  1. You can do this with a combo of Markdown and JQuery: https://www.silvabokis.com/squarespace-tips/how-to-create-hideshow-faqs-in-squarespace
  2. @kellycheerup glad it worked for you! Also, if you could like my posts (the heart button in the lower right), it shows that I was helpful. 🙂 I can get you started on the font color... this should change the color for the links and the folder... maybe someone else can jump in with the button code. /* change nav color on blog post pages */ .collection-type-blog #headerNav a { color: #990000 !important; } #mainNavigation .folder-toggle { color: #990000 !important; }
  3. Try it like this #mainNavigation .folder-toggle:hover { color: red !important; }
  4. Try this... it works on my demo site: /* invert logo on blog post pages */ .collection-type-blog #logoImage { -webkit-filter: invert(100%); filter: invert(100%); filter:progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.BasicImage(invert='1'); } /* invert nav on blog post pages */ .collection-type-blog #mainNavigation { -webkit-filter: invert(100%); filter: invert(100%); filter:progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.BasicImage(invert='1'); }
  5. You can just type over the "100" image height with whatever size you want (don't use the slider). To remove the black background, you'll need up upload a transparent .png logo file.
  6. Yes, you can add banner images to certain page types on York. This Squarespace help article details how: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/218212297-York-structure-and-style
  7. This happened to me once as well. GSuite holds onto accounts from previous domain name owners, so you'll need to contact them to release it. They'll send an email to the admin they have on file for the existing GSuite account, then if they don't hear back in a certain amount of time they will release the account and you can set up yours. Fill out the form at the link below and let Google know that you are trying to sign up for G Suite on a domain that already has a G Suite account associated with it:https://support.google.com/a/contact/admin_no_access
  8. You might be able to find it using a Broken Link Checker tool. I'd use a few different ones, sometimes one of them picks up links others miss. Here are a few to get you started: https://www.brokenlinkcheck.com/ https://brokenlinkfinder.com/ https://www.deadlinkchecker.com/
  9. Hi @LisaC, The short answer is that the SUBSCRIBED list has your good contacts. UNSUBSCRIBED is (obviously) the people that have unsubscribed. CLEANED is a list of emails Squarespace automatically removed because they were undeliverable and bounced back.
  10. I'd recommend checking that your images are optimized for file size your images are optimized for SEO (file name and alt tags) you've submitted your site to Google (as @ThompsonWebDesign suggests above) If that's the case, then work on getting backlinks to your website and increasing your overall search rank.
  11. A workaround would be to set up an email automation in Squarespace Campaigns with an email that includes the Calendly link. You can set the automation to be triggered by a particular product purchase.
  12. Try adding this code to Design> Custom CSS @media only screen and (max-width: 768px) { body.mobile-menu-open .overflow-wrapper { position: inherit !important; } }
  13. This depends on the template you are using. Could you please share that or post a link so we can see the site?
  14. There are a couple of third party plugins I've used successfully that could achieve something similar: Lightbox Anything allows you to create a pop-up of the additional info. Accordion-Tabs allows you to set up an accordion or tabbed display.
  15. You may be able to achieve this with Subscriptions. It requires the Advanced Commerce plan and you can read more about it here.
  16. Hi @WeeEggMon, Try adding this to Design > Custom CSS: /* hide date circles */ time.dt-published.date-callout { display: none !important; }
  17. I do exactly what ThompsonWeb Design mentioned. When someone purchases my course, I have a Squarespace Campaigns automated email set up to send out instructions on accessing the course.
  18. Hi @mwaltonstudio! You'll just need to adjust the line height in Design > Site Styles. It's under Main Content: Headings and Line Height should be something like 1.2em, just play around with it to see what looks best. Tag me and let me know if you have any trouble. If this was helpful, please like the post (bottom right).
  19. Misread the question the first time @cvan. Try this in Custom CSS to add a white background to those links at the bottom on mobile. @media only screen and (max-width: 640px) { nav.index-navigation.collection-nav { background-color: #ffffff; } }
  20. Hi @KingArthur. I've successfully used this plugin for FAQs that have an accordion style function. Alternatively, @silvabokis has a hide/show tutorial on his site using Markdown.
  21. This will do it for the homepage. If it's another page, you'll just change out the collection-id. I use this plugin on Chrome to easily find the collection-id for pages. Also, this changes the text color to white, so just put in whatever hex code you want for the color. #collection-5c5de1ba8165f5649389f9ce .desc-wrapper p>strong, .desc-wrapper p { color: #ffffff; } Code goes in Design > Custom CSS
  22. The code will depend on what template you are using. Could you please provide a link (and password if needed) to the site?
  23. Set your default logo to blue, then upload the white one under Design> Custom CSS> Manage Custom Files. Then just change the collection-id to match your homepage and LOGOURL to the URL of the white logo (you can find this after uploading it by clicking on it in the custom files list). I use this Chrome plugin to find the collection id. #collection-id{ .Header-branding img { content: url('LOGOURL') !important; } }
  24. You'll need to target the specific block that the text is in and then add Custom CSS to set it to hide on mobile. This is a useful tool for finding the Block ID: Squarespace Collection/Block Identifier You'll add the following code to Custom CSS, changing out #block-id with your own and changing the max-width for whatever maximum screen size you'd like the text to NOT display: @media screen and (max-width:640px) { #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1551793810094_18045 { display: none; } }
  25. Yes! It's sort of hidden. Design > Custom CSS. At the bottom, you'll see a Manage Custom Files button. You can view and delete unused files from there.
