  1. Hi @sterlingsilvercat. This depends on your template family. If you are on one of the Brine family templates, I have a walkthrough in this post: How to Create Full Bleed Slideshows in Squarespace Just scroll down until you get to the section on 7.0.
  2. Hi @galangster! You'll need a third party plugin for this. I have all the details and a video walkthrough here: How to Create Full Bleed Slideshows in Squarespace
  3. @Cattty, I found a solution that works well but it requires a business plan or higher. How to Invert the Logo Color on Squarespace Blog Posts
  4. If you are on 7.1, here are new instructions: How to Show a Different Banner Image on Mobile in Squarespace
  5. I use a plugin that works great for this and - details in this post on How to Add a Sidebar to your Squarespace Blog.
  6. @SunnyHung, I have a video on a workaround that allows you to add buttons to slideshows.
  7. To follow up on this question, I have a blog post that shows the 5 steps you should take when adding affiliate links to your Squarespace website: https://christyprice.com/squarespace-tips-tricks/how-to-add-affiliate-links-in-squarespace
  8. Hi @equerryconsulting. Unfortunately this solution only works with index pages, so only certain templates in 7.0. I haven’t had to come up with a workaround yet. I’d suggest starting a new thread specific to 7.1 to see if someone can help you out. Best of luck with your website!
  9. Hi @designfordummies, @inside_the_square has the solution for you:
  10. Hi @Cattty, can you share a link to your site? I had different results on my 7.1 site, so would love to see how we have things set up differently.
  11. @Panos_vsl, you have some redundant code in there. Try just this: .item-pagination-title { display:none; } .item-pagination-link .item-pagination-prev-next { display: block !important; font-size: 15px; font-family: "aktiv-grotesk"; text-transform: uppercase; } .item-pagination-link .item-pagination-prev-previous { display: block !important; font-size: 15px; font-family: "aktiv-grotesk"; text-transform: uppercase; }
  12. Hi @Panos_vsl, yes you'd just need to add the font family you want to use... can you share a link to your site and the font you'd like to use?
  13. Hi @Moonside, I have a blog post on How to Replace or Remove Portfolio Pagination in Squarespace that should help!
  14. Hi @designfordummies. Yes, the Ghost plugin (aff) for super slideshow in 7.1 does work for multiple slideshows on a page. You'd just need to create a different Blog for each slideshow.
  15. @designfordummies, you'd just need to target that specific element based on its link. Add this to Design > Custom CSS .portfolio-hover-items-list a[href="dekomarkerboards/flexible"] h1 { color: #e51937 !important; } If you change the URL of that page, you'll also need to update it in the code. And if this same layout appears on another page and you don't want the red, just add a collection ID to this code.
  16. @designfordummies, if these are navigation links I have a blog post that walks through how to change the color: https://christyprice.com/squarespace-tips-tricks/change-color-navigation-item
  17. Could you please share the password so we can view your site?
  18. Hi @djm, yes you can target all h3 on mobile. @media only screen and (max-width: 991px) { h3 { font-size: 12px !important; } } You can change around the screen size max-width and the font size until you get the result you want.
  19. Thanks for letting me know @laurenruth1. If you could "vote up" the answer on the left, that will let others know it's a valid solution.
  20. Hi @laurenruth1, This should get you close. You can play around with the opacity value to make it more or less opaque: .gallery-grid-item-wrapper:hover img { opacity: 0.3; }
  21. Hi @CanadaSue, Font weights don't have px. So it would just be something like font-weight: 500 !important; Not all weights are supported on all fonts, so fiddle around with the 500 to 700, etc.
  22. What's your best advice for keyword research without investing in one of the expensive tools?
  23. Hi @Heytherethanks, best practice is to make affiliate links nofollow links. In Squarespace that means using a Markdown block which is available on the Personal plan. Here's an example of what you'd put in a Markdown block for an affiliate link: <a href="http://affiliatelinkhere.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">your link in text</a> You can use rel="nofollow" to let search engines know that your link shouldn't count in ranking the linked page. And target="_blank" opens the link in a new window, which is best practice for linking to sites outside your own. The code is too long for the window above, but if you click inside the code block and select all you can paste it into a text editor to see the whole thing.
  24. Hi @_kate, I've used the code from Image on Hover Collection (aff) for this with great results. There are versions for both Squarespace 7.0 and 7.1
