  1. Please see if my post helps: How to reduce the height of a Code Block. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  2. Please check the URL. That page doesn't exist.
  3. Yes, you have your existing site hosted with the "www" subdomain, and a new site hosted with the "magazine" subdomain, both on the same domain. For more information, see Creating a subdomain for your Squarespace site. If you experience any issues, please post back with full details and screenshots. Did this help? 4. Have you added custom code that could be causing this issue? If you aren't using custom code, you are encouraged to inform Squarespace directly by raising a ticket through Squarespace Customer Support.
  5. Please provide a link to the page on your site so forum users can see the issue. If required, How to Post a Forum Question provides guidance on how to provide a link.
  6. No. It isn't possible to add a percentage and apply this to the cost of the order the order. You'll want to ensure that your prices are sufficiently high to cover the cost of payment processing. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  7. I'm not seeing this on other sites, so it's difficult to say why. That said, there are multiple snippets of code and the site is attempting to load three different versions of jQuery 😳 so it may be worth tidying those up and checking again?
  8. To make the announcement bar reappear to all visitors who closed it, edit the announcement bar and save your changes. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  9. Although it isn't possible to change the text recorded by Squarespace in Stripe, you can import sales directly from Squarespace, avoiding the need to pull them from Stripe. You can import historical transactions from the Squarespace Orders panel. You can automatically import new sales transactions using the Quickbooks extension for Squarespace. When you connect this to your Squarespace site, each sale will automatically be added to Quickbooks (either as a sales invoice or sales receipt) in real time. Did this help? 10. Squarespace takes care of the MX records but the SPF record must be created manually. The Google guide Add your SPF record at your domain provider explains the values that must be added for Google Workspace and this Squarespace guide explains how to add the SPF record within Squarespace. Bear in mind that, if your client intends to use their domain for other email services, the SPF record will need to be modified for each service they intend to use.
  11. I wouldn't generally recommending changing URLs unless there is a good reason for doing so. However, if they do need to change, for example, products will inherit "/p/" as part of the URL on v7.1, then you can create redirects in the URL mappings panel. Did this help? 12. Please see my guide, Adding Text to the Squarespace Cart Page. Let me know if it helps! Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  13. There isn't a built in feature to display more than 30 items using a Summary Block, and there is no indication that anything is on the horizon, although it is a popular request and I live in hope! 🙂 You could custom code a solution to display more than 30 items, but you'd be left with the support burden, which is why I think the Lazy Summaries plugin is worth every penny. At least until there's a built-in feature. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  14. You use the rule once to redirect all posts 🙂. If your blog is called something other than "blog" you can change it to match.
  15. Please see this thread/workaround to see if it helps: Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  16. Please provide a link to the site. It isn't included by default when you post 🙂. If required, How to Post a Forum Question provides guidance on how to provide a link.
  17. Please see Where is the Code Injection panel.
  18. This now appears on the payment page: Regarding switching back to the previous version, I understand you can do this if you add some CSS to Advanced CSS. You'll need to be on (or upgrade to) the most expensive Powerhouse Plan to do this. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  19. Looking at your screenshots, it looks like the domain may already be connected to a different website? If it is, you must disconnect it from this site first.
  20. There are a couple of ways to create a secondary navigation but these will vary depending on the template you are using on the older version 7.0 platform. If you know a little HTML, you can write some simple HTML and CSS and add it to the site's Code Injection header area. This can be really simple and effective but it will be difficult for others to update later. The alternative is to build your secondary navigation in a folder within the Pages menu and then write some JavaScript that will create a new navigation above the existing site header and add the contents of this folder to it. This makes it super easy for a contributor to modify later but it does require a better knowledge of code. I am not aware of a solution that has been written for 7.0 but Will has written a great guide for v7.1 if you are considering updating to 7.1: Add Secondary Navigation to Your Squarespace 7.1 Website. 21. That's exactly what I thought too @Ziggy but when you choose that option to connect a Squarespace domain, the UI shows two red exclamation marks and gives up!
  22. Please see my guide Connecting a Squarespace Domain to a Squarespace Website. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  23. Hi Sarah There isn't a great way to do this (yet!). The current workaround is to link the two products within the product description but the customer will still need to checkout separately with a subscription item. Squarespace know this is a pain point so I'm hopeful that the situation will improve soon 🙂. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
