It looks like it was completely disabled today.

Does anyone know why Squarespace removed the Esc key login? That's how I have told ALL my clients how to easily login, because sending them different login links is too tough for them (trust me). Why would they remove that feature? I just noticed it today. It looks like this link was posted this morning:

I am having terrible time with this, setting up a vertical timeline. Whenever I add image or text box, it pushes the height of my page without my control, and blocks are constantly moved from where I put them. Is there any fix to this? I tried saving each time I made a single move, but it still was screwing up (and taking forever). 

I am looking for similar help. The 3rd party who supports my client's real estate listing said they hadn't heard of Squarespace and could only had a Wordpress template. If I had code from them, I could just plug in, but he didn't seem to understand what I was talking about. Where you able to find help?
This is the site that I am building (very early). I need to get these property listings to show like they are on their current site (but displaying with new site styles). 

I am rebuilding a commercial real estate's website (very early). Eventually I will need to have a property listing page. They use a system called Astro Applications, which organizes their listings, and has tools to help clients display their properties. The problem I am having is getting what I need. Astro said they haven't heard of Squarespace, and only did templates for Wordpress before. He handed off to me a few .php files (he called it documentation), and said he could send over the XML calls the current website is using. I had no idea what to do with them. He also mentioned something about the API key, but I wasn't sure if that was right. Does anyone know what I need to bring these listings from their current site to the new one?

I have tried the solutions mentioned above, and nothing has worked. I can't get a hold of technical support over the weekend so no way to correct this. As of last check, all of my columns were filled in correctly, and the only thing holding me back is no 'Product ID column', which is the first column in the document. I was hoping keeping the filename 'product_import-v2.csv' would help my like the guy above me but still didn't work. Anyone know of any other tips? I transferred it all to Google Sheets and am exporting from there.
