  1. Site URL: https://rabbit-mango-4dy2.squarespace.com/config/pages Hi! I am trying to neatly organize 40 individual newsletters hosted by ISSUU. SO I have 40 individual embed codes. How can I display them so they all don't pop up at once. THANK YOU
  2. Site URL: https://mnmlscholar.com My archive page has begun producing an error message to front-end users in place of the content of my chosen archive blocks. The error reads: Our system has encountered an error. This exception has been automatically logged and reported. JTRKNAJ48F39KFETPAR2 Advice or suggestions on how to make the archive blocks function properly are much appreciated! The archive page is: mnmlscholar.com/archive
  3. Site URL: https://cosmotemplate.squarespace.com/?password=pearler For some reason, the archive block is appearing cut off on smaller screens:
  4. Site URL: https://realty-kiosk.com/ Hi, I have a problem with Archive Block not recognizing Categories any more. It just occurred two days ago (3April21). Everything was working well for the past year while I was building the site. I have one Archive Block for filtering Categories and second one for filtering Tags for my products. Archive Block with Tags is still working properly, while Archive Block with Categories just stopped recognizing product Categories, showing the message "This blog has no content yet...". I don't know what happened. Please see the attached images. I am trying to work something out to fix this but no luck so far. Any help is much appreciated as my site was set to be published this week 😕 https://realty-kiosk.com/ password: temppassword Thank you!!!
  5. I am trying to create an archive block organized by store categories. I can do this by tags, author, year or month, but category is greyed out. Why is this not available?
  6. Site URL: https://pte.squarespace.com/ourwork Hey! I am having trouble figuring out a way to change the color of the filter buttons depending on what the user selects. For Example, when they select the "Work" page, the user can see "All" of the work. I'd like to have the "All" button highlighted as white (as the default) until they click on "Client Projects" or "In-House Projects." Then when the filtered work is loaded on the page the selected button will stay white to tell the user what type of work they are viewing. Thanks in advance! (We have the business plan.)
  7. Site URL: https://sundogbread.com/preorder Hi! I have a few questions about how to format the archive block on my products page. How do I change the font weight of the archive block? It is linked to the formatting of the intro block on the product page. I would like to change the weight to 300 instead of 200 without making changes to the intro block font. What css code can I use to center the archive block to look like the picture below? How do I add vertical lines between the tag columns on the archive block? I was hoping it could look something like this:
  8. Site URL: https://swan-hypersphere-aweg.squarespace.com/archive-test-3 I am trying to get an archive block to link to past events (grouped by year) for our art gallery's website. But no matter what I seem to do, it will only link current events. When I press "Show Group Count" it gives an accurate number for these past years, but won't show anything when clicked. These past events are active and can be accessed through summary blocks, so it's not an issue with the event pages. This becomes more confusing when on the Squarespace help page for archive blocks it states " If you're displaying content from an events page, it's not possible to hide past events. " But I can't get it to show past events in the first place. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.
  9. Hello, I am building a site that would like to have numerous images in an archive searchable by meta keywords. When I attempted to test build it, I found my only option for a search function the was the "news" page, rather than the archive page I had created. That archive page had a gallery (only one image uploaded with allowing keywords activated) for testing, but none of that showed up in my options either. In another question, I don't see the gallery listed under the "not linked" section either. Don't know if only having one image in it is the cause. Appreciate any help with this, thanks.
  10. Site URL: https://jordanforge.art/ Hello! I am converting my old site above to a 7.1 version and am hoping to add a multi-field filter to my overall library of paintings. I understand the Categories and Tags features built into Blogs, Shops, and Events, and how those are not applicable to Portfolio type pages. These seem like clunky workarounds to what I'm after, which should be a slightly more advanced version of the Archive page feature combined your run-of-the-mill gallery page. I am hoping to simply have a page of all my paintings where I can assign a few metadata fields to each, then a ribbon at the top of the page allowing viewers to drill down by fields such as size, year complete, subject matter, and color. Heather Day has achieved something like this on her page, screenshotted below. I am reluctant to pay $70 for Universal Filter without knowing if it can achieve what I'm after; but if that is the only solution, short of SquareSpace improving their functionality, then so be it. Extra points if it's possible to link directly to a pre-filtered directory!
