The site you've quoted is on WordPress, but you can do the same by adding Accordion Blocks to the Page Section on your Squarespace website.

It looks like Squarespace are currently making some unannounced changes to the Form Block Editor because, although I am seeing the grab handles and can move fields, I am seeing a different UI now than I saw a few hours ago (Tuan's post is the newer version).
Please contact Squarespace Customer Care directly about this issue and post back with what you learn.

I recommend that you add/edit the CNAME and A records to match the Squarespace requirements (remove other A/CNAME record) and then leave the other records unchanged (MX, TXT and so on).

I have already formally requested this feature. You can too!
Squarespace doesn’t use this forum to track feature requests so, if you'd like to raise this as a feature request, you are encouraged to contact Squarespace directly by raising a ticket through Squarespace Customer Support. (Circle members can use this link)

Squarespace Events collections cannot be synchronised with a third party data source, such as a Google calendar but, as you mentioned, you can embed a third party calendar service as a replacement for the built in Events page.

Our Wishlist Extension allows customers to submit their cart to you by email, without paying for the products. This is ideal for sites where customers must submit lists of products, allowing you to follow up later with a manual response such as a quotation.
Think of it as a ‘favourites’ list. Customers can select products from your range and submit them as a ‘wish’ or ‘favourites’ list.

Checkout our demonstration site, where you can select several dresses for a consultation and then submit the list to the fictional bridal boutique.
Captions and phrases like "Wishlist", "Add to Wishlist" are fully customisable.
If you have any questions about this product, please use our pre-sales enquiry form or online chat.

paul2009 got a reaction from bite47 in What POS solution to use with squarespace in mainland Europe?
Outside the US, there aren’t any POS solutions that integrate with Squarespace directly. They’ll be completely independent systems, with their own inventory.
For example, if you use Square for POS, you’ll need to add the products to it, set the prices and stock levels. If the stock is to be “shared” between the two, you’ll also need an expensive* third party product like Trunk Inventory to sync the stock levels between the systems. [* $79/month for 201 - 400 orders per month on top of your Squarespace costs]
Sad as it is for me to say this, if you're building a new eCommerce site and need an integrated solution for both in-person and online sales, the Shopify platform is currently excelling in this area. Squarespace sites are easier to manage and so I wish they had a POS product outside the US.

paul2009 got a reaction from prado2020 in Embed Self Hosted Flipbook
If it helps, I reviewed a number of third party 'flip book' solutions to see which one was the most cost effective solution for embedding flipbooks in Squarespace. Heyzine was the winner by far.
FlippingBook was too expensive. Plans start at £25 ($31 USD) per month for just 3 flipbooks! To host 10 flip books you need to pay £37 ($47) per month!
Flipsnack looked very promising with plans starting at $14 USD (around £11) per month but this plan was limited to 10 flipbooks. Also, the colour of the background (behind the animated book) is a dark grey colour and could not be changed to match the background of the website.
Issuu is £32 ($40) per month before you can remove external advertising from your flipbook!
PDF Flip required me to download and host a number of files that weren't Squarespace friendly, ruling this out for me.
Heyzine is my preferred solution. It is just £3 per month ($4 USD) and includes:
Unlimited flip books Unlimited pages No ads No watermarks White label branding (no Heyzine logo!) Choose a background image or a plain colour behind the flipbook. You can also use your own company brand colors. You can add upload your PDF to Heyzine, choose how you want it to look and then download the embed code, which can be pasted into a Markdown block. I wrote a guide that explains how to do add a flipbook to Squarespace using it.

paul2009 got a reaction from tanyacamp in Limit number of items in summary block on mobile
As your Summary Block is showing 6 items on desktop, you'll want to hide the last 4 summary-items when the screen viewport (width) is less than 768px wide. You should be able to do this by adding the following to Design > Custom CSS:
    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .sqs-block-summary-v2 {     .summary-item:nth-last-child(-n+4) {     display: none;     }   } } Notes:
This will apply to all summary blocks on the website when being viewed on a mobile.  The first line contains a media query that ensures the the CSS only applies when the page is viewed on a mobile (the screen is less than 768px wide). Setting Display to none hides the elements and removes the space that they would have occupied. The nth-last-child(-n+4) selector tells it to apply this setting to last 4 summary-items within the summary block.  We like to know if our posts help. Please consider clicking a 'Like' or 'Thanks' icon below  ⬇️

The way PDFs are treated is usually determined by the browser on whichever device is being used. It's not something you can enforce from your website. Each visitor will have their own settings.

paul2009 got a reaction from ericka in When the hell will we get the option to make recurring events???
Recurring events aren't on the roadmap so this isn't a feature that you should expect to see anytime soon.
As a workaround, Squarespace offers a duplication option so you can create an event and then duplicate it many times for different days/dates. There is an unwelcome admin overhead with this workaround, but it is the only built-in option available, and it's likely to remain this way.
If you need recurring events, I recommend looking for an alternative way of displaying them. That said, there aren't any free alternatives that live up to the Squarespace design aesthetic. Here are some ideas:
Google Calendar is free and can be embedded into the website but the design isn't great, and that's why we all chose Squarespace, right? Tockify syncs with Google Calendar (that supports recurring events) and can turn Google Calendar into an attractive events calendar but, like all third party options, it isn't cheap, unless you are willing to have their branding on it. EventCalendarApp provides a beautiful event calendar that can be embedded in your Squarespace website but it's part of a larger solution that offers registration and ticketing options, so is comparatively expensive - more than your Squarespace subscription! I'd love to hear from other users about their preferred solutions for recurring events.

It looks like some new CSS may have been added in the middle of existing CSS? As a result, lines 48 to 52 aren't correct and aren't doing anything. If you delete these, your other CSS may work. This will resolve the error.
However, you'll need to work out where these lines should have been if you'd like your transitions to work.

Hi Lydia! I believe I solved this a little over a year ago and I should have updated here. I found my loom video walking my client through what the issue was and how to solve it. I'm not sure if you are also dealing with the same thing I was. this website that you will see in the loom video is in 7.0 I believe but perhaps this hack will also work for 7.1.

I will write out what to do and post it here as I don't necessarily want my video to be up for all to see forever, haha!

It was hugely frustrating that Momence who made the code for the calendar, and Squarespace, were both not able to help me with this problem. It's been a couple weeks wrestling with customer support. I deeply appreciate your response - thank you!

paul2009 got a reaction from CesO in POLL: Suggestion for New Contributor Permissions Level: "Developers"
I agree about the privileges model. I've been advocating for improved permissions for years (and requested this as a feature). It was probably fine for most sites where there's a single user, but as Squarespace are now targeting professionals and agencies, I would like to see some improvements.
Regarding a specific contributor role of "Developer" (as opposed to Designer), I see this as providing the same as access as Administrator but without access to areas that contain financial or personal information that do no need to be disclosed to a developer who is coding the site. For example, preventing access to Orders, Analytics and Contacts/Profiles.

You can have a one-time payment that doesn't expire, or you can have a recurring subscription. You cannot have a one-time payment that expires.
No. This is greyed out because subscriptions must renew at least once per year. You cannot renew every 2 or 3 years.
