  1. Raised it with Acuity support.. turns out there is no fix to the issues mentioned above and the development team has been notified. As of today, there is no timeline on when these issues will be fixed.
  2. I was hoping there would be a fix/suggestion in the forum before raising it with support. Have done so now. Will keep this thread updated if there is a way to fix the issues I've raised.
  3. My website got switched to the new flow for client Scheduling in Acuity. While the changes are welcome, couple of issues that I'm hoping are possible to amend: I have only 1 location for the classes and don't really need users to "select location/calendar" when booking their class. Is there any way to disable that for the client scheduling flow? The new UI allows users to view the Code Balance, past and upcoming bookings. All this is great and really like these changes. However, all of it is displayed in a pop up window within the Acuity Scheduling component and the page doesn't scroll up or down to show these pop ups. Is there a way to move the page so that the pop-up becomes focused? FYI - I'm using the Growing Acuity plan and currently not on the Powerhouse plan so don't have access to their Advanced CSS functionality. Any suggestions to fix the issues would be appreciated. 4. Thanks for your response. I am aware that we can turn on/off rescheduling and I was hoping there was a setting that I may have missed for limiting rescheduling. Seems like I haven't.. May need to suggest as a feature request in the future.
  5. Hi Our business runs a dance fitness studio and have various classes running on different days. We currently have an issue with Acuity Scheduling where clients sometimes making a booking for a class and if they're unable to make it to the class, reschedule to their next preferred date/time. We allow clients to reschedule up to 24 hours before the class. I wanted to know if there is a way in Acuity to limit the number of reschedules that a client can make? For example, if the client has rescheduled it once, they are unable to make any further reschedules. For reference, this is out scheduling page - https://bollyfitbynikita.com.au/class-book Regards Vinamra