  11. Site URL: https://daffodil-clementine-36hx.squarespace.com/config/pages I am building a site for a boat brokerage. Needless to say they have many products (listings) with multiple category options. I am wanting a simple way to navigate the within the product gallery. I have hunted high and low to find a way to filter/sort these listings in a way that is generic across the site in the sense that the same categories can be applied no matter what product. I have 5 product galleries. 1.Yacht 2.Power 3.Multihull 4.Trailer Boats - within each product type i'd like to display the sort options as a dropdown where the user then selects how they would like to view the products within the gallery. I was reading a thread earlier which suggested using an Archive block as a way to display a "shop sort". I had a play around with this and i think this is actually a viable option. The question is this.... How do I get the categories to action as per my category titles suggest they will. - sort by lowest price - sort by highest price - sort by type Here is an example of a dropdown shop sort on a similar type of site to the one I am currently building https://www.busfieldmarine.co.nz/shop/New+Boats.html Can anyone shed any light on this please? I am also open to other suggestions - I have looked into a universal filter and a mega menu - i not written these off instead i am still exploring options - the archive block made a lot of sense and relatively simple if I can get it to function accordingly. Help would be very much appreciated please!
  12. Hello, I'm looking to make an archive block full width, but I can't make it work. When I watch the website on mobile, it's working fine, but not on full screen. What code should I had ? Thanks a lot ! Website here : https://cathy-trial.squarespace.com/fiches-conseils psswd : bonbon
  13. Site URL: https://aldricharchive.squarespace.com/ hi everyone, and in particular @tuanphan and @Agha_Waqas (the legends of this forum) I have a website which is an archive of text, files and images. I would like to be able to search EVERYTHING (all text on all visible and non visible pages) via a search box. I would like to type in a keyword and click search, then a page appear with the word highlighted/identified (if this is too much, just to bring up a page). I currently have button at the top right which I would like to be the search function (see screenshot) Is there a way to do this through standard functionality, or does this require some code? Thanks in advance Pete
  14. Site URL: http://www.sdcrimestoppers.org I’m working for a non-profit and need to link new blog posts to the home page. I have tried to research this and I’m lost on how to accomplish this. any tips would be appreciated
  15. Site URL: https://www.rhizomedc.org/ Hi My organization is doing a retrospective on our first 6 years of existence, and we need a list of all of the events that have happened in our space. It's a long list, not at all practical to assemble manually. Is there a way to generate that automatically? Specifically to compile all past Event titles into a single document? Thanks
  16. Site URL: https://www.wellnessdiversitynorthandwest.org.au/ Hi, I'd love the circle community's help with this. I have custom bullets throughout my site that I added with custom code. I've just added an archive block for blog posts. I've selected the dropdown list option. My custom bullet is appearing on the dropdown archive item. Dropdown archive items are not supposed to have bullets. The page is not live on the site but I've attached a screen shot. The bullet disappears when I remove the code for the custom bullets. I'm on a Montauk template on Squarespace 7.0 Any thoughts? Sarah
  17. Site URL: https://www.phlaff.org/festival/2021/film-guide Hi everyone, Is there a way to give users the option of 'resetting' the 'filter' when searching blog posts through tags in an archive block drop down? Right now, the page reloads with the selected posts with the following language: "Posts tagged xyz" Is there a way to 1) change this text, 2) add a 'reset' link so viewers can get back to unfiltered blog posts without using browser navigation, and 3) reduce the amount of space between the archive block and the "Posts tagged" line and the blog posts themselves? See screenshot for example. Thank you for your expertise!
  18. Site URL: https://www.phlaff.org/festival/2021/film-guide Hi everyone, I have many tags that I would like to give my viewers the option to sort through, but when they open the archive drop down, the entire list pushes down all the page elements. I would rather the list open the same way a main navigation submenu 'hovers' over the other page elements. Anyone know a solution? Thank you for your help.
