You can get reference with media query
In your case, we can set the following code in Home > Design > Custom Css
@media screen and (max-width: 767px) { .collection-type-project .project-slide-description-text { font-size: 16px; } } Let me know how it works on your site

Member Area features should appear in the site's native language. If the site is set to German and the Member Areas elements are appearing in English then I recommend you contact Squarespace Customer Care to report this. They will be able to access the site backend and investigate.
