  1. Hello dear Squarespacers, When customers order items on my site that ships to Norway, the will have to pay customs and taxes when they pick up the package at their postal office. I have played with ways to recieve the invoices myself but this has turned into more hassle and i guess its more transparrent to just disclose the sum they will have to pay. My question is: is there any way to display the amount they will have to pay later calculated at the checkout without the customer beeing charged when paying? Thank you.
  2. I sell online Digital Art and would like to incorporate picture frames for customers to buy along with my digital art. How do I go about doing that. my existing website LoneCactusDigitalArt.com

  5. Hi, We want to integrate more Clearpay branding on our site. Currently, Squarespace only allows for branding to be visible at checkout when choosing your payment method. However, we want to add it in on our product pages and in the cart. We're reached out to squarespace and many recommended experts but no one seems able to do this? We have this guide below from Clearpay but it does not appear to be compatible with Squarespace. https://developers.clearpay.co.uk/clearpay-online/docs/messaging-implementation?_ga=2.189571755.1684120491.1707738567-480585981.1706027507 Is there a quick fix or anyone people can recommend who could do this for us?
  6. Hello! I have some add-ons on a product (work in progress) however I want to make them appear below the 'Add to Cart' button. I already have some code for the price to sit with the 'Add to Cart' button, how can I get the 2 x add-ons underneath this? https://www.spinebookprinting.co.uk/shop/p/the-a4-hardback Thank you! 🌟
  7. HI I am a UK based E commerce high end, my supplier is based in the EU ( and therefore so are my prices). I would like to add a currency converter to my page in order to have live currency for the UK. I am not technical and do not have coding experience but have built my website.. any advice should I switch to another hosting site?
  8. Curious how to add a secondary button on a product page. Here is an example: https://www.bigcatcreative.com/templates/gigirose-squarespace-template#!/~/ Thanks!
  9. Hello, We're running our gym pages on Squarespace. We're offering members of the public the option to attend a lunch time spin class as a PAYG and no membership. We would like to allow the customers to buy packs of 10x spin classes at a time that they can use on the sessions. As an example Customer buys 10x spin class pack, each time they arrive at the gym for a spin class we mark off one from the pack (the now have 9), if they buy another 10 it goes up to 19. We would like to offer a "check credit option" where the customer can check how much credit they have at anyone time by entering just their email address into a field. Thnaks Tony
  10. Hello I am hoping to request integration between Squarespace with Klaviyo ! Using third party apps and even custom code, isn't offering the greatest potential in an email market which is booming and only getting bigger, dominating digital marketing and advertising at the moment. It would be amazing to be able to build flows using triggers and automations to generate revenue and nurture customers as we are able to on Klaviyo from Shopify etc. Thanks!
  11. I'm looking to remove the Add To Cart button from all my painting pages below and replace it with the "inquire for price" button that I added below. I have tried every code posted on previous forums but can't seem to get it to work 😕 https://www.audreyderneville.com/collection/paintings
  12. Can you limit the amount per physical items purchased. I know you can add it across the board for services but I would like to only allow customers to buy 1 (6pk) of wine. I also sell other items which I dont want to limit to 1. Is this possible?
  13. Is there any way to set-up a webshop without a payment method? We would like to set-up a website with art objects. Some of these will be in the thousand of dollars/euro. We would like to have clients contact us without having to process of 'add to cart' of needing to add a payment method. Would love to hear some ideas or workarounds.
  14. Hello, I would like to center my cart summary to be in the middle of the page? with using css, but I do not know how to do it. If somebody can help me ! Thanks
  15. Hello, I would like to remove the "add to cart" (register now customized button on my site) button from SELECTED products only. Instead, registration for these classes will be a link to an acuity booking page. We also sell products so the button cannot be universally removed from the commerce pages (using code found below), as we'll still need people to be able to purchase physical products through the commerce store. It's unfortunate that acutiy + commerce don't work together...the alternative of setting up individual pages for each class is very cumbersome and will require many additional page setups. Removing the add to card button from just our CLASS pages would be most helpful i think! Thank you. .sqs-add-to-cart-button-wrapper {display:none!important}
  16. Is it possible that instead of going to a new page a customer gets to see a kind of fold out as their cart? Something as similar as the picture below. Regards in advance!
  17. How would i start a subscription fee service with the initial payment scheduled for a specific month. for example, i run soccer programs and i am starting a new program for young kids in May. this program wil be year round and i want there to be a monthly fee but i do not want parents who sign up now to incur their first fee until May 1st.
