  2. Site URL: https://pufferfish-grasshopper-wy5n.squarespace.com/config/settings/site-visibility Hello! Can someone please help me make the word "Search" in the search block appear white as well as the information that is typed in the search block? 3. Site URL: https://www.st-bede.com/ I'm struggling to find a way to make the main image on our home page stretch full width. The prior website developer is no longer with the company and I can't figure out what CSS coding he used (there's a LOT of Custom CSS on the site and I can't make heads-or-tails of what goes to what since very few are labeled what it's for) to make the background styling on the template no longer active nor how to adjust the sizing of the image blocks so they are full-width.
  4. Site URL: https://www.theoak.digital/ Hey everyone. I'm working on the following web site https://www.theoak.digital/ and I want to reorder the text in green boxes only for the mobile view. (The title should be first and the the paragraph) I've seen some other related questions but I could make it to work properly. Can anyone help me on this?
  5. Site URL: https://www.firsthx.com/home-new Hi Amazing community! I am working with the Brine template! I would love to aligned the bottom of the image of the doctor in the main banner with the button of the banner? (Sorry not sure if it makes sense but I added an image of what I am hoping to achieve below). I would also ideally like to incorporate a button below the text, I am currently using the overlap image poster block . Has anybody tried this? Do you have a Code I could implement on my website or perhaps an idea of how I could work around this issue? Thank you ❤️
  6. Site URL: https://www.winstonmaxwell.com/winston-maxwell-art-collective-art-handling Hi, I've been trying to adjust the spacing between the caption and the images, but they're all too big. I've tried the codes I found in some of the questions here, but they don't work on the site. I was wondering if anyone can help me out? We're also on a plan that doesn't allow injecting codes on certain pages only. Thank you. - P

This is the normal view on the browser, I'd like to have it order when in mobile so that when you scroll down it reads 1 2 3 and so on. On mobile view however it shows 1 3 2 5 3 6 Can someone help me getting the blocks ordered when in mobile view? the website is https://yosyvelasquez.com password is yosydesign2021
  8. Site URL: http://naturetonurturephotography.com Hi there! Question for @tuanphan — I am trying to alter the weight of the heading / subtitle of my poster image block but the code entered doesn't seem to be making a difference. I need it to resemble the same style as the rest of my site but the weight is 400 on both and the poster block image text appears much more bold. How can I resolve this? Image examples attached. Thanks in advance!
  9. Site URL: https://www.ccaknights.com/staff Created this staff page on our site (https://www.ccaknights.com/staff) using the "Stack Image Layout" not the Gallery, and while it looks fine in desktop it's awful in tablet and single image in mobile. Which makes for an almost infinite scroll on mobile. I've read so many tutorials and how-to's for CSS, and I can't seem to find the right element class or combination thereof to get what I want. What I'd like to end up with is perhaps two side by side on mobile and maybe four on tablet. Besides that, if it's possible to additionally resize the text that is in the block with the image so it doesn't wrap in an unpleasant way, like it currently does on tablet. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
  10. Hello, I am trying to reduce the white space around the text on an image collage block when displayed in mobile view. I can't seem to find the CSS for that. Can someone please help? 🙂 I am using Squarespace 7.1
  11. Site URL: http://www.notyetpublished.com Hello everyone, I am editing my site offline, I am a beginner, I was able to follow a lot of tutorials on Youtube and web to master the basics of the interface, but it is limited on moving the blocks beyond the margins defined by the theme I have chosen. I would like to adjust my blocks farther from the left edges of my page and also be able to widen beyond the limit that is set on the right, to have larger blocks. Now I'm working on the Footer first. So I would need to know the procedure on the blocks of my footer first, thank you in advance. : )
  12. Site URL: https://www.howtousepsychedelics.com Hi, I would love some feedback on our website. We're a group of academics trying to promote safe and effective use of psychedelics for healing and growth. Any feedback is welcome, thank you.
  13. Hi there! I have been trying to change the text block color background transparency. I was able to do so but as soon as I change the transparency the text fades away as well. Here is the custom css i used: #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1615337069337_4766 {background: #36373C ; opacity: 0.6; padding: 20px 50px; text-opacity: .0 } How can I change a text block color opacity without changing the opacity of the text? Thank you!!
  14. Site URL: https://BolesBells.com Hi there! I'm new here to Squarespace, but I'm not new to designing and managing websites. I have a new site here, with a blog, and the Search function doesn't index all my content. I have turned on and off every function of the search block with the same non-return results. New blog posts are indexed in Search, but existing content on the main Home page -- using a portfolio layout -- doesn't appear to be indexing the text in the portfolio sub-areas linked from the home page. //home/kettlebells -- is not indexed but /blog/2021/3/1/kettlebell-recovery-workout -- is indexed Am I missing something? Thanks! db
  15. Hello! I am trying to create an effect similar to the screenshot attached, which uses an image collage block with a transparent background to achieve this look. How do I achieve a similar look on my page? This is the part of their code that is different then mine: <img data-src="https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5fecbd31d7ac5f3171e0bf11/1609357667442-61N7SB77SH3YNKI6FRH6/ke17ZwdGBToddI8pDm48kDXmef6MxYpCvjNAB8htAXflfiSMXz2YNBs8ylwAJx2qr7dJalY1eltJq26FYyRd7vRPVU93mJtGWdfnf1CIL5AYTl-gQpRTadFdjaWyCw9ckdX3FHrAosbJ7ZFxlWOdNw/07-number1.png" data-image="https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5fecbd31d7ac5f3171e0bf11/1609357667442-61N7SB77SH3YNKI6FRH6/ke17ZwdGBToddI8pDm48kDXmef6MxYpCvjNAB8htAXflfiSMXz2YNBs8ylwAJx2qr7dJalY1eltJq26FYyRd7vRPVU93mJtGWdfnf1CIL5AYTl-gQpRTadFdjaWyCw9ckdX3FHrAosbJ7ZFxlWOdNw/07-number1.png" data-image-dimensions="94x114" data-image-focal-point="0.5,0.5" alt="07-number1.png" class="loaded" data-image-resolution="500w"src="https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5fecbd31d7ac5f3171e0bf11/1609357667442-61N7SB77SH3YNKI6FRH6/ke17ZwdGBToddI8pDm48kDXmef6MxYpCvjNAB8htAXflfiSMXz2YNBs8ylwAJx2qr7dJalY1eltJq26FYyRd7vRPVU93mJtGWdfnf1CIL5AYTl-gQpRTadFdjaWyCw9ckdX3FHrAosbJ7ZFxlWOdNw/07-number1.png?format=500w" style="left: 0px; top: 0.06382978723402744px; width: 225.00000000000003px; height: 272.87234042553195px; position: absolute;" data-parent-ratio="0.8"> Link to my page: https://sealion-poodle-8mph.squarespace.com/coaching Password: welllivedlife Thank you!
