  1. Hi Jesse, Do you mean when the mobile menu is open? If so, add this to Design > Custom CSS .header--menu-open .header-title-logo img { -webkit-filter: invert(100%); filter: invert(100%); filter:progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.BasicImage(invert='1'); }
  2. @xstitchboutique try adding this code to Design > Custom CSS. Make sure you have all of it and that there is no error in the window. Then, edit the product additional information and italicize the sentence you want to be in the red color. You won't see the red here. Save it, then open up a new browser window and look at that product on the live site. The sentence you italicized will show up in red. .ProductItem-additional em { color: #990000 !important; font-style: normal !important; }
  3. hi @xstitchboutique, can you share the link to a product that has the additional info? that would help us see what code to target.
  4. Thanks for letting me know @laurenruth1. If you could "vote up" the answer on the left, that will let others know it's a valid solution.
  5. Hi @laurenruth1, This should get you close. You can play around with the opacity value to make it more or less opaque: .gallery-grid-item-wrapper:hover img { opacity: 0.3; }
  6. Hi @CanadaSue, Font weights don't have px. So it would just be something like font-weight: 500 !important; Not all weights are supported on all fonts, so fiddle around with the 500 to 700, etc.
  7. What's your best advice for keyword research without investing in one of the expensive tools?
  8. Hi @Lystnr! You need to have a gallery page as part of an index page, then you should be able to see those site styles. Here's a video: https://www.loom.com/share/7337261a028a4cc7ab96a3082abeeab7
  9. Hi @Douwe, @inside_the_square has some amazing CSS cheat sheets and tutorials that may have the info you are looking for: https://insidethesquare.co/guides
  10. Hi @rogerberges, I agree with @derricksrandomviews that your best best to to make sure your images are fully optimized. That's the best way to speed up the load time.
  11. If you could share the password to your site, perhaps someone could take a closer look. In the meantime, you can view this video on how to resize the logo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BtBaLokA4n4 And although this post was written for a previous version of Squarespace, there is a tip at the end about adjusting your logo file that might be helpful: https://christyprice.com/squarespace-tips-tricks/how-to-make-logo-bigger-squarespace
  12. Hi @mschenese. First, make sure you are only using the <style></style> tags if you are putting the code in a page code injection. If you are using it in Design > Custom CSS you would NOT use the style HTML tag. If you are trying to override other property rules, you should use !important. So something like this added to Design > Custom CSS and you can play around with the values. .donation-block .sqs-donate-button { font-size: 20px !important; width: 100% !important; padding: 23px 0px 25px !important; background-color: #ffa3bd !important; }
  13. Hi @Esquirebr, You would combine the two like this: #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1584715631892_17063 .summary-thumbnail-container { pointer-events: none !important; } This changes the summary thumbnail pointer class only for that particular block id.
  14. Hi @gloyang06, You can target those particular font sizes using this code added to Design > Custom CSS. I exaggerated the font sizes, so play around with those until you get the look you want. .blog-side-by-side .blog-categories { font-size: 2rem; } .blog-side-by-side .blog-title { font-size: 1rem; }
  15. If you are using Squarespace 7.1 (the newest version) every template has the exact same functionality.
  16. If you are using Acuity for booking, you'll want to get in touch with Squarespace Support. If you are using a different booking provider, they may be able to provide you with code you can apply in a code block using <iframe>.
  17. Yes, Squarespace includes the SSL certificate with hosting, so you are good to go on canceling your SSL certificate on GoDaddy.
  18. Hi @Heytherethanks, best practice is to make affiliate links nofollow links. In Squarespace that means using a Markdown block which is available on the Personal plan. Here's an example of what you'd put in a Markdown block for an affiliate link: <a href="http://affiliatelinkhere.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">your link in text</a> You can use rel="nofollow" to let search engines know that your link shouldn't count in ranking the linked page. And target="_blank" opens the link in a new window, which is best practice for linking to sites outside your own. The code is too long for the window above, but if you click inside the code block and select all you can paste it into a text editor to see the whole thing.
  19. I'm a fan of @kerstinmartin's courses! I've not taken her Biz Box course, but based on my experience with Kerstin and other course purchases, it's worth looking at: https://kerstinmartin.com/squarespace-bizbox
  20. Once you've edited a page, you can't revert to a prior version. You might be best off just starting a new trial with the same template. I usually duplicate the pages when I start working so I can still look at the demo layouts.
  21. Hi @_kate, I've used the code from Image on Hover Collection (aff) for this with great results. There are versions for both Squarespace 7.0 and 7.1
  22. Hi @harriethoult, Unfortunately, the workaround I use in Squarespace 7.0 with FontAwesome to get icons in the header no longer works in 7.1. 😞 Maybe someone else has another idea for you!
  23. Adding this to Design > Custom CSS should get you close. You can play around with the font size. .donation-block .sqs-donate-button { font-size: 20px; background-color: #000 !important; }
  24. Hi @MiaFreda, I'm seeing the Podcast Preview without the background on Chrome on a Mac. I'd suggest running your Custom CSS through http://csslint.net/ to check for errors, just in case.
  25. Hi @sdeng34, yep. Jasper is more limited in its style tweaks - folder color isn't an option, so you'll have to use Custom CSS. I don't have the code offhand, but maybe someone else does?