  18. UPDATE: I managed to exclude the cart button from the CSS, which is a solution that works fine. I don't have to have the arrow on the cart button, but if anyone knows how to do get it to work, I'm curious. I was able to exclude the cart button by adding the ":not" command to the top of the code so that it looks like this now: #siteWrapper .sqs-button-element--primary:not(div.sqs-add-to-cart-button) { ---------- I'm using CSS to create an animated button on hover. It's working fine except for the "add to cart" button on this page. How can I either: 1) make it work on the "add to cart" button 2) exclude the "add to cart" button from the code site: https://eagle-round-fz74.squarespace.com pw: test Thanks! Here is the code I'm using - // add icon to button on hover // #siteWrapper .sqs-button-element--primary { display: inline-block; text-align: center; line-height: normal; &:after { content: ''; background-image:url(https://static1.squarespace.com/static/65aea6afe369c462cb5c6f5c/t/65b01b88b692bc3ce4db1003/1706040200816/arrow-slanted.png); background-size:contain!important; background-position:center; float: right; background-repeat: no-repeat; color: transparent; object-fit: cover; width: 17px; height: 23px; margin-left: 15px; transition: all 0.4s ease-in-out 0s; -moz-transition: all 0.4s ease-in-out 0s; -ms-transition: all 0.4s ease-in-out 0s; -o-transition: all 0.4s ease-in-out 0s; -webkit-transition: all 0.4s ease-in-out 0s; } &:hover:after { rotate: 45deg; } &:hover { opacity: 1 !important; } }
  19. Hi all, I am enquiring how to add drop-down menus to Squarespace's "cart button" pleaseeee; 1. when cursor presses cart button, it drop-down and quick views what items had already been added. 2. would like a separate "View my Shopping Cart" button at the bottom of the drop-down item list - upon pressing, then it will guide me to the checkout cart page. 3. one item per category must be mandatory to be added into chart before you can officially check out - like a bundle package & fixed bundle price (example found below)
  20. Hello everyone, i am creating a normal page but want to add the product on that page. But i hope to put the add to cart button on the open space between the value of the product and the product description instead of below left on the product picture. Can Anyone help me or give me some tips about how to fix this? Regards in advance
  21. Hi Everyone, I am wanting to hide the price of some of my product and mark them as POA or POR. I am on squarespace 7.0 and I am aware I can hide price for the entire website via Design > Style, but it isn't something that I want. As Id love to keep some product shoppable. The products with hidden pricing will also need to hide add to cart and replace by contact us. Looking forward to hear from you. Thank you
  22. How do you add an Add to Cart button next to products in a list or category page? I have a situation where users need will go over a list selecting the inventory they need. Drilling down to every product detail page to add them to the cart will be very tedious. I don't have much experience with SQSP commerce, so I apologize for the basic question. No site exists for this question. If this isn't possible, I'll have to use a non-SQSP solution for the project. Thanks!
  23. I work for a small business that procures and sells products wholesale. Currently, we are working on developing a site for our business, with one of the goals being for customers to easily search and view the products that we sell. We do not want our customers to be able to see the prices of our products. If customers are interested in purchasing from us, they will need to contact us to request a quote. I am struggling to figure out a way to make this work. I have a couple of questions: 1. Is it possible to create product blocks, but hide prices? 2. Is it possible to change the cart to a quote cart, then when customers place an order, they are placing a request for a quote?
  24. Hi all, I'm trying to add a 3rd party cart and login widget that will appear in the top right of both the mobile and desktop versions of my squarespace page: https://platinum-bamboo-58gw.squarespace.com/ I've successfully added it but realized the code only targets and appends to the header.actions of the desktop version of the site. The mobile version does not get it added. The tricky part is the cartNode and accountNode can only be instantiated once. Any ideas on what might be the best workaround to have it stay in the top right of the screen on both mobile and desktop versions? I tried finding the name of the header.actions area on mobile but it seems like it has the same name as the desktop version so am not sure how to target and append into it. <!-- Adds the Commerce7 styles --> <link href="https://cdn.commerce7.com/v2/commerce7.css" rel="stylesheet"> <!-- Adds Commcerce7 widgets for the cart and customer account login --> <script type="text/javascript"> document.addEventListener('DOMContentLoaded', function(event) { var node = document.createElement('div') var accountNode = document.createElement('div') accountNode.id = 'c7-account' node.appendChild(accountNode) var cartNode = document.createElement('div') cartNode.id = 'c7-cart' node.appendChild(cartNode) var navBar = document.querySelector('.header-actions.header-actions--right'); navBar.appendChild(accountNode) navBar.appendChild(cartNode)
  25. Currently creating a retreat site using a template. I'm not a coder. Customers must pay a 50% deposit on booking (the final 50% one month before the retreat starts). Can I add the option using standard commerce tools? Thanks in advance!
