  1. Thanks @tuanphan I submitted a ticket to customer support. I will update the thread with what I find out.
  2. @MiguelFerrao Did you ever find a solution to your issue? I'm currently dealing with a similar problem.
  3. Hi all, I didn't really get an answer the first time I asked this, and in that time I haven't been able to solve it, so here I am again. I'm using the Brine 7.0 template with centered branding and the primary menu on the left and the secondary menu on the right. These are options in the site styles and not arranged with any custom code. For whatever reason, when the site loads the menus and logo load on the left then quickly shift into place. If I remove the custom code for my navbar background, the issue still persists. It's also being picked up as a CLS issue when looking at web vitals. I wish I could find the solution to this since the way it loads makes my site look unprofessional to other people in the design space. Any help is much appreciated!
  4. Hi, thanks for replying! I'm just now seeing this. I did not use any code to achieve that layout. It is a native option in Squarespace 7.0 Brine's site styles.
  5. Hi everyone! I'm currently dealing with a very annoying layout shift issue in my site's navigation area. I use Brine on Squarespace 7.0. I have a split navigation with the logo at the center. You'll see that when you visit the site both sides of the navigation and the logo are stacked on the left side for a split second, then shift to where they are supposed to be. I've taken some screenshots of it in the incorrect position using Lighthouse, attached below. I've tried troubleshooting some of my custom code by removing it and refreshing it, trying to see if it's an issue I created. As far as I can tell, it's baked in, but I could certainly be wrong. I could really use a second pair of eyes. Thanks in advance!
  6. This worked great! Yeah, it would be great if Squarespace came up with some kind of simple migration tool for those of us who have invested a lot of work into our 7.0 sites. Sections in 7.1 would make this barely an afterthought. The recent satisfaction survey I took did include questions about interest in a migration tool, so hopefully that is in the works. For now, this will work well enough. Thanks a lot!
  7. Hi creedon, thanks for your reply. The site is public and you can visit the exact page here: https://sethbarham.com/simple-design-inspired-by-adventure
  8. Happy Friday all! I'm currently having a devil of a time trying to accurately target and write CSS for a specific row I'd like to change the background color for. I've attached a screencap indicating the area I'd like to change. I want to apply this to other areas as well, but I think I can do it myself if I'm just able to see how the structure looks for this one. I'm trying to change the background color to #85a5aa Thanks in advance for any help the community can provide! -Seth
  9. Site URL: https://sethbarham.com Hi all, hope you're doing well. I have a zig-zag layout for some of my elements on desktop, which of course creates the common problem of stacking incorrectly on mobile. I realize this has been asked about many times here, so I apologize for bringing it up yet again. I have tried to apply code from other answers to my own site, but have had no luck whatsoever. This is the page in question: https://sethbarham.com/minimalist-covid19-graphic I would like the poster mockup image to appear above the Wall Art heading in mobile. Thanks in advance! And I don't know if anyone from the Squarespace team keeps up with these, but PLEASE implement this feature at some point. It's already easily done in Elementor and has been for some time.
  10. This worked like an absolute charm, my friend! Did exactly what I needed it to do - thanks so much!
  11. Site URL: https://sethbarham.com Hey guys! I try my absolute best to do all my CSS changes myself, but there is one "Holy Grail" change that I really can't seem to figure out. I have been able to change the color of my social icons in the footer and I've even been able to change the hover color. What I can't seem to change is the color of the other social icons (non-active) on hover. The icon that is being hovered changes the way it should while the other icons turn a dark gray. I'd like to be able to change the dark gray of the other icons on hover, or perhaps prevent this fade action from happening at all. Thanks!
