i just sent a ticket via service but i really need to talk to some one.
The site just auto-renew to my credit card, because Covid the business close, and i lost access to my email, so i didnt see the renovation just see the charge in my credit card (made today), i just desactivate the autorenovation option.
At the moment I and my family are going through very difficult times and I swear that it is impossible for me to pay the more than 200 dollars of the cost of the renovation, I know that in your policy they speak about that in autorenovation it is not possible but we are living moments outside than normal and right now I just want to cry please help, and change the email and deactivate the option.
Please please please help.
