I've linked an example site of a blog that has a site-wide blog call to action.
I'd like to add something similar on my website so that I can update my calls to action in one place and have it populate across all blog posts like this website
I already have a page on my website set up with similar content here but don't know the best route to add something similar to the blog code injection (open to plugins if necessary).