  16. I have 3 custom code blocks that are next to one another. When I push "save" the 3 code blocks stack on top of one another. Does anyone know why my code keeps stacking rather than sitting next to each other? I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. <html> <head> <style> .collapsible { background-color: #225d71; color: white; cursor: pointer; padding: 18px; width: 100%; border: none; text-align: left; outline: none; font-size: 15px; } .active, .collapsible:hover { background-color: #89c7c0; } .content { padding: 0 18px; display: none; overflow: hidden; background-color: #f1f1f1; } </style> </head> <body> </p> </div> </button>
  17. Hi there!I'm trying to add an overlay on my Instagram block to "tone down" the colors so it doesn't look like it's part of my site, if you know what I mean. Here's the effect I'm trying to achieve (scroll down to bottom of her page..."Follow us" row): https://www.danareedyhomes.com/ Thanks in advance for your help!
  18. Site URL: https://lizard-lily-axxj.squarespace.com/all-2 Its just so much padding all over squarespace. I want a list made out of buttons, and I want it to look nice! The buttons now look ok, but the padding is just way too much. I have changed the padding, but there is still so much space between the buttons. Tried to add margins to 0px, this did nothing. This is the code right now: .sqs-block-button .sqs-block-button-element--small { width: 95px !important; text-align: center; padding: 10px 20px !important; } https://lizard-lily-axxj.squarespace.com/all-2 - password: heggholmenfyr
  19. Site URL: https://www.studiofeels.co Hey! I'm trying to add a spacer block to my mobile site. On desktop the white space is fine but it's very tight on mobile. Do I need to add HTML coding? Thank you!
  20. Site URL: https://www.bondprosper.com/about Hi, I'd like to add a colourd border to the text blocks in the 'Our Values' section of my 'About' page so that it doesn't like compacted on the mobile version, as shown in the images attached. I already have this custom CSS for these blocks in place working: #block-7bc3fc546b1452973de2 {border-radius:20px; background: #169b62;} #block-cfd3c20089fa0c214fb9 {border-radius:20px; background: #169b62;} #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1608288538793_32278 {border-radius:20px; background: #169b62;} #block-998a9260598b2eccef66 {border-radius:20px; background: #169b62;} #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1608288538793_30268 {border-radius:20px; background: #169b62;} #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1608288538793_33403 {border-radius:20px; background: #169b62;} and I tried to add in border-colour: black; border-width:10px; but it doesn't make any difference. Any ideas please?
  21. Site URL: https://saffron-aqua-j5mp.squarespace.com/config/ Hi there, Could you please help me how to make an image as a full bleed card block like attached? This is for my homepage and the link is below: https://saffron-aqua-j5mp.squarespace.com/config/design Password: chichi2021 If you could help me with the custom codes or any solution, that would be great. Look forward to hear back from you. Cheers
  22. Site URL: https://sheep-smilodon-x2a6.squarespace.com The site I’m working on is not published yet but the password is: now2021 I’ve been checking on how the site views in mobile on my desktop as I build it and its been all good. However, I happened to view it on my iPad and noticed that there’s a problem with how one section on the main page views in tablet size. There is a grid that I set up of 6 poster image blocks with text on top of each image (2 rows of 3 rectangles). On my iPad, the text runs off of the image and the entire section looks like a mess. I think this could be remedied if the image boxes just stack one on top of the other (like it does on the mobile view). Right now, its trying to keep the 2 rows of 3 in tablet view. When I google this, I see its a pretty common problem. I copied and pasted some CSS from the forum dealing with similar problems but nothing has worked for me. I guess the code is not specific enough to my problem. I don’t know enough about code to create what I need to solve the problem but it seems to me it should be pretty simple. The screen shots show what it looks like on tablet vs on desktop. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
  23. Site URL: https://www.irmadewind.com/morework Hi, So I just build my website and I am struggling to move an image to the middle. It's a "manage projects" block and apparently you can't just move images, according to the Squarespace people on the chat. They told me to go to this forum and maybe someone could give me some code that I can enter to move this image. So the block/image I am talking about is on this page: www.irmadewind.com/morework . If you scroll down you can see an image with a rose and it's aligned to the left, and I would like to have this in the middle. The template I am using is Utica. If someone can help me that would be greatly appreciated!!
  24. Site URL: http://www.skinalchemy22.com/about Hello! I'd like to add an image within the subtitle text of an overlap image block. This is on an about page where we'd like to add a client signature underneath their bio, but because we cannot add the image within the subtitle text, it sits too far down below the text. Please see images attached. Ideally, we'd like her signature to be directly below the body of the text, not completely below the entire overlap image block as a whole.
