.com/blog/what-to-post-on-social-media-during-covid-19 I'd like to constrain the width of my blog posts to the same width as the images at the top of each post. Here's an example: https://www.evokeengage.com/blog/what-to-post-on-social-media-during-covid-19 Ideally, the copy would be constrained at the sides - the same width as the image. What CSS do I need for this? I've tried every option that was posted to this forum in the recent past that seems related, but none seem to work in my case. Thank you!!
  10. Greetings - Is there a way to create a "blog entry banner" that is set to the content of another page? For example, on this post/video...he shows how to create a Banner Image that would show on/above EACH blog post entry, which is what I want/need... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hw70uEWAGQE ...but I need to take it one step further. I'd like my "blog banner" to have buttons/navigation. My thought was to create the "blog entry banner" on a non-linked page (below)... https://plumblinenetwork.squarespace.com/apostellomentorshipentrybanner ...then somehow use
  11. Site URL: https://happydrops.nl/ Dates in the SERPs have a bad impact on the click rate. I like to hide the publication date of the blog posts, within the Google search results. We use the Brine family (Brasil template) for our website. And it’s the 7.0 platform. On the summary blocks we made sure to hide the primary and secondary data. So there are no blog dates visible on our website. On the Design and Site Styles the settings the blog metadata settings are also for primary and secondary on None So all the possible settings for hiding
  12. Site URL: https://spinach-tarantula-nbae.squarespace.com/ The author profiles in 7.1 don't offer a lot of styling options. I'm wondering if I can get author profiles to look like they did in 7.0: Is it possible to center the text and change the text size and style of the author's name? Password: itstoohot
  13. Is it possible to add categories within categories of a blog? For example if one my categories was "Photography" how could I then add the subcategories of "Landscapes", "Portraits", and "Gear"? Thanks!
  14. I'd appreciate some help adding the post date to a single post page title. I'm using 7.1, and it doesn't seem to display this. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
  15. I'm going to have many blog entries, and galleries. For organization purposes, I'd like to keep them separate. However, I want to display the "latest" few additions to the home page in a kind of "news feed" style using a summary block. I'd like to have the blog posts sprinkled in with the gallery images in this feed. Is there any way to add multiple sources to the summary block? I saw a similar question from 2016, but it was closed with no resolution. I hope that it has been addressed by now?
  16. Site URL: https://www.usabilityforeveryone.com/blog-content/2019/5/23/how-to-plan-a-ux-research-study-with-free-template I am trying to remove the whole section at the bottom of all my blog posts that has links to the "newer" and "older" posts. I don't want to replace them with something else, I want to remove this all-together. I am using 7.0 with the Bedford template. TIA.
  17. Site URL: https://trinityupperville.org/ I am trying to figure out how to display a Summary Block with the FULL post - instead of just the excerpt. I am trying to create a landing page that features the most recent post from a blog in its entirety. Is there some code for this? I am on the Bedford template. TIA
  18. Is it possible to add photos to a blog post? More specifically, to the Bergen template? I click on Blog, but the only option it provides me is text. Does anyone know of a blog template that allows you to add photos in there and that the main background of the template is white?
  19. I would like to layout my blog with a top section that has a different background color to the rest of the page. I have tried for hours to do this with the native tools and have been unsuccessful. I have attached an image of the result that I am trying to achieve.

  21. Site URL: https://www.ncdcma.org/ There is an awkward white space at the top of all blog posts and events (not the main event page, but individual events). I've tried hiding the banner, but that didn't do anything. I've also tried a couple of different CSS codes, but those haven't worked either. I attached a screenshot of the problem below. Does anyone have any CSS codes that would fix these issues?
  22. Site URL: https://shark-clementine-5jph.squarespace.com/blog-2 Hello, Is there a way to make blog posts that do not redirect anywhere when clicked? And a second part to my question, is how can I put a border around blog images? I got it working by testing it on the header/footer but I can't figure out how to do it on the blog images. footer#footer-sections { border-top: 1px solid #e1e1e1; } Site password: mz
  23. Hello all, maybe someone can help me with this: Is it possible in 7.1 that if a blog post headline is longer in the summary it will be shortened by 3 points so that it stays in one text line and does not split into two lines as normal (as in the right image) Thanks for the help. Best
  24. Hi everyone, I have a blog post to publish that myself and another contributer have worked on together, however I can't find a way to display both authors names in the 'written by' section of the article. The drop down list only allows me to select one or the other, not both. Is there any way to put both authors names in the written by section of an article? Cheers!
  25. We are trying to and need to have the year after the date in a blog post. We are using the Skye Template. For example, the date just shows "Oct 2" how do we get it to display "Oct 2, 2019"?
